“Fatima was great with our needy senior dog while we were away. She gave lots of updates with photos and let us know how it was going throughout the weekend. Our house was in great shape when we returned and even our very shy cat seemed to warm up by the end. Would definitely recommend Fatima to anyone looking for in-home sitting and we hope to use her again in the future!”

“I arrived home to a happy dog and a spotless house! Katharyn braved some truly horrid winter weather to make sure Jack had his twice daily walks and was great about sending updates and photos. It was clear that Jack was the recipient of plenty of kindness and attention. I recommend her without hesitation.”

I had 2 small/medium dogs growing up, where I played a very active role in caring for them. I have experience fostering a kitten (4-9 months) and cat sitting for friends on weekends. I'm comfortable reading an animal's body language, adhering to whatever feeding/bathroom schedule your pet is used to, and actively playing both indoors and outdoors (dogs + outdoor cats). I can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ I am taking one asynchronous class this summer, so my schedule is quite flexible! I will ensure my calendar reflects days when I will be in town and able to commit my time to your pet! I am able to check on your friend multiple times per day if needed. I am very patient when meeting new animals and I have experience meeting and caring for shy animals. I have no doubt that I will be able to build trust with your animal in order to care for them properly! I am able to put animals in crates and carriers as needed. As a foster parent, I am experienced in noticing signs of distress, discomfort, and medical emergency and can respond promptly and appropriately. I take care in ensuring that your home is left the way I found it (or better!), so I would be excited to take the time to clean up any "accidents" and put toys away before I leave your home!
“Katie saved our vacation with her last minute availability leaving up to Christmas. Our pups were well cared for and our house was clean when we returned. She sent great photos of the dogs everyday which we appreciated!”

“Abby stayed with our one year old dog for one week at our home while we were out of the country. She was super easy to communicate with and took great care of him and our house. Would use her again in a heartbeat!”

“Jordan was very communicative, willing to do a meet, and greet, and helpful with our dog’s medical needs while watching her. She provided frequent updates with pictures and gave us peace of mind while away. Thank you, Jordan!!”
About: I am excited to help care for your pets! I grew up with two dogs of my own and have also spent many hours volunteering at local animal shelters to give some love to animals in need. I currently have two pet rats, and am a lover of all creatures big and small (although I do have a soft spot for cats). I have a flexible routine this summer, allowing me ample time to care for your lovely pets! I prefer afternoons, but am happy to adjust for specific pet care needs. When caring for your pet(s) in your home, I will always do my best to make your pet feel as comfortable and loved as possible! I know that each pet is different, and I will always make sure to have a detailed conversation with you about how I can best connect and care for your pet(s).
“Roisin is outstanding! She stayed at our house and watched our two dogs for almost a week. She took great care of the dogs AND the house. The dogs were happy and calm when we got home and she went out of her way to launder the bed linens and make the bed she stayed in again! She’s communicative, caring and reliable. We will definitely be hiring her again in the near future if we have need for dog sitting or walking. Highly recommend!!”

“The best pet and house sitter we have ever had, hands down! It was so nice relaxing on this recent family trip knowing our home and furry family members were in such good hands. Absolutely recommend!”

“All the pets had a great time with Alexis. She sent updates, pictures and took great of the girls during her stay. The dogs got extra special walks and even the cat who is opts to hide came out for hellos and pets! We came home to happy pets and a clean house (an extra bonus!)”

“Katie was fantastic with our very high energy dog and sweet cat. We received frequent updates, and both pets were obviously happy and well taken care of. She left the home clean and tidy. We definitely recommend Katie!”

About: Hi! I’m Olivia, and I’d love the chance to care for your pet! I have several years of experience pet sitting for family friends and neighbors, and I’m comfortable following specific routines for feeding, medicine, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I absolutely love animals and grew up with two dogs, so I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m also super active and love walks, so I’d be happy to make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise and attention! I’m a recent University of Michigan graduate and current master’s student at the University of Georgia, spending the summer in Ann Arbor for research and family. I’m doing part-time research on a flexible schedule, which allows me to plan my days around what works best for you and your pet. This gives me plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and quality time with your pet throughout the day and week. I care for pets in my client’s home by doing my best to keep them comfortable, safe, and on their normal routine. Pets obviously do best in familiar environments, so I make sure to follow any instructions closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, medications, and other daily habits. I always give them plenty of attention, affection, and patience so they feel secure while you’re away. I make it a priority to treat every home with respect and communicate clearly and reliably so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.
“Jorge did an excellent job caring for our two high energy GSDs while my wife and I were out of town. He payed close attention to the instructions left for doggy care but also to our boys' behavior. He was easy to communicate with and was highly courteous and professional. I trust him to watch our boys again.”

“Josh was great! He had great communication and was in contact every day. He was also very understanding with our one-year-old puppy who was maybe more of a challenge than we anticipated. The house was well taken care of. He is a pro for sure.”

“Theia did a wonderful job watching our dog Tali, even giving her some medication she unexpectedly needed right before we were away. Communication was timely and easy. Our house was spotless when we got home. We would absolutely book them again.”

“Alexa was a phenomenal pet sitter for us! She’s very personable and easy to communicate and coordinate with. And she did a fantastic job with our two dogs - assessing their individual needs and tailoring her care to meet each of their energy/drive requirements. We highly recommend her and will definitely book with Alexa in the future!”

“Emily is an outstanding pet sitter. Super competent, communicative (lots of pictures and notes), and very flexible and accommodating. She handled meds like a pro for our cats and dog and was so easy going about our house being under construction while she was house sitting. Traveling can be stressful when you're worried about if your pets are well cared for, but we didn't worry for a second with Emily taking care of things on the home front.”

Josh is such a bop! He took such wonderful care of our dog, Whiskey. This was our first time using Rover and Josh absolutely set the standard!! He updated us regularly, Whiskey clearly loved him, and he was such a gentle guest in our home. We will absolutely be contacting him again to watch our girly pop.

Randa was amazing!! 💕. I really don't want to let the secret out because then she'll get too busy to come back lol!! My biggest (and probably unrealistic) expectation when using a dog sitter is having someone that will care for my dog like I do. I don't think I could come any closer than with Randa ❤️. She provided so many updates, pictures, videos, not to mention the love, concern and care (and major ball playing!) she gave my boy. I have never been more relaxed on a trip away than I was knowing he was in great hands with her. These five stars were definitely earned and then some. Thank you so much, Randa! Milo is already excited for next time!! 🥰💙🐾

"Grace is an absolute dream of a sitter! She took amazing care of my two dogs, Kaden and Dior, for an overnight stay. She is incredibly professional, communicative, and respectful of house boundaries. When one of my dogs slipped her harness on a walk, Grace immediately adapted and walked them separately to ensure they stayed safe. She even went out of her way to wash their dog bed, clean up a small accident immediately, and offer to clean the floors. I came home to two relaxed, happy pups. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be booking her again!"

We had a wonderful experience with Angie! As first-time Rover users, we were a little nervous about leaving our home and two dogs in someone else’s care, but she made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She was very prompt with communication from the start, kept us updated throughout her stay, and sent plenty of pictures of our dogs which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Her communication was always clear, friendly, and professional, and we felt completely comfortable knowing our dogs and home were in her care. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.

Ava was absolutely fantastic while house sitting for our dog and cat while we were away. She made sure they had all of their medications and felt so loved and cared for. She was very communicative and provided daily updates and pictures that reassured us that our boys were in good hands.

Hanaa did an excellent job caring for our two cats over the weekend! She was reliable, attentive, and kept us updated with photos/messages, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Both cats were happy, well cared for, and comfortable when we returned. Highly recommend Hanaa to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter ❤️
