About: I have experience working in vet clinics and working with a variety of animals including farm animals and exotic animals. I also know how to handle animals and look for behavioral signs of happiness or discomfort. I am a student at Michigan State University and am available everyday between classes and the longest I’d be gone would be 2-4 hours a day. I am understanding of an animals adjustment to a new environment, I don’t have any other pets. I live in a one bed one bath apartment and have a fenced in area specifically for animals.
About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs for my entire life. I developed a unique and gentle approach to animal care as both our cats and dogs have had serious health issues. Although I am a full time student and am very busy on campus I still have plenty of free time on my weekdays and weekends. Leti did a great job taking care of our dog for overnight pet sitting. He was calm when we returned, so he must have felt very comfortable with her while we were gone. I reached out to Madison very last minute, as our plans fell through. She was extremely easy to communicate with in the planning stages - and due to the late notice, we weren't even able to meet before she stayed with our dogs! She shared a few photos and updates over the weekend, but nothing too extreme. It's clear that our two boys were well taken care of during our vacation. We lucked out with Madison!
