“As a local rover sitter myself, so I’m setting the bar high, I was very pleased with Thalia. My 6lb baby lost his brother of 15 yrs a week before my unavoidable trip. I was beyond devastated, full of greif and unbelievable guilt at the thought of having to leave my little guy now, especially with the level of depression porky was in. Thalia took Porky all around with her the little dog bag I have so he wasn’t alone. She gave him the attention and love he needed to finally start eating again. After being gone 4 days I was so relieved to see Porky’s personality coming back and he’s eating normally again now that we’re home. I know this would not have ever been possible if he hadn’t been receiving the love, attenti & affection the entire trip I was gone. I will definitely use her again. About: Growing up, my family always had cats and dogs, and I cherished every moment spent caring for them. Over my life I’ve cared for a variety of small pets, including guinea pigs, gerbils, degus, hamsters, freshwater fish, and turtles. I’ve personally raised cats, dogs, and guinea pigs of my own. I've been hired by friends, family, and friends of friends&family to care for dogs as drop-ins, over night stays, and boarding in my home (although I cannot offer boarding right now). Currently, I have a Pomeranian named Bonbon that I raised from a puppy, giving me valuable experience in training and care and motivation to continue learning about dog behavior and understanding their needs, which helps me create a safe and loving environment for pets of all ages. I take special care to follow any dietary or health needs your pets may have. I will care for your pet by paying close attention to their habits and behaviors to ensure I meet their needs while you're away. I work remotely with a pretty flexible schedule and daily work routine - which allows me to step away and do walks, potty breaks, feeding pretty frequently. Depending on the type of care, I would typically need at least 3 to 7 days notice, but don't hesitate to ask if you're in a pinch. I cannot care for pets in my home at this time, but I have experience staying with pets at their homes for up to two weeks. I prioritize following the instructions provided by pet owners and always ask clarifying questions to ensure I understand their needs - communication is key for me, as I prefer not to make assumptions. About: I’ve cared for cats and dogs throughout my entire life. I’ve had the blessing of entirely raising a dog a cat and even a snake, from months of age to adulthood and throughout their elder years on my own. I am currently on summer break from school and work full-time as a Behavior Technician in Okemos, MI ! Other than my day-job I have a complete open availability on nights, afternoons and weekends. Plenty of time to smother your fur-baby with love and affection ! I have an upstairs apartment with two cats and a pet snake. There are no stairs inside my apartment so there is easy access for disabled and senior fur-babies. My bedroom and guest room also reside all on the same floor.

About: I’ve loved all animals my entire life, and have always had atleast one dog of my own. I have been in the petcare business for over ten years now. I started out in grooming a bit over ten years ago, later on l was the boarding supervisor at a dog daycare pool and boarding facility. I later went back to grooming while also doing Rover dog walking, pet sitting, house sitting and boarding at my house. I moved to Nebraska and became the Kennel manager at Town and Country humane society where l helped save and rehome lots of dogs. While at Town and Country l completed and internship with Wildling Dog training and have been training dogs professionally ever since. About: My full name is Olivia Vera Love but you can call me Vera! I’ve taken care of animals of every kind ever since I could walk. Henry was my first dog and he was an English Setter. Ollie was my first cat and he came from a local barn. My mom taught me how to care for their every need and extend that towards other dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, guineas, and goats. I have walked, fed, bathed, brushed, and worked with special needs dogs, chickens, reptiles, and elderly cats. At one point I was taking care of four cats, three dogs, and twenty birds. About: I have had a dog in my family since I was a toddler. In my life, my family has had one Golden Retriever, and 6 Pomeranians. We rescued 3 of these pups! And all at one time, we had 4 Pomeranians - making me have to really help out with training and dog care. My family has always been passionate about animals, specifically dogs. We emphasize the importance of taking care of a pet as if it’s a family member. I grew up helping take care of them: Training, walks, runs, bike rides, meals, hiking, car rides, cuddles, brushing, baths, vet appointments. About: I love animals in general and have an adorable toy poodle back at home that I used to care for full-time, but now my parents have custody of him since I am at college! About: Hello! My name is Erin and as a pre-veterinary student, I am currently working as a veterinary assistant at a clinic to further expand my knowledge in veterinary medicine and animal care. I am currently available anytime on Mondays, Wednesdays, and weekends. If you are looking for late afternoon or evening visits, I am also available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays after 6 PM. For my clients, I ensure thorough communication about how their fur babies are doing by providing updates throughout the day with cute pictures! About: I’ve taken care of dogs in some aspect my entire life. From walking, to house sitting, to bathing, if any friend or family member needed their doggo taken care of, I was the girl for the job! I am very good with all kinds of dogs at any stage of their life, as I have been dog sitting for various clients for the last 4-years, both on and off Rover. I’m currently a Ph.D student at MSU, so I’m super flexible when it comes to working around clients schedules. I have in person classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in the AM and early afternoon, but other than that, I am happy to spend my free time with pups! I always make sure to follow the parent of the fur baby I’m walking or house sitting to ensure that the experience for both the parent and the pup is a pleasing one.
About: I have been taking care of dogs in 2017, when I was in fifth grade! Since then, I've become the trustworthy dog and house-sitter for my neighborhood, and have taken care of multiple households of pets at the same time! I also love to be active, and would love to take your pup on long (or short!) walks! I am home for summer for college, and have plenty of time to love on some dogs! I can walk dogs for ranging periods of time at any point during the day, and drop in at any time during the day! In clients home, I will make sure to keep pups in the approved areas, and give them lots of care during drop ins. I prefer to spend more time with the animals than less, and make sure they are loved on during the long days!!
About: I have taken care of all different types of dogs and cats of all different ages. I am very good with walking dogs and having a fun time with them. I’m currently working full time but can walk dogs later in the day around 6 pm and also walk and drop in during the weekends and later in the day. I have a two bedroom condo with a good area to walk your dog and also have a good place to keep in my condo. In the clients home I will make sure they have lots of fun and taken care of with play and potty breaks until they have to go back to the crate.

About: I have had various pets of my own my entire life including dogs, cats, and reptiles so I have worked with all these at various ages and with all different needs. I am currently studying zoology in school, specifically animal behavior, so I am also currently gaining more education with working with animals in that way as well. I am currently a student and I work part time but I am never gone for more than 4-6 hours at a time and I do a lot of work from home so all pet care would be given plenty of time and attention for any animal in my care. I also already make time for personal exercise to be out and about so that time transitions to walks or time in the park to get out energy. I currently live in a one-bedroom apartment with just me so any pet would get plenty of space to exhibit whatever boundaries they need without interference of other animals or people. I also live very close to various parks that have fenced in areas for dogs and walking trails to walk or run on whenever they need
