“As any pet owner knows, finding a sitter you can completely trust is like striking gold. It’s not just about a service—it’s about finding someone who genuinely cares for your furry family member. I recently had the incredible good fortune to find Haley, who took amazing care of our dog, Polly. The peace of mind she gave us was invaluable. From the start, Haley was an amazing communicator, providing us with updates that let us know Polly was happy, safe, and loved. You can tell she genuinely cares deeply about every animal she welcomes into her home. Polly was happy and well-adjusted upon her return, which is the best indicator of the loving and attentive environment Haley provides. We are truly beyond grateful for her exceptional care. I highly recommend Haley to anyone looking for a fantastic pet sitter. We're already looking forward to Polly's next stay with her in the near future!”

“We boarded Lily with Kasey when she she a 1 year old rambunctious puppy and we were so happy with her care. Now, post Covid we were lucky Kasey was available once again. Lily is now a 5 year old and a lot calmer. We were gone for 10days and Lily fit in well with Gracie and Dilly (kasey’s dogs) we didn’t have a worry leaving Lily and are grateful for Kasey. She is a gem! Thanks Kasey!”

“Olivia is super friendly and helpful. She kept my cat in good mood, so good that he kind of refused to leave her place when the time was up. I will certainly come back to Olivia if I need someone to take care of my cat in the future.”

“Amazing environment. My dog has lots of room to run around as well as another playful dog so he was always active. Kimberly sent lots of pictures and my dog looked happy in every one of them.”

About: I've grown up with spayed/unspayed dogs, tiny and medium sized, and have bathed them throughout the years. I'm less experienced with cats as I wasn't allowed one as a kid, but I would always play with and look after my friends' cats when I got the chance 😸 I'm currently a student at Michigan State University, with a part time job as an ice hockey referee. I am usually home 18 hours out of the day most of the days of the week! I live alone in an apartment on an upper floor. 650 sq. ft of space, so it's spacious. There is also an outdoor yard if needed. Caring for your pets will give me breaks between studying and homework! I will treat your pets as if they were my own, and making your pets happy will make me happy! 😊
“Stephanie was terrific! She kept great communication and was very attentive and gave the utmost care while watching my pitbull Dino while I was away. I felt confident leaving her to be responsible for him. She is reliable and trustworthy! Hope Dino can board again with her in the future.”

“Alexandra and her family spoiled my dog with attention in the best way possible. Alexandra gave me frequent updates and photos so I could know my dog was in great hands. I wholeheartedly recommend Alexandra to anyone who needs a safe, fun, welcoming home for their doggo to crash at!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 4 years old, mainly my own until about age 11 when I started to help out taking care of family and friends dogs as well! I’ve been trusted to walk, feed, sit, and bathe their pets since then. I’m great with pets, and enjoy playing with them as well! I’m currently working a part time job that is very flexible. I typically work 8:30am-3pm Monday-Thursday, but I can easily adjust my hours to fit your pups needs. If your pup needs constant supervision I’m free Friday-Sunday for boarding! When I pet sit in my home it just depends on what the owner and pet is comfortable with. I’ll follow the instructions on how to care for their pet because each one if different. Each one will be cared for to my best ability!
“I appreciated Cari’s adaptability and the time she took to get to know my babies prior to their stay. Cari asked a lot of questions regarding how they liked/needed to be cared for, which I was truly grateful for, especially as my pups don’t leave home much. Cari sent me lots of pictures throughout their stay and provided regular updates as to Charlotte and Oliver’s well-being - this was great not only for me but for my (human) young kids who missed their brother and sister!”

Over 15+ years of experience! I am home 24.7 as I work from home. Very flexible schedule as I own my own business. I enjoy long walks and being outside and look forward to taking care of your pet! My home is safe, quiet and clean as I live alone itll be soothint for your fur baby. It'll just be me and your fur baby all day! I will even let your fur baby sleep in my bed. Im fine with pets being on my furniture. I have a lot of blankets as well as dog beds. I also have a patio that we can enjoy the sun on in nice weather. My apartment offers safe side walks and a lot of grass and wooded areas around for lots of fun walking options. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - East Lansing
This was the first time using Rover and Alex was just a great choice. She and her family were delightful, sending me pics and keeping me posted. It was a great decision to opt for personal care rather than a kennel. She was flexible, and I would seek her services again based on the good vibes.

We are grateful for Erin responding to our last minute request! Erin was very responsive and attentive to our fur babies and feathered friend. She was very respectful of our home and left everything tidy. We could trust that she took good care of our pets. Thank you Erin!
