About: Hello! My name is Erin and as a pre-veterinary student, I am currently working as a veterinary assistant at a clinic to further expand my knowledge in veterinary medicine and animal care. I am currently available anytime on Mondays, Wednesdays, and weekends. If you are looking for late afternoon or evening visits, I am also available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays after 6 PM. For my clients, I ensure thorough communication about how their fur babies are doing by providing updates throughout the day with cute pictures! I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for both their pets and them by establishing a safe and trustworthy setting.

About: I have been taking care of dogs in 2017, when I was in fifth grade! Since then, I've become the trustworthy dog and house-sitter for my neighborhood, and have taken care of multiple households of pets at the same time! I also love to be active, and would love to take your pup on long (or short!) walks! I am home for summer for college, and have plenty of time to love on some dogs! I can walk dogs for ranging periods of time at any point during the day, and drop in at any time during the day! In clients home, I will make sure to keep pups in the approved areas, and give them lots of care during drop ins. I prefer to spend more time with the animals than less, and make sure they are loved on during the long days!!

About: I grew up with 5 pets in the house, 3 dogs and 2 cats. I loved taking all the dogs on walks and playing with them on the beach or outside in the yard. And when I’m inside, I love chilling with the cats :) I am currently only working part-time so I have a very open schedule due to recently graduating from MSU. I am more than happy to work with you on scheduling if needed. I treat any home as if it’s my own. Currently I live in an apartment and will not be able to take your pets to my residence, I am more than happy to stay in your’s. I am a fast learner and can adapt to new environments very well :)

About: I have had a dog in my family since I was a toddler. In my life, my family has had one Golden Retriever, and 6 Pomeranians. We rescued 3 of these pups! And all at one time, we had 4 Pomeranians - making me have to really help out with training and dog care. My family has always been passionate about animals, specifically dogs. We emphasize the importance of taking care of a pet as if it’s a family member. I grew up helping take care of them: Training, walks, runs, bike rides, meals, hiking, car rides, cuddles, brushing, baths, vet appointments. Additionally, I always ensure my rescue dogs feel comfortable in their new home. Naturally, all dogs are easily comfortable with me. I always drive hours home just to spend time with my fur babies with my parents. Once I learned about this app, I instantly downloaded it. I’m so excited to spend my free time doing something that makes me happy! I currently work full-time in lansing from 8:30am-5pm M-F. I love animals and have extra time so I would like to make additional income! I am available after work or on weekends as long as I get enough notice. I will be sure to spend time with the pet when I’m taking care of it. I will go on walks, go outside, and play with the pet. I will do whatever the pet owner asks from me and ensure the pet has my attention while I’m with them.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my lifelong, hands-on experience caring for dogs. I’ve had two dogs my entire life and have been actively involved in feeding, walking, playing with, and looking after them as part of my daily routine. Because of this, I understand how important it is to give pets attention, consistency, and genuine care. I treat every dog like my own and focus on making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I am a student so I am busy from about 8-2 Monday - Thursday but after that I am free to give any pet all the attention they need. Sundays I am free pretty much all day. I can take them for multiple walks a day. I have a small yard but live in a neighborhood where they will love to walk around and explore. I also have a park next door to my house that they can run around and play in that is fenced in. I currently do not have other dogs living with me but have room for dog living.

It is very comforting to know Lisa also has a senior chihuahua, and is very experienced with dog care. I am happy Mika seems to really enjoy her walks with Lisa and was able to get comfortable with her fast. Lisa takes her time and is in tune with Mika’s needs. I feel bad on days I have to leave Mika alone at home for so long for work, so it means the world to me that Lisa makes sure her time with Mika is quality bonding.”

About: I began working at my hometowns vet clinic when I was 16, where I gained a lot of experience with animal handling and care. I continue to work at the clinic during my school breaks, and I enjoy walking dogs at the animal shelter during my free time on campus. I have pet sat for many friends and family members over the years, which has given me experience caring for both dogs and cats of a variety of sizes and temperaments. I am an undergraduate student at MSU, studying animal science! My class schedule has many gaps, so there are lots of opportunities for me to check in on your pet throughout the day. I provide care through feeding, walking, and keeping your pet company while you are busy or out of town! I am unable to house pets due to living in an apartment that does not allow them, but I am able to provide care for them throughout the day while they remain in the familiar environment of their own home!

About: I have been on rover for almost 3 years now, I have experience in all care fields (child, adult, and animal), and am also a licensed massage therapist. I have 6 adorable Pugbulls and one cat.I've cared for fish, cats, and dogs. In a 30min time block I can usually walk a little over a mile with a dog, even if they want to stop and sniff around a bit. I love all animals and am always willing to look after new types of animals! Unfortunately I’m not currently taking on new weekly walks, I will update this should that change. Currently my schedule is very flexible and open during the whole week. Should that schedule change I will update this description and let any clients I’m working with know. I have a very flexible work schedule as a massage therapist, if a day isn’t available I will have it updated as unavailable on my rover calendar. I always make sure to allow all pets to come to me at their own pace without making them feel like I’m invading their personal space. This helps them be comfortable with me quickly and feel safe in their home.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and currently have two of my own—a Shih Tzu and a Mini Poodle—who I treat like family. Growing up with pets has given me a natural understanding of their needs, behaviors, and personalities. I’m experienced with both small and senior dogs, and I always prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness. What sets me apart from other sitters is the genuine love and patience I bring to each pet I care for. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I currently work part time and an internship so my availability is mostly afternoons after 2pm. I’m available in the mornings or afternoon on the weekends as well. Whether caring for pets in my home or my client’s home, I always focus on creating a safe, calm, and loving environment. About: I absolutely adore animals, so much so that I plan on making them my career, I am currently studying zoology. I have two dogs of my own which sadly couldn’t come with me to university so I’d love to make some new animal friends! I also have worked as a volunteer for a veterinary clinic as well as the animal care department in a zoo. I also have helped take care of my neighbors 9 cats, parrot, and lizard for extended periods of time, all of which had health issues so I have experience with administering many different kinds of medication. I am currently attending MSU so I will have to work around classes but I am available Friday, Saturday, Sunday all day and I am available in the afternoon on Tuesdays and morning on Thursdays. I am incredibly detail oriented and will follow your directions for animal care to the letter. I am comfortable in any situation involving animals and am comfortable with any temperaments or health conditions.
