About: I’ve cared for cats and dogs throughout my entire life. I’ve had the blessing of entirely raising a dog a cat and even a snake, from months of age to adulthood and throughout their elder years on my own. I am currently on summer break from school and work full-time as a Behavior Technician in Okemos, MI ! Other than my day-job I have a complete open availability on nights, afternoons and weekends. Plenty of time to smother your fur-baby with love and affection ! I have an upstairs apartment with two cats and a pet snake. There are no stairs inside my apartment so there is easy access for disabled and senior fur-babies. My bedroom and guest room also reside all on the same floor.

13. Jennifer B.
About: I have worked with animals since I 18 years old. I worked as a Sales Associate at Pet Supermarket down in Florida from the ages of 18-21 and transitioned to work as a veterinary technician from the ages of 21-25. This experience taught me both the abnormal and normal vitals and signs of a pet, therefore making me a reliable pet sitter. I am currently a third year veterinary student at MSU I have experience spending nights at the clients house and made sure that I followed the directions the owners left. I text my clients if permitted pictures of their pets and update them throughout the time they are away on the status of their pet. If I'm not spending the night at the client's house, I like to check in every 4 hours to spend some time with them. This includes play/quality time, medication administration, and food filling times. I am experienced in giving medication such as calming meds, insulin, etc. I'm currently a full time student at MSU College of Veterinary Medicine, however, I have some spare time to come and play, feed, and nurture your pet! I am mostly free on the weekends to come and spend time with the fur babies. There are days during the week I can manage as well. For house sitting, I like to check in with my owner on the status of their pet. If permitted, this includes sending pictures of them to the owner and updating them on their well being and if I have any questions or concerns about them. Moreover, if I am out throughout the day, I will come by the owner's house every 3-4 hours to check in on them. This includes play/quality time, feeding times, medication administration, or just to not have to pet home alone for a long period of time.
