I am returning to Rover after several years of a hiatus because nothing makes me happier than animals. There has been a dog in my family since I was 12. My parents call me the "dog whisperer" because I was always the one who took the time to train our dogs. My brother and his wife, before I came to college, would always trust me with their dogs and cats when they went out of town. I am so lucky to have foster experience from a 1yo chocolate lab, Hershey Kiss as she recovered from kennel cough. Baby labs can be a handful, but I am proud of the level of attention, care, and love I was able to provide to an animal that needed it. I also have extensive rat ownership experience -- for 5 years, I researched, trained, and absolutely fell in love with rats. Currently, I live in a home with two dogs and a cat and always provide care for them when their parents aren't home (and sometimes when they are!) I excel in playing and wrestling and giving your little loves their much- needed exercise, and I am even better at giving them pets and kisses! I hope you give me a chance to love on your furbaby! I am a full time student at the University of Michigan, and I work part time in the service industry. My schedule is largely forgiving, but my main priority is communication -- if I am unable to provide a service, it's important to me that I let that known so you can get your family taken care of appropriately. Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate boarding at this time. Contact me for drop ins, walks, or house sitting!

Every home is different in their needs, and I understand that some bookings require more or less attention than others. You know the best way to care for your dogs, my job is to follow all care instructions and to communicate any questions and concerns. I like to send frequent updates and pictures whenever I'm with your pet, and ask any questions I may have regarding their care.

Maddie took great care of our fur babies and gave them lots of love and attention. Sent pics and videos and was reliable. Would recommend and have her stay again!
We had Maddie dog sit for us over Thanksgiving and she was wonderful! She kept us up to date with what was going on with our pups and when she was at our house. We will definitely have her dog sit again. She is very sweet and responsible. Our male dog typically gets stressed when we leave and won’t eat but he was very content with Maddie and ate normally.
Maddie was wonderful! She took great care of our babies. I have one dog who is a rescue and very scared of strangers and new situations and Maddie was the most patient person ever with her. We will book Maddie in a heartbeat the next time we go on vacation.
I put Lana’s coat and harness on the counter.... if it’s way to cold I would walk her a little to potty then bring her in to play... I may be back in time to see you not sure:)

Schedule
I am a full time student, but as it's my last semester I am enrolled in a limited amount of classes -- & nothing starts before 11am. I also work part time in the service industry, 2-3 shifts a week. I am adept at managing my schedule to accommodate everything I need to, but if you have doubts I'm happy to discuss any concerns!
