About: I have been working in clinical veterinary care for 4 years now. As I'm going back to school to complete my vet tech license, I'm looking for more flexible work that can still fulfill my love for working with animals and providing them care. Having worked in many different kinds of veterinary clinics, including overnight in patient care, I can provide high levels of care even to pets with medical needs. I am comfortable administering all kinds of medication, even to difficult pets, and am comfortable with injections and glucose checks. I can also handle bath times, nail trims, ear cleanings and more! If you need assistance with any of those things, I'm also happy to come help. Simply book as a drop in. I believe deeply in meeting pets where they're at, and learning each pets unique ways of communication and their preferences to make them as comfortable and happy as they can be. I am going to school primarily online, so I have a very flexible schedule to attend to clients' pets needs, whenever they may arise or be required. I meet all pets where they're at! I believe all animals' boundaries should be respected, and I try to learn them up front. I have 3 cats, all with different feeding needs, and an elderly dog, so I'm a master at juggling difficult feeding times and home zoos in general.

About: I’m currently healing after a double mastectomy and waiting for reconstructive surgery in the fall. Animals have been a huge source of happiness, comfort, and healing in my life but even more so throughout my journey. I have two cats and two guinea pigs, so I understand the love, patience, and attention pets need to feel safe and cared for. I enjoy spending time with animals of all kind, whether it’s taking dogs on walks, giving extra cuddles, or simply making sure they feel loved and comfortable while their owners are away. I also enjoy walking my elderly neighbors’ dogs and helping care for them when needed. I’m patient, gentle, dependable, and truly treat every pet like family. Everyone loves puppies and kitties! I do too but I find senior dogs and cats interesting because of their personalities. I would love the opportunity to provide a safe, loving, and comforting environment for your furry family members. 🐾 I am available any day and any time. I am very flexible with being available for you. I wake up quite early to tend to my own so I’m an early bird. I’m available to come to your home so your fur babies are comfortable. About: I've been taking care of animals since I was a kid, but I had my first dog 19 years ago. I am very comfortable scooping poo, litterboxes, cleaning up vomit, and checking for abnormal bowel movements and eating habits that may be from stress while you're gone. I'm great at reading a dog and cat's body language, so I am patient about letting them control the speed at which we get to know each other. I love going for walks, and am used to handling dogs on leash that may get reactive to people, dogs, cars, etc. I've worked with horses in the past, so I can handle a large animal getting excited. Most importantly, I want your dog or cat to have fun! let's play! I work freelance from home, so my days are very flexible. I can do mornings, midday, and evenings very easily. Mon-Sun, and most holidays I am in the Ann Arbor area I will ask where your pets favorite safe spaces are in their home, where they like to hide, where they're favorite treats and toys are. If your dog just needs to romp in their backyard, I'll follow whatever your home procedure is if they need to be cleaned up after or not. I'll also keep an eye out for indicators of stress: vomit, accidents inside the home or outside the litterbox, scratches or bites on furniture, destroyed toys, etc.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats, horses, and all sorts of pets for most of my life. From Great Danes to Shih Tzus I love all the puppies! I have a miniature bernedoodle and a Shih Tzu currently that I raised from puppies and they are very well behaved. I have watched an older dog who needed liquid IVs and pills and everything went well with him. I currently have three dogs at home. I work part time and can schedule work every week based around what I am doing, so I am pretty much always available as long as it’s about a week in advance. I can be at home as much as needed! I have three friendly dogs (two don’t like to play much but one loves to play) at home and no cats in the house. We do potty breaks every couple of hours which consists of just letting the dogs out in the yard which is not fenced in. Whenever I watch dogs at the house, I am always certain to take the dogs out on leash. If the puppers aren’t the best on leash that’s alright as well, I just use a harness or whatever the owners provide.

About: I have always loved animals ever since I was a child. As soon as I was old enough to do so, I began taking care of my neighbors' cats and dogs when they would leave for vacation or work trips, in addition to my own dog. From there, I began volunteering at the League for Animal Welfare, a no-kill shelter in Ohio. I worked with countless dogs and cats to help train, socialize, and exercise them, and otherwise prepare them for adoption into a forever home. I am responsible, reliable, and dedicated to keeping all pets safe and happy. After owning a large golden retriever and caring for numerous dogs both larger and smaller, I am comfortable and experienced with all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats. Above all, I love animals, and will go above and beyond to make sure that your pet(s) are safe, healthy, and happy.

About: I have been around dogs and pets since I was very young. We had a family dog I helped take care of and all three of my siblings have had either a dog or cat that I would pet sit. My roommate also currently owns a puppy that I help out with as well. I am currently a full time student at GVSU and I have a part time job but it is very flexible. I can always make scheduling work as long as we communicate! I do not board other dogs very often unless it is dire. But trust and safely will depend on where you live and what you and your pet are comfortable with.

About: We provide boarding for your cat or dog in a family-based environment. We try to keep a structured and caring home environment for pets while their owners are away. Our goal is to keep the experience for you and your pet as safe and stress free as possible. Additionally, I have First Aid and CPR Certification for cats and dogs. I am also Fear Free Certified. Being Fear Free Certified means I was trained to look at subtle signs of stress in dogs and cats before they escalate. As well as techniques to make interactions with dogs and cats less stressful. My husband works from home, and I'm also at home with my children. During the school year I do drop off and pick up for the kids. My husband is home at this time. Therefore, dogs are generally always supervised, although there may be brief periods of time we are all out of the home. We have an area designated for the dogs in our home. This helps reduce the risk of escaping and helps keep them more safe. We also have a fenced in backyard. However, we always supervise interactions in the backyard between dogs or when the dogs are alone.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, and I love taking care of them! I have experience with walking them, feeding them, and keeping them company :) I plan to work part-time this summer, but I don’t have anything set in stone yet. Other than that, I don’t have many conflicts. I will probably be free most days and evenings of the week. You can trust me to care for your pet in almost any way they need. I am thorough and will always make sure they are healthy and happy in my care.
