“I would highly recommend Pam and Taylor! We had great experience knowing that are pets were safe and taken care of. Pam was very communicative and transparent with us. They went above beyond helping us with other tasks as well.”

“Emma was able accept our last minute booking and she communicated promtply. She was fantastic with our cats and the photos she shared each visit were great! She followed the instructions very well. I would definitely book again in the future.”

“Maria was absolutely fantastic! She took care of our two kitties (one diabetic and needing insulin twice a day and the other chronically terrified of strangers). She was in touch regarding clarification on the medicine - which was very much appreciated - and gave us updates throughout her visits including that our little scared cat actually accepted pets from her on the last day (we were shocked and thrilled!). We look forward to using Maria's services again in the future.”

“Fatima is super responsive and was very flexible when we needed to adjust our dates last minute. She is super gentle and even our very shy cat felt comfortable with her by the second time he met her! We were very impressed! We didn't worry about our cats at all while we were away. We are hoping that next time we need a cat sitter she will be available and I'm sure our cats would love to see her again.”

“Jaime was so wonderful with our boys, as always! It was obvious from Jaime’s photos how relaxed our shy kitty was with him, and Jaime went above and beyond with his frequent communication and helping to clean up one of the cats’ accidents. We’ll definitely rebook in the future!”

“Alexis was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend booking with her! She is super attentive to your fur babies & treats them as her own! She took my Leo on a walk & sent me the best check-in pictures! She did an 11/10 job & i truly suggest you book with her in the future! Thank you so much Alexis for being super kind, and helpful🫶”

“Jessi was just absolutely wonderful. She sent updates of her activities with Spooky everyday, as well as lots of cute photos of playtime and pets. She was also extremely pleasant during our meet-and-greet and definitely took care to follow specific instructions. I will absolutely be asking her in the future to look after Spook.”

“Alise was awesome! She sent pics every morning and also updated me if they didn’t eat as much as normal, etc. Would most definitely use Alise again the next time I need a pet sitter! Great communication and it seemed like my kitties loved her!”

“Kasey was great. She took great care of our cat and sent photos each day. She even replaced our lizard’s bulb that burnt out right when we left for our trip. If not replaced, we may have lost our lizard. We can’t thank Kasey enough for that and taking such great care of Koto. We would welcome Kasey back!”

“Katja was wonderful. She was good about updates, came when she said she would, and took excellent care of our kitties. She even got our shy cat to come out for pets and play time.”

“I have two loving and active cats who can be a handful sometimes and Brianna ALWAYS does an amazing job with them! She sends thoughtful updates with great pictures which I really love and she pays attention to the small details (e.g. cleaning out their food dishes when they’re done eating so they don’t accumulate dry gunk and changing the water regularly so it’s fresh) which makes such a difference coming home! We love Brianna and are repeat bookers every time she’s available!”

“Very nice, Jackie sent daily updates and made sure my kitty had everything he needed. She even clipped his nails and got him into the carrier, which is super difficult for me! Five stars! Would go back to her again if he ever needs a sitter :)”

About: I’m Amelia. I’ve taken care of animals since I was 7 years old. I have taken care of many pets including horses, cats, and dogs. I have two dogs of my own and love all types of pets. I’m very responsible and I love animals more than people. I’m a high school senior and I have a part time job but I’m very free on the weekends, especially because I can do school work at peoples homes. I will spend lots of time with them. Walking, playing, and cuddles. I love all types of dogs and I’m very capable of taking care of all of their needs.

“Rani is Heaven sent! We had a prior arrangement that was not going well and Rani was available and flexible and soooo good with our cat, Loki. She really gave him the love and affection that we would have, which is exactly what we were looking for! You will not go wrong with leaving your fur babies in her hands. Thank you again, Rani! You restored our peace. God bless you!”

About: I’ve taken care of all of my pets since a very young age. I love every animal I see as if they are my own! Animals bring me so much joy and I wish for them to have the same happiness. I try to pay attention to body language to know what they are telling me especially when we do not know each other yet. I’ve worked as a dog nutritionist at a place called Must Love Dogs (which I certainly do!) I always want to learn more, do more, and constantly be better for the animals in the world even if I’m only able to impact a few. I have experience with dogs who need a lot of support physically (wheelchairs, lift up harnesses, bathroom assistance) as my own German Shepherd needed all of these things later in life. I may have lost count of how many times I was peed on or had to clean the floors, but I wouldn’t change any of it for the world. I hope to honor him everyday and share my love with other fur babies as much as I can. My love for animals is endless. My goal is to be able to fill my days with all sorts of animals I can love on and bring joy to. I am available any day or time for drop in visits, playtime, feedings, and walks! I currently have a dog and a cat. I take my dog for walks and try to provide plenty of play time, snuggles, and other forms of enrichment for him every day. My kitty is still young and loves playtime, being brushed, and always wants snuggles in the morning which I am always happy to provide! My pets are my babies and every animal I see automatically becomes a baby. I had a special needs German shepherd who was in a wheelchair and needed a ton of special care and attention. I’m not afraid to do the dirty work that pets need to thrive and be happy whether that’s my own pets or my clients. I’d treat them as my own.
York Charter Township cat parents share their Rover experiences
Maura is absolutely wonderful! I’m so glad I met her. She took care of my 3 cats and did a wonderful job. I have a cat with asthma that requires liquid drops in his mouth and she handled that without any issues and made me feel at ease knowing my cats were in such great hands. You can tell Maura genuinely loves animals and has a calm, natural way around them. She’s also very thorough and mature with excellent communication which also puts me at ease. 5 stars!!
