I grew up in a home that always had at least one dog, so caring for pets has been part of my everyday life for as long as I can remember. From helping train puppies to caring for dogs as they aged, I learned early on the importance of patience, consistency, and gentle handling at every stage of life. What sets me apart is my ability to meet each pet where they are. Some dogs need play and stimulation, while others feel most comfortable with a calm, steady presence — I naturally adjust my energy to match theirs so they feel safe and at ease. Over the years, I’ve also provided regular dog walking and pet-sitting for neighbors and friends, building experience with a variety of personalities, ages, and care needs.

As a devoted dog owner myself (I have a 4-year-old French Bulldog), I’m naturally very attentive to the needs, comfort, and safety of every pet in my care. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their usual routines — including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions provided — so they feel secure and at ease. I’m mindful of each pet’s personality and energy level, and I create a safe, tidy, and well-balanced environment while their owners are away. I provide consistent supervision, plenty of affection, and thoughtful engagement tailored to each pet’s needs, so they feel comfortable and at ease. I’m also intentional about following your pet’s routine as outlined—from meals to medications to daily schedules—while staying attentive to any changes in behavior. I treat your home with care, keep things clean and secure, and aim to provide a calm, dependable presence you can trust.

We hired Julia at the last minute to care for our 3 dogs, ages 10 week puppy, 2 y.o. corgi and 10 y.o. golden. It was an especially challenging job as the puppy needed middle of night potty breaks and a lot of supervision Julia did great. She stayed at our house, followed all of our directions, kept in good contact with texts and photos. Our 10 y.o. can be a challenge as he weighs 70 lb and will lunge at squirrels etc. Julia managed to keep him under control. She also worked with the puppy to get him less reactive to traffic and cars on walks. She kept the house tidy, voluntarily vacuumed, and all 3 dogs liked her alot. We would definitely hire her again!

Julia has been a friend for a while, we have always had dogs. I got two puppies and my job needed me a bit more, I was not close enough to run home at lunch. Julia came to my rescue, she came to my house and we talked about days, times and what they needed. Julia was not only good with the puppies, they absolutely adore her, she was very helpful with training. The best thing is that Julia was able to help me with training, she wasn’t just training the pups but me too. My new puppies are a bit more energetic than pups before, her thoughtfulness was very good for our family. I am very glad she has been able to help me out so much. I can’t recommend her enough.

Schedule
I currently have very open availability, which allows me to be flexible with scheduling and fully attentive to the pets in my care. Because my schedule is open right now, I’m able to accommodate a wide range of needs, including daytime walks, drop-ins, overnight care, and last-minute requests when possible. I’m in a transitional season professionally, which gives me the opportunity to dedicate consistent time and energy to pet sitting and dog walking — something I genuinely enjoy. Pet care has always been a natural part of my routine, and I’m happy to provide dependable, consistent care for the families I work with.
