“We can’t say enough good things about Amanda and her family. I truly appreciate her kindness and care for Gigi. Gigi always has a good time with them and comes home tired out from playtime and cuddles!”

“George was great with taking care of Zee. He communicated well, sending pictures along the way. She was very happy when we picked her up. Very reasonable rates. Will definitely book again. Thank you George.”

“Excellent service and great tips she gave. Thanks for taking care of Zeus. Highly recommend her. She is a trainer and also a to be VET. gave great tips and he was super happy when he came back to me.”

“What a great experience for all! Beretta loved her stay, we went away with out worry, and Andria's family loved the interaction with our dog for a few days!! From the moment of meeting Andria's family, I could tell that this was a perfect setting and a good match to fill our needs for skipping towns for a few days. Half the battle sometimes, as a pet owner, is setting up boarding for your fur baby, and then being able to relax while your away that your dog's needs are being met! Not one time did I worry, or even consider that Beretta would have a terrible adjustment for the few days we were out of town. It was great to get the pictures daily, and the updates on how the status was on our pooch! Beretta looked like she was right at home ....only she wasn't....she was in Andria's and interacting so well with her family! If you need to be rest assured that your dog is well taking care of, having personal attention and affection giving through out the days, and being cared for with proper dietary needs and bathroom breaks, then I highly recommend Andria! Beretta, is kind of a "high" maintenance pup...(she requires a coat and shoes when going out in snowy weather....and it was snowy the whole time of her stay....) and not one squabble from Andria about accommodating getting her shoes on, or her jacket when taking her outside. Andria, thank you. Thank you for your attention to detail, the meeting up prior to the actual stay, the daily messages and updates with photos, and your gentle nature and calmness. You were the real MVP of our mini getaway, and we appreciate you taking care of Beretta immensely!”

“Lauren and Chris are amazing sitters as always. They are my dogs favorite people to stay with, they make her feel so loved and comfortable when she stays with them!”

“So, so happy with our choice to board our golden with Rachel and Michael while we were out of town for two weeks. They took fantastic care of Nala, provided many photos and updates throughout and it really allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing that our girl was so well taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“Andrew was great! It was my first time leaving the doggy with a stranger, but he set up a meet and greet and kept me updated so that I barely worried my whole trip. He even convinced Dr. Pepper to take his meds, which is no small feet. If I ever need to travel again, I can say with confidence that Pepper will enjoy his vacation with Andrew too.”

“JoAnn was great! She took care of our Frenchie Winnie for a week and treated her like she was her own. She sent pictures and videos everyday. Winnie had plenty of playtime and walks. I would highly recommend!”

“Caroline was absolutely awesome. Very responsive and accommodating We knew our pups were in great hands. We would receive a video every morning and see that they were well taken care of and having a blast with the other dogs in her beautiful home with a fenced in yard. Would love to have her watch our dogs again, soon!”

“Kayden did a terrific job with my 18 week old puppy. I'd been having significant behavioral problems with the pup and Kayden did very well with her and offered me guidance to help get the problems under control at home. Kayden was very responsive to my questions while I was out of town and sent photos as well. Kayden was extremely well organized in managing my dog's meet 'n greet and all the elements of her six day stay. I'd been worried about leaving a very young, not fully house-broken dog but she clearly had a great time. I'm not sure she wanted to return home! Kayden went above and beyond all my expectations.”

“This was Josie’s second stay with Maureen. It was another exceptional stay. Josie had a number of walks and snuggle times on the couch. Maureen is wonderful about sending pictures so we can see how much fun Josie is having. Thank you, Maureen, for taking such good care of our Josie!”

“So kind and accommodating! Piper had a great time with Deb and Malcomb! Thank you for taking care of piper while we traveled to a family reunion out of state. Knowing that piper was in a home environment with dog lovers made us feel at ease. Deb was very good at sharing pictures and keeping us updated daily on our Miss Piper. A+ experience. Will highly recommend and will use in future. This was our very first Rover.com experience and it was good! Thank you!!”

“My babies come home so happy after their stay with Amanda. They feel so at home with the love and snuggles from Amanda and Robert. Thank you again for caring for them this weekend❣️”

“Ginsberg loves her time with Teresa’s. She enjoys spending time in the large backyard with her friends and relaxing in the house when it gets too hot outside. Teresa is our first choice sitter whenever we are out of town.”

“Jane was amazing with Rue who is a Chihuahua and nervous by nature and not highly socialized. I believe that her calm demeanor and welcoming environment helped him to relax for his stay with her. I felt very comfortable with leaving my Rue with her and appreciated all of the updates and pictures.”

“Sydney was amazing!!! Poor Charlie got sick with 2 parasites right before his visit. He was feeling much better after a few days on medication so Sydney still was willing to take him in. She continued the rest of his treatment which consisted of multiple medications at carousing times throughout the day. She continued to provide us updates through out his stay and reassured us that he was definitely on the up and up the whole time. Her location is ideal for airport travel as she is only about 10 minutes from DTW. We will absolutely use Sydney in the future!! Thank you again!”

Many sitters in MI ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
