“Samantha made sure our dog was comfortable and getting the proper amount of food and walks. She was on top of the communication and sent us a picture everyday. She made sure to ask questions about our dogs eating and sleeping habits which put us at ease. She is located near the airport which made it really easy for us to drop off and pick up. “Ely was great with our Cockapoo. He took the time to get to know her prior to the visit by asking the right questions and having a greet and meet with his dog and Sofi first, which I appreciated. I felt like our pup was in good hands the entire time. The pictures Ely sent were also good in capturing Sofi’s mood, and his detailed descriptions gave accurate updates. Sometimes it feels like other sitters just send pictures just to send them, but that wasn’t the case with Ely. Overall, good visit for Sofi, and I will definitely call Ely first the next time we need a sitter!”
