“Nia and Phillip came in clutch! I’m a travel healthcare worker from Arizona and my place wasn’t ready and I had to go to work. Nia and Phillip were able with a 24 hour notice able to care for my fur baby PJ so I would be able to go to work. They took great care of him. I highly recommend them.”

“We are so thankful to Erika and her family for looking after our Dexter so well! We got daily updates and pictures of all the fun he was having. Erika did an amazing job administering his medicine. It was such a relief to have Dexter in such good hands. Thank you so much!”

About: I have been rescuing dogs for almost 2 decades. Needless to say, I love dogs. I currently have a great Pyrenees and she would love Company. I work 100% remote from home., my yard has a 6 foot privacy fence am I Home is very dog friendly. I am also experienced in taking care of diabetic dogs, including testing and injections twice a day, monitoring food and making sure that all the dogs under my hair get daily walks, and lots of love. I work 100% remote. My day doesn’t start until nine, which allows me to spend time in the morning either playing with the dogs going for walks. I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood around those days that the weather doesn’t permit us to go out I have what we call beauty time.. I walk my dog every evening for at least 30 minutes and if the day is nice, we try to get some time in during lunch as well My house and backyard are very pet friendly. I am not someone who gets upset if there’s an accident after all they’re pets, stuff’s gonna happen. I have a 6 foot privacy fence in my backyard. My dog prefers to sleep outside, but for the dogs that I’m sitting I prefer they be inside with me.
“Our pup is always happy to spend time at Tracey’s, and she is always so nice and flexible with our schedules. We absolutely trust her, we know that she takes care of our furbaby like he is her own. ❤️”
“Abbey was wonderful! I’m always nervous about leaving our sweet Goldendoodle with people but I felt completely comfortable during our time away and knew Abbey was taking the best care of him. Ford is pretty great too!”

“I’m so happy that I found Suzanne to watch my pup while I went on vacation. She was very responsive and proactively sent me updates and pictures during his stay. Highly recommend”

“Rafael and his partner took fantastic care of my senior dog, who was still recovering from recent surgery. They were incredibly attentive, providing daily updates and photos that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. They’re a super communicative and genuinely kind couple — I could tell Mistral was in great hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Highly recommended!”

“Samantha and Zachary are fantastic sitters! My dog Stella had a great time and made two new friends in Krypto and Bailey. Provided daily photos and videos of Stella during her stay and they were always quick to respond to all my messages. Would highly recommend!”

“Steven was great. Took fantastic care of Daisy and was quick to respond to any of my Questions. He made drop off and pick up easy and we are lucky to have found him as a future Daisy dog sitter. I highly recommend him”

“Jessica was simply amazing. We’ve never left our girls for any amount of time before and they were there for a week. Jessica was super patient and understanding with our one dog who needed some extra time to get comfortable around other dogs and cats. We were sent daily pictures and updates and videos throughout the week. Initially we were nervous being away from them for so long but we knew they were in good hands. The updates reassured us that they were having an amazing time and enjoyed their vacation at Jessica’s house. I 100% recommend Jessica to watch your dogs, and will be a return customer next time we need her services! Thank you again 🥰”

“Dawn was able to watch Rose for us last minute and really made our weekend! She kept us informed of how Rose was doing and it was overall a great experience. We have already rebooked with Dawn for next month!”
About: Hi, my name is Carissa! I am experienced in caring for many animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, and even farm animals. I owned an operated an open-play dog boarding and daycare facility in Southern California for five years (from 2014 through 2019) serving over 300 furry clients- all different sizes and personalities. (My old Facebook page with reviews can be seen on facebook by searching CarissaBennettCanineCare). Since moving back to my home-state of Michigan I worked as a veterinary assistant for two years in a general practice clinic, and am able to confidently provide first aid, as well as administer oral, topical, and injectable medications to pets in my care. Additionally, I am comfortable with caring for senior and special needs pets. I love all animals like family and would love the opportunity to care for your furbaby while you are away! I am available all day Fridays-Mondays. Perfect for long weekend trips! I do work to Tuesdays-Thursdays, 8am-5pm, but I am available in the evening on Thursdays for drop-off if needed (for an early Friday morning departure, etc.). I am available for drop-in visits Friday-Monday as well, and can also schedule drop-in visits between 6-8 pm Tuesday-Thursdays. Your pet would have tons of love in our home, with access to all living spaces and our large fenced-in yard. We currently have 1 indoor/outdoor kitty, but our chocolate lab recently passed away, so no pups in the home at this time.
“So happy I booked with Kayla to sit my pup while I was on vacation. She kept my mind at ease with all the pictures and the updates. I felt confident she would treat my dog right. I definitely plan on booking with her again in the near future.”

“Whitley was absolutely phenomenal, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough! She cared for our senior cat, Panda Bear, for almost a month while we were relocating, and knowing he was in her care gave us complete peace of mind. Panda Bear is an older cat, so leaving him for an extended period was incredibly difficult. From day one, Whitley treated him as if he were her own. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, making sure he was comfortable, well-loved, and happy throughout his stay. One of the things we appreciated most was her communication. She sent us regular updates, photos, and messages about how Panda Bear was doing, which meant the world to us during such a stressful time. It was so reassuring to see him relaxed, receiving affection, and settling in so well with her. When we picked him up, he was healthy, content, and clearly had been very well cared for. It was obvious that he had received plenty of love and attention while we were away. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, compassionate, and goes above and beyond for your pet, Whitley is the person you want. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional care she gave Panda Bear, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. Thank you, Whitley, for taking such amazing care of our sweet boy!”

“Woody had such a great stay with Theresa and Adrian! It’s always nerve-wracking leaving them with someone new but my mind was put at ease with their amazing communication and updates while I was away. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my boy! We will be back for sure.”

This was the second time my Belle stayed with Abbey. The first time was 19 days. And she exceeded my expectations. This second time I breathed easy, knowing Belle was in her care. She sent pictures and gave updates. Definitely will be booking in the future. Thankful that we found her. She and her family are amazing (this definitely includes Ford)!🥰

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
