They kept in communication with me and were flexible when my flight home was delayed. During my 2.5 week trip, they sent me text updates, photos and videos of Blaise. All were welcomed and really helped me feel secure that he was doing great. Feeding instructions were followed precisely. They even sent him home with a fresh bath and his bed and blanket washed! “Sunskriti has a very caring personality and is experienced looking after dogs as she has always taken care of her own dogs and looked after dogs from a shelter and helped to bring them up. She is very knowledgeable and professional, she is a University graduate (she graduated from University of Michigan) and she is able to work from home on some days which makes her more flexible and gives her more time to look after dogs. “I cannot convey how grateful I am to Khelsi for taking care of Bruno over the last 3+ weeks during which I not only needed to recover from knee replacemtn surgery but came to understand that I needed to find a new home for my pup who I could no longer manage post surgery. This was not an easy task in any way but Khelsi's willingness to provide a safe and loving home while I both regained my ability to get around but also find a family that would welcome Bruno felt heroic...It all worked out but a difficult process would have definitely been much worse without Khelsi's kindness and flexibiity.
