“Samantha and Zachary are fantastic sitters! My dog Stella had a great time and made two new friends in Krypto and Bailey. Provided daily photos and videos of Stella during her stay and they were always quick to respond to all my messages. Would highly recommend!”

“Mou and Yanling were the perfect sitters for my senior boy during my 2+ week vacation out of town. They sent videos daily, keeping me reassured he was in great hands and being a good boy. I could tell my dog bonded with Yanling in particular, who spoiled him like her own. I can now enjoy vacations knowing Mou and Yanling will take care of my boy like family :)”

“Amanda is amazing and experienced! My goldendoodle is a little anxious and slow to warm up to other dogs, but very loving with people. Amanda was kind and patient with my girl (and me). I felt very comfortable leaving her with Amanda and her family. I've boarded Lexi in the past, and this experience was the best. Lexi's transition back home was seamless - no tummy troubles or misbehaving - and Amanda made scheduling drop off and pick up easy. I will be back, and am grateful to have found a home away from home for Lexi. Thanks Amanda!”

“Thank you for loving on our two puppies. Eric and Dawn were responsive to our reservation. We were provided pictures and updates. Definitely will be a returning client.”

“Monica was absolutely amazing with my boy! She was gentle, compassionate and truly made Moose feel like he was at home! This was our first time using Rover and I’m so glad to have meet Monica.”

“Our fur baby Cooper, was very happy at Kshama’s home. We were pleased to see him playing and comfortable in the many pictures and videos. We would highly recommend this Rover home!”

“Craig spoiled Gus with swim time, belly rubs, and plenty of friends during his 11-day stay. He also kept me updated with photos every morning. It helped put my mind at ease for leaving my pup that long. In the end it just felt like my dog was at summer camp!”

“Sidney was great. She sent updates a few times and pictures which was so appreciated. Maggie was a bit Leary about the hardwood floors someone’s put down rugs. She was an excellent sitter and highly recommend”

“Thank you for taking such good care of Billy & Betty on our extended vacation! I know they both enjoyed staying with you as well as meeting another doggy friend. Communicating with us and sending all the pictures while we were gone really helped because my little nephew was really missing them.”

“Kareema is a very warm and welcoming young lady who was able to take my kitties on fairly short notice. She gave me updates and pictures of my happy kitties which helped my anxiety of having to leave them in someone else's care. My cats were happy and very well attended to under her care. When the time comes that I ever need to have my pets taken care of again, Kareema is my 1st choice. Thank you so much Kareema, Mr. Pickles, Chi-chi Michi, and we appreciate you 😊”

“Britnie was great and super friendly ! She collected as much information before Milo’s stay to make sure he’s as comfortable as possible. Milo had lots of friends to play with and lots of activities. Got lots of pictures and daily updates. Will definitely be booking again.”

“Always a perfect stay for our older lab. Kristen is incredibly attentive and communicative which is why we continue to come back to her at a every opportunity we can. Thanks, Kristen!”

“Katie is such a kind person & was so awesome with our boys! We got lots of pics, which helped put our minds at ease. We will definitely be rebooking soon ❤️”

“First time Rover user here ✋. Latara took great care of our 9 month old bernedoodle for 6 days. She kept us informed throughout the stay and provided us reassurance our Harlowe was in great hands. Latara was also very accommodating for a later pick up after an unexpected travel delay. We will certainly reach out again in the future for our sitter or boarding needs. Thank you Latara! You’re the best!”

“Nathan and his family are excellent dog sitters. Duke had a great time. He was sending pictures so I can see how Duke was managing being away from home. I truly appreciate the great care they gave my dog. I’ll definitely use them again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Fraser
Highly recommend this wonderful family to look after your fur babies. We are anxious fur parents to leave behind our furbaby but their constant updates and the welcoming home environment as well as the safety made us feel at ease. Our baby Goofy was having the best time especially gaining new friends. Thank you so much Sam, Zach, and to your babies and furbabies❤️❤️❤️

Kareema was awesome! Very attentive to my pup. My pup, Faith, takes medication once a day and Kareema made sure she followed thru with giving it to her. She even took Faith on daily walks…which Faith LOVES. Thank u for being amazing to my baby while we were out of town. Knowing she was in a loving home while away from home made our travel a bit easier.

Robyn was an excellent dog sitter — very caring and attentive to Hades. She went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and happy while I was away. I really appreciated the frequent video and picture updates, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. Highly recommend!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
