About: I have over 25 years of experience caring for, loving and training various dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. My wife and I have 3 rescue dogs and 5 rescue cats, plus we regularly foster puppies and kittens. I know how important it is to ensure your babies are in good hands and safe while you’re away! I’ve worked with dogs and cats of many different ages, breeds, and temperaments over the years and have experience with potty, obedience and leash training, as well as caring for senior animals or administering medication etc. I love every pet as if they were my own!! I work fully remote so am entirely flexible throughout my day, including nights and weekends. I am able to accommodate the needs of the pet whether it involves a quick stop or an extended stay. I will always make sure your pet is secured in a fenced yard or on a leash. I don’t even like to leave pets unattended in the yard without keeping an eye on them. In the house it is important that boundaries are adhered to if there are certain areas off limits, and crate trained dogs are secured in their crate when left at home.

She was timely and responsible, and really took in all of the Sully-information I gave her. (He has allergies and meds, so it was more info than your average dog.) She provided frequent updates and was able to get two rounds of exercise in, despite it being mid-July. Sully seemed really relaxed (and tuckered out!) when we returned and the house was in great shape. I would definitely hire Rachel again!”

About: I've had dogs since I was little, and I am a compassionate dog caretaker. I love all dogs, young and old, healthy and ill. I want to spend all of my time with dogs and make them feel loved and taken care of! As of now I am not working, I just have two trips out of state before I start school in Chicago August 21 at which time I will be available in that area! I am attentive and careful when caring for dogs, and when taking them on walks I am patient and allow them to take their time and sniff around. I love playing with dogs' toys or cuddling with them. It makes me so happy to make them feel happy and loved.

About: I've had at least one dog or cat for most of my life, and been coparent to my three cats for two years alongside my domestic partner. They are our babies, and love to play and cuddle. Katie watched our 3 dogs for a week while we took our first vacation with our 1 yr. old. We love our fur babies beyond belief. This was our first time using Rover and of course were hesitant. Katie did such an amazing job with communication and reassurance. I received updates daily as well as pictures. One of our dogs had an upset stomach while gone and Katie went above and beyond to take care of him. She prepared a bland diet for a couple days and spent extra time with him.
