About: I got my first pets at 21, two mice named Luna and Lena. Since then I've had many more pets including more mice, rats, dogs, and a cat. I have had my dogs for about 7 years. My baby girl Remy, is a wild ball of energy, even at 9. My darling boy Leonard, is a very slow gentle giant who moves like a sloth, so I have experience with dogs across the energy spectrum! My fluffy baby Bean is my first cat. I have learned a lot from him over the last 4 years that Ive had him. He is a cuddly kitty who shows love through playful violence. I say this to explain that I am so used to being torn up a bit by my pets. I understand that pets do not know their strength or sharpness and I will give them the grace needed! My pets are the center of my life. I wake up and immediately refill food and waters and let my dogs outside. While they do their business, I cuddle Bean, my cat. Sadly, after I let my dogs in I have to head out to work. When I get home from work, I always run to get kisses from my dogs. Then I do the same as the morning, check food and water and let them outside. Because my cat and one of my dogs dont get along, I often have to split my time between them but I make sure everyone gets all their cuddles and love. I also dedicate at least 10 minutes twice a day, playing with each of them. I am unable to host others pets at my house as we are full up, but I always treat others homes and pets with the utmost respect. I try my best not to touch anthing that isn't needed and leave the home looking the same or better than when I got there.

I have a predictable schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday of 9-5. I have a one hour lunch break between 11:30 and 12:40 where I can do drop in visits to feed, spend time with and give your pets bathroom breaks. About: Non smoking house. I typically only host one dog family at a time but please tell me if your dog doesn’t get along with other dogs in case I have an emergency booking. I have had puppies, seniors and everything in between. I love all the dogs, big, medium and little! They will be spoiled immensely with me! I also volunteer walking dogs at a nearby shelter so I can handle any size dog while on walks. I’ll give them as much or little exercise as they are accustomed to. Peyton did a fantastic job with my dog Harry. She was easy to reach before my trip. She met Harry ahead of time and learned the apartment and his schedule. While I was gone she sent me several photos every day and kept me updated. She was also very respectful of my home. Harry’s a rescue with some quirks, and he can cling to people. Peyton was loving with him and kept him close. She also got him out like I’d asked. She took him to play with other dogs because she knew what was safe for him and what wasn’t. She did everything we agreed to. It was my first time leaving him with a sitter. I’d hire her again any time I leave town, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone.
Dorene was amazing pet sitting for our dog and two cats! She stayed at our house for 10 days while we were out of the country, and I was very nervous but she communicated very well, sent lots of pictures of the animals, and clearly clicked with our anxious dog and extremely shy cat. The animals were happy and healthy when we came back and the house was cleaner than when we left! She even kept an eye on our plants for us. I will definitely have Dorene pet sit again and I highly recommend her to anyone who might be nervous about leaving their pets while they go out of town.
