About: As a Licensed Vet Tech (no longer practicing) I have worked with many different types of pets including exotics. Besides cats and dogs I am also open to working with some exotic species such as smaller reptiles and snakes, rabbits, birds, fish, guinea pigs and other small mammals. I am also open to doing some medical treatments such as giving oral, ophthalmic, or otic medications, etc. I am available any evening as well as flexible hours for my lunch at my day job which I work from home, and even early morning hours. I am also able to help with minor training issues but in no way can I guarantee that service. I can work with more anxious pets as needed but more aggressive pets will be needing to seek professional assistance.

From a child, I’ve always had a dog that I’ve cared for of different breeds from Beagle to Elkhound and now a Shepherd/Golden mix. I frequently dog sit for my brother who has an Aussie/Bernie mix. My dog recently suffered a TPLO tear and we’ve had to make significant adjustments due to complications that happened. I learned to help support his 115 pound frame for potty breaks, give shots, and give medications. I work mornings 7am-3:30pm but sometimes I work afternoon shifts, I will be sure to let you know what I am working so you can know the hours I’ll be away at work from your fur baby. After work I usually spend the day at home. I have a fenced in backyard, plenty of room for your pet to run around and enjoy themselves, my house is comfortable and nothing around would cause any harm to your pet. I have a bedroom dedicated to puppy playtime which is also where they sleep if not upstairs in the room with me.
