“Jessica is amazing. She helps with the feedings for our cats and does a great job. Jessica is on time, super dependable and very consistent with her visits. We are so grateful to have found her!”

“This was our first time using Meagan for our 2 cats. She did a great job communicating with us and even with requests to help with packages/mail while we were away. She also was super awesome and took the cat trash out for us before we came home! We finally found someone in our area to help out when we are out of town! Thank you!”

“She was absolutely amazing! Our cat has diabetes and needs injections every 12 hours. She was on time every single drop in, she kept us updated on everything. My cat even looked disappointed to see me when I got home. I highly recommend her to anyone especially if your pet has any kind of medical needs! Thank you Brittany for taking such great care of Sorin!”

“I could not be happier with the care Dawn provided. I’ve never been able to leave for a work trip with confidence knowing my animals were so well taken care of. She went over the top on providing pictures and care, could not recommend her more!”

“Hannah is a certified Angel. Her patience, kindness, and devotion to my Eddie went far beyond my expectations. Miraculously, she had a cat who is afraid of everyone snuggling up to her in no time at all. I greatly appreciated her photos and communication, having never been away from Eddie even for a night since rescuing him a year ago. So grateful!”

“Destiny is the best rover sitter! She sent tons of pictures and updates throughout the stay. Our kitty had the best time and she left our house so clean! So thankful and will absolutely be booking with her again!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Mary! She took amazing care of my cats. She went above and beyond each and every visit. Her communication and commitment are top notch. Towards the end of her visits my VERY shy cats trusted her and that is saying a lot. I would highly recommend her and hope I can book her again in the future. Thank you Mary!!!”

About: As a Licensed Vet Tech (no longer practicing) I have worked with many different types of pets including exotics. Besides cats and dogs I am also open to working with some exotic species such as smaller reptiles and snakes, rabbits, birds, fish, guinea pigs and other small mammals. I am also open to doing some medical treatments such as giving oral, ophthalmic, or otic medications, etc. I am available any evening as well as flexible hours for my lunch at my day job which I work from home, and even early morning hours. I am also able to help with minor training issues but in no way can I guarantee that service. I can work with more anxious pets as needed but more aggressive pets will be needing to seek professional assistance.
About: I'm a big fan of creatures great and small. Felines are my niche, but you can also find me cooing over a Collie or admiring an American Malamute. I’ll take care of your furbaby like I’d take care of my own. I fell in love with cats when I was a teenager. I’ve taken care of cats of all shapes and quirk levels. That's why I call myself a purrmaster! Compassionate care is important to me. I also have experience with senior kitties. I have a light schedule during the week so I have plenty of availability in the morning and early afternoon to care for your kitty! I'm a very attentive pet parent myself, caring for my 11-year-old cat Ella. I adopted her in 2015. She is strictly indoors. Ella receives plenty of snuggles, food (chicken is her favorite) and water. The sunroom doubles as her catio. I change up her enrichment so she has different types of toys and treats to keep her entertained.
“Jillian was amazing! She went over and above what we even asked and was super reliable. She stayed in contact throughout, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our trip. She did a great job keeping everything neat and clean and taking care of all our animals, inside and out. I won’t hesitate to ask her to pet sit in the future!”

“Tracey did a Great job doing check-ins with our 2 cats and giving one his daily pill. It was obvious that they felt comfortable with Tracey and we had no worries.”

About: Hello my name is Sabrina! I have been a huge animal advocate since I can remember and my passion for animals even led me to Michigan State University. I have volunteered at various animal shelters including I Heart Dogs in Macomb County. I have pet care experience of all kinds of pets including snakes, rats, frogs, horses, cats, dogs, and even wild rehabilitated birds. I work as a Marketer; however, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to meet your needs! I recently came back to Rover because of the furry friends and people I met! I also really wanted to get back to my passion of being around and caring for animals. I grew up with animals and they have always been considered family to me so if you would want your furry friend to have an ambitious and caring new friend, I’m the girl! I do work 9-5 Monday-Friday but if you ever need help after 5 in the weekdays, I’m always happy to help! And my weekends are just for your furry friends :) I have a fenced-in yard and two parks in less than a mile from my home! I also know a lot of dog parks and have registered there as well!
“After meeting Alayna before our vacation, we felt completely comfortable leaving our cat in her care. She payed careful attention to instructions and asked good questions. And, sure enough, she did everything perfectly while we were away and her communication was excellent after each drop-in. She even did extra things to look after the household while we were away and that was really appreciated, too. She's smart and sharp and nice, with a sweet personality as well as obviously being great with animals.”

About: I've enjoyed taking care of and keeping pets for as long as I can remember. I have had good experience in talking care of and walking all kinds of dogs and cats for neighbors, friends, and family. In the past, my family had bred Golden Doodles, and I've been able to help with taking care of the puppies, training them, and keeping up with our 4 year old and 1 year old Doodles. I'm currently working as a Elementary/High School music teacher, however I am flexible after school ends most days, so I would be able to work around taking your pets on walks, taking them out for bathroom breaks, and/or having play time with them during the afternoon or evening. I am available from 4-10 on weekdays and will work weekends if needed. I cater to the needs of you and your pet in any way possible! I cannot offer my home for pet sitting as I live in an apartment that does not allow pets, however I am completely willing to take care of your pet at your own home while entirely respecting you, your privacy, your pet, and your home. “Punctual, professional, and a life saver. I am so grateful to have found Sarah. She had the experience under her belt and the know how to take care of my newly diabetic cat. I was racked with guilt over leaving her, but knowing the good hands she was in, put my mind at ease!!!”

Eastpointe cat parents share their Rover experiences
Paris was fantastic with our girls. They really seemed comfortable with her, which is very important! They are not around a lot of people that they don't know, but she made them feel at ease. I would highly recommend her if you want a cat person, not a dog person who will watch cats. There is a big difference! She interacted with them on their terms, which is what most cats want. She really eased my mind about leaving my girls, and we will definitely use her again.

Jenna provided exceptional service taking care of my cats while I was out of town. I really appreciated the pictures from each of her visits and was impressed with the overall cleanliness - one of my cats is a messy eater! - when I returned. I am so grateful to have met Jenna and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.
We were nervous about leaving our one kitty who needs subq fluids and were relieved to find that Dawn had the background to take care of him. We are very happy with how Dawn cared for our cats. She gave us updates and sent pictures to help us feel at ease. Would definitely use Dawn again in the future.
