About: Dependable and very responsible. Mature, considerate and polite. I have a 20-year-old male cat that I rescued at 6 months old. I understand how important his health is and ensure that his needs are met on a daily basis. I have a pretty flexible schedule and available as well on weekends and holidays. I dog sit for two families, each own labs. I cat sit for my neighbors when they travel out of town for work and family events. I follow the owner's detailed instructions regarding feeding time, medications, etc. None of my dogs have had an accident in the house while the owner is away because I follow the owner's time schedule as if they were home.

About: With a background in Crisis Intervention and a degree in Psychology, I’m looking to take a break from helping humans and to focus on caring for furry creatures. I recently moved to Michigan from Pennsylvania, and would love to care for your cat or dog. I personally own a 7-year-old Boston Terrier named Wren, and live with my boyfriend who is a veterinarian in the area (we have a combined four cats, two dogs, a snake, and a tarantula in our home). As I'm currently taking a break from my career in psychology/social work, my schedule is open and I'm available any time/date to care for your pet around your schedule. I have experience in crating, as my pup is crate trained due to her pretty severe anxiety. I completely understand how important pets are, and how critical it is to take steps to ensure your animals' safety.

About: I have cared for my own cats for 10 years and have watched dogs for family friends for 3 years. I am dependable and communicative and want to ensure your peace of mind while you are away! No request or preference is too much; I am happy to do what it takes to make you and your pet comfortable. I am working part time from 8am-3:30pm M-Th. I am available for pet care outside of these times. Weekends are completely open for me as well. I am unable to board pets in my home as I own three cats of my own. However, I will follow any instructions precisely so that your pet's routine is least disrupted as possible. I am willing to provide photo and text updates. If I have any doubts, I will not hesitate to reach out and clarify so that your pet receives the best care.

About: I've grown up my entire life surrounded by pets. I absolutely love animals, dogs and cats especially. I've spent the last year looking after the pets of fellow family and friends and worked my way up to watching for fellow residents in my city and cities nearby. I'm a full-time employee in a K-12 public school and a part-time student at Wayne State University. My college schedule is flexible, and I still have plenty of time during the day to help. Back home I would feed and water my pets every morning, take them for a walk if the weather was nice, and play games such as fetch. For my clients I will do have your pets fed at the desired time you prefer. I spend time playing with them, giving them the attention they deserve, and a walk.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and genuinely love caring for them. I have 2 of my own, and I’ve watched all kinds of dogs from tiny, shy pups to big, energetic ones. I pay attention to their personalities, what makes them comfortable, and what makes them feel safe and happy. I’m really into understanding animals, their behavior, and good nutrition, so I take my time with them and treat them like family. I know how much our pets mean to us, and I always try to give them the same love they give us (which is a lot!). Your pet will be loved, understood, and well cared for with me. 🐾💗 I’m currently working part time and looking for something to do as another part time job as I work on getting out in the world! I’m available Monday-Wednesday and the occasional weekend. I honestly don’t do much so I’d be with your pup pretty much all day. I have a fenced-in yard and two friendly dogs who love having company. I live right near a park with a big open field, so walks, fresh air, and playtime are easy to work in. I also have a crate available if a dog needs their own space or is used to being crated. I keep the home clean, warm, and comfortable, and I always make sure pets have access to fresh water, treats, and a cozy spot to relax. I like to follow whatever routine they’re used to so they feel safe and at home. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I keep things consistent with how you already do them. I pay attention to feeding schedules, walk routines, playtime, and any rules or boundaries you have in place. I take my time to make sure your pet feels comfortable with me, and I always give updates and pictures so you know how they’re doing. My goal is to make sure your pet feels secure, happy, and understood, whether they’re with me or I’m in their space.

About: I have spent over 200 hours at a local animal shelter. I primarily cared for dogs, puppies and kittens. I find it very fulfilling to earn a dog's trust, which was a common feat with the dogs I worked with. My wife and I's favorite activity was taking shelter dogs to different parks for walks to stretch their legs. I personally have three dogs, ranging from 50 to 120 pounds. I also have dog sat for dogs ranging from Miniature Schnauzers to Great Danes and Bernese Mountain dogs. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! I am active-duty Coast Guard and work Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 2:30. I am free every evening of the week and all day on the weekends. I like to use positive reinforcement with treats and attention. I am comfortable using all sorts of leads from collars, prong collars, martingales, gentle leads and harnesses being my preferred choice. I'll work with you on what you want for your dog. I can also load dogs in vehicles and crate them.

About: I have over 45 years experience taking care of cats and dogs and also have volunteered for several years in dog shelters when I am on vacation. I am now recently retired and and also recently lost my dog of over 16 years and want to open my home to dogs needing care. I am retired so I have sufficient time to care for your pet and take them for walks since I do not have to leave for work. Pets have free roam in my house and are allowed on the furniture , bed etc. I live in a quiet area close to parks and they will get walks in and plenty of outside time. I have a fenced yard also.
