About: Hello! My name is Lucie and I absolutely love pups of all shapes and sizes. From a child, I’ve always had a dog that I’ve cared for of different breeds from Beagle to Elkhound and now a Shepherd/Golden mix. I frequently dog sit for my brother who has an Aussie/Bernie mix. My dog recently suffered a TPLO tear and we’ve had to make significant adjustments due to complications that happened. I learned to help support his 115 pound frame for potty breaks, give shots, and give medications. His surgical team has even joked that I could get a job there once he’s healed up from all that I’ve learned. I work fully remote unless traveling (for which my schedule is blocked). My days are somewhat flexible to meet your families needs. Weekends are also very flexible. If you book with me, I will communicate what times I’m available and can send you photos of your babies. I will take care of your 4 legged friend just like they are my own. Having a very smart and large shepherd myself I’m always on the lookout for things he can get into and make sure everything is picked up so he can’t get hurt or in trouble. Our vet office has consistently told me that I’m one of their most diligent pet parents. Your pets safety and your privacy is always my goal.

I would love to meet your kitty or pup! I recently graduated from Western Michigan University and moved to Detroit. About: With a lifetime of experience caring for a wide variety of animals, I’ve always had a deep connection with pets. I’ve owned five dogs, ranging from energetic puppies to gentle seniors. I have also had three kitties as well! My experience with different life stages of both cats and dogs means I understand their unique needs and how to provide the love and care they deserve. I have also worked in a doggie daycare/boarding facility in the past that cared for dogs, cats, and exotics! This means I have even more confidence and experience with all animals! Despite my busy schedule with work and school, pet care remains a priority. While my parents handle most of the care for our dogs, I step in to watch them when they’re away, ensuring their safety by closing off areas of the house if I need to leave. I also manage feeding and letting them outside when everyone else is at work. Additionally, I own three crested geckos, to which I am dedicated, feeding them and misting their tanks with water twice a day. I also own two cats and clean their litter boxes and feed them once a day. This routine fits well with my other responsibilities, allowing me to provide consistent care for all our pets. I am now retired and after losing my dog of over 16 years I want to open my home to dogs needing care. I am retired so I have sufficient time to care for your pet and take them for walks since I do not have to leave for work. I strive to give you the best value in care. I love to walk so I make sure your pet gets plenty of outside time amd walks if they like to walk. Pets have free roam in my house and are allowed on the furniture , bed etc. I live in a quiet area close to parks and they will get walks in and plenty of outside time. I have a fenced yard also.

About: I have fenced in backyard with room to run around. I'm a very loving person towards animals, they have a certain way of always making you feel special. I grew up with a golden retriever and she was the sweetest. I've had fish as well and care about them like I would a dog or cat. I now have my own puppers. She is a 3 year old German Shorthaired Pointer who loves meeting new dogs! I have been dog sitting for many years for family and friends. I used to stay at the owner's houses but now since I have my own dog I ask that the dogs come to my house. I am home most of the day.
