Great experience. She did great with our dog. Our pet was was well taken care of. We picked her up aftera few days and our fuzzy girl was happy well fed and exercised. The sitter provided updates and even a few photos. The next trip we know who is watching our dog.
This was my first time ever using the Rover app, and I was honestly pretty nervous leaving my baby with someone new as I haven’t since I was deployed. From the very beginning, she made the entire experience so comfortable and reassuring. Her communication was amazing, she kept me updated consistently and sent an ample amount of pictures and updates. It was comforting how much care, patience, and love she gave, and my dog seemed so relaxed with her, despite her anxiety. I didn’t just find a sitter, I found a friend and I’m beyond grateful and would absolutely recommend her to anyone. 10/10 experience!
Kayla was wonderful! She was available on short notice. She made ember feel welcome and like a part of their family. She would send me updates and pictures of her while we were on vacation. Kayla was easy to get in touch with and made us feel at ease leaving our puppy with her. Ember loved her time there, Kayla gave her some goodies to take home and a Christmas present! How thoughtful!
Sarah and her family were awesome with our dog Wrigley. It's been years since we left him with anyone. We brought him to her house and immediately he was running around and didn't seem to care that we left him. We felt really comfortable when we left him and never worried about him. We received lots of updates, photos and videos. Wrigley always looked happy. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing he was in good hands. I'm sure he got a lot more attention at their house. I will definitely use Sarah again; she is now our go to person for Wrigley.
