Hi! I’m Destiny, a lifelong dog lover and experienced pet sitter. I’ve been a dog owner for over 15 years and have been providing boarding, house sitting, and pet care services since 2016. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I share my home with two friendly dogs: Theodore, my 15-year-old companion, and Chip, my playful 5-year-old pup. Both enjoy meeting and socializing with other dogs. My home features a fenced yard and a pet-friendly environment designed to keep dogs happy, active, and secure. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages and needs, including administering medication and supporting senior, special-needs, and recovering pets. Whether boarding in my home or caring for pets in theirs, I focus on maintaining routines, following instructions carefully, and creating a safe, stress-free experience for both pets and owners. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilberforce University and my Master of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky. One of my long-term goals is to establish a nonprofit that supports surrendered animals and military families with pet-care resources. Motto: Providing safe, affordable, and compassionate pet care for dogs and their families. 🐾

Des was great with my babies. Sent tons of pictures, checked in frequently, and made me feel so happy I found someone caring to be with them.
Destiny is the best rover sitter! She sent tons of pictures and updates throughout the stay. Our kitty had the best time and she left our house so clean! So thankful and will absolutely be booking with her again!

Destiny is THE BEST doggie caregiver EVER! My pup loves her and her family. She is always available and flexible as needed. Her energy and compassion with my pup is amazing. She is now apart of our family! Her home is my pup's second home from now on. God sent her to us and I'm eternally grateful!
Destiny was very professional, she sent pictures daily of my doggy playing and taking walks. I recommend that you use her services. I felt completely comfortable that my doggy was safe and happy. I’ll be using her services in the near future.
Destiny was very accommodating for our 3 kitties. She took excellent care of each of them especially the youngest who isn’t used to meeting new people since he was born during Covid. She handled our requests gracefully as well!

Schedule
I currently work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and carefully structure my schedule around the pets in my care. Because my household is very pet-oriented and a family member works remotely, there is typically someone home throughout the day to provide supervision, companionship, and attention. This helps ensure pets receive consistent care, comfort, and interaction while staying with us.

I am also very communicative and like to keep pet parents in the loop while they are away. I regularly send updates, photos, and videos so you can see how your pet is doing, and I’m always happy to check in through messages or calls if needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routines closely and focus on making sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for
