Hello, my name is Sarah! Animals have always been a big part of my life and one of my biggest passions! I have always had some type of animal growing up. I have had dogs, a cat, fish, hamsters, turtle, rabbit; I love all types of animals. When my first dog passed away, I took over the role of dog sitting for people to fulfill the want of getting another dog. That didn’t last very long.. I soon brought home my baby girl, Maya. She was a German Shepard/Lab mix. 100+ lbs, she was a gigantic lover. She was my soulmate 💕 I had her from when she was 8 weeks old until her last breath. Unfortunately due to old age and quality of life, at 13.5 I made the hardest decision and said goodbye to her in May of 2025. This is why I am here today! I want to offer my love and services to you and your pets. I know what it feels like to leave your fur babies behind while you go on vacation, events, etc. Kennels and day cares are not it. I want you and your pet to feel safe and comfortable. The peace of mind you will receive knowing your pet is being loved on and taken care of whether it is me walking them, checking in on or even staying with them. I am a very transparent person and I do want to let you know that ROVER TAKES 20% of all earnings/bookings. So prices may vary with services but I am very flexible once we have a discussion! ☺️ In high school I did work at a kennel/daycare in which we boarded, trained, bathed and played with multiple dogs at once! One of the many responsibilities I had was to go to the kennel after hours and let the dogs out to the bathroom and feed them their last meals of the day. This could be anywhere between 3-20+ dogs at a time. Breeds ranging from Miniature Poodles to Great Danes and so much more.

We are so glad Sarah could come stay with our dog and cat again! She's super flexible and has been very patient with our dog, who is learning through lots of fears.
Sarah stayed with our dog and cat in our home while we were away for a night. We came home to happy, safe pets and the cutest little report card with photos. We hope she can stay with them again sometime soon!
Sarah is wonderful with Rosie. Every time Rosie stays with her, she has so much fun and stays active and mentally engaged. Rosie always comes home happy and exhausted, which makes such a difference for a young puppy. I always look forward to her time with Sarah—and so does Rosie!
Sarah is wonderful. Our dogs love her. She is relaxed and goes out of her way to make our dogs happy in our absence. She was there everyday when she said she’d be and stayed with our dogs so they weren’t on their own longer than necessary. We definitely would love to use her again if she’s available. She’s the best! We came home to a clean house. Our dogs shed a lot! It was nice to walk into vacuumed floors. Sarah was excellent with communicating with us and sending pictures.

Sarah and her family were awesome with our dog Wrigley. It's been years since we left him with anyone. We brought him to her house and immediately he was running around and didn't seem to care that we left him. We felt really comfortable when we left him and never worried about him. We received lots of updates, photos and videos. Wrigley always looked happy. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing he was in good hands. I'm sure he got a lot more attention at their house. I will definitely use Sarah again; she is now our go to person for Wrigley.

Schedule
I am an employee at Henry Ford Hospital. I work Monday-Friday 5a-1p. I am available in the afternoons and evenings, as well as most weekends. My schedule is pretty flexible! I also have an amazing support system when it comes to family and my boyfriend. My mom is retired and around about 90% of the time. If a service is needed during the times I am at work, she is always available to fill in and check on your babies during the times I cannot. Same goes for my boyfriend (Alex). He’s always more than happy to check in or stay with the animals if I need to go to work.

Safety, trust & environment
We did recently move to a new home. Smoke FREE, we do not have a fence! We are on .5 acres with plenty of space and I have a long lead for the animals. If you prefer a fence for safety, I have a fenced in yard at my parents which is also a privacy fence and near by in SCS. Your dog would be secured if they were to come over. I do have a nephew and niece who stay with us periodically (they are obsessed with animals). Your pet would have to be friendly with children, if they were to cross paths. I have a hammock/seat cover for my car, your dog would be safe if needed to travel with me to and from a destination. As far as stays or visits in your own home. Everything is free game. If your pet sleeps with you, they’ll sleep with me. Whatever makes them happy and most comfortable I am all for it. I will do anything to make sure they are safe and can be 110% themselves. No matter where they stay, I will treat them as if they were my own baby! As well as making sure you are worry free and enjoy your time away.
A typical day
I would love to stimulate your dog physically and mentally. I love going to the gym and being active so long walks with an occasional jog may be in the future. Exercising helps me sleep and clears my mind, that’s what I want to do for your pet as well. Playing fetch, walking, zoomies, napping, etc. anything they like to do.
