“I would highly recommend Lindsay to all parents who has any fur babies. She was so adjustable and positive during the stay with my two babies. The boarding didn’t started very well as these two were not feeling comfortable because of staying at new place and may be some separation anxiety, but Lindsay never gave up and tried everything she can to make them feel better. Chico seemed comfortable with her right away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Comfort & Safety One thing that really stood out was that Chico had his own room during boarding. It gave him a calm and comfortable space without being placed in a cage. I was originally hoping he would be able to interact with other dogs, but Orawan explained that one of her dogs does not do well with others, so she kept them separated. I appreciated that because it showed she was responsible, careful, and honest about keeping everyone safe. Extra Care & Attention She also went above and beyond by helping Chico feel more comfortable with his food. She added some of her own cooked chicken to his meals, which helped him eat better and feel more at home. That extra care meant a lot. Communication & Updates The communication was excellent. Right after I walked out the door, she started sending updates. Throughout the stay, she sent a tremendous amount of photos and updates every day, which I loved. I never had to wonder how Chico was doing because she kept me informed every step of the way. Dawn was absolutely wonderful with Bentley over the 4th of July holiday! He was a bit timid staying in a new place, but Dawn was incredibly accommodating and made him feel right at home. She gave him the perfect amount of attention to help him settle in and stay comfortable. Bentley also needed daily medication, and Dawn handled his dosage schedule perfectly without any hesitation. I felt completely at ease leaving him in her care for those 5 days. Highly recommend!
