A home away from home! Happy Dogs.
I love animals of all kinds. I have always had dogs and cats and even birds in my home. Life is just more complete when you have 4 legged family! I have rescued senior dogs and seen them through the end of life to the rainbow bridge with love and compassion. Spoiling fur babies is my favorite past time. I can't pass up a good puppy pet! Getting to know each pets individual personality is such a fun experience. I have been caring for and boarding pets for the last 10 years. I take my job in caring for your pet very seriously. I know it is difficult to be separated for any amount of time but I do whatever is possible to make your pet feel they are special. I try to only board one dog at a time (unless they are a family) in order to be able to give your pet my undivided attention. I want them to enjoy their time in my home.

We felt very comfortable leaving Mickey with Laura and her husband. They’re both very caring and you can tell they genuinely love dogs. Laura sent us photos and updates every couple of hours, which we really appreciated, and Mickey looked like he was having so much fun! Their dog Finley is also adorable. 🥰 We’d definitely be happy to leave Mickey with them again!
Laura took wonderful care of our dog, Koda, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is kind, loving, and truly cares about the animals she watches. Her communication was excellent—she kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that Koda was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter, and we will definitely book with her again!
Laura and Joe were absolutely wonderful with our dog, Fozzie, while we were away on a 12-day trip to Ireland. Leaving your dog for that long is never easy, but they made it so much easier with thoughtful daily updates and plenty of pictures that gave us real peace of mind. It was obvious from every update that Fozzie was not only well cared for, but genuinely loved and happy. We came home to a relaxed, happy pup, which says everything about the care and attention he received. We would wholeheartedly recommend Laura and Joe to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring, and communicative sitters. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!
Laura was absolutely wonderful with my 3‑year‑old Lab, Maya. This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous, but Laura put me at ease right away. She took such good care of Maya and truly treated her like one of her own. She was organized, communicative, and always quick to respond. Maya came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well‑loved. Laura was outstanding! I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

I work from home so I am able to take many play/potty breaks.I would work out a schedule for pick up and drop off that works best for you!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a huge backyard that is perfect for playing fetch or just a good place for those zoomies to get out the extra energy. I also have multipile cameras around my property that allows me to see all areas of my yard in case I need to go inside for a bit. I have a medium size shiba inu mix female dog. She is great with other dogs and loves to show them the lay of the land. I am experienced in giving medications to dog and I am happy to help keep them on their schedules. I don't usually use crates but if you are more comfortable with having your pup crated then I am more than happy to accommodate. I would request veterinary information and proof of vaccines. Meet and greet is available if you prefer.

A typical day
We love to spend time playing in the yard. Lots of fetch and tug of war. We have a beautiful neighborhood to walk in and a park full of trails not far away.

- Let me know ahead of time what special needs your dog may have. Good communication is key to knowing how best to care for your pet . I'm able to administer medication. I love to know what makes your pet special. Let me know how often they need to go outside for potty breaks. If they like treats or expect treats after going outside or things like that.
