“I think Shivambika did a very good job with my 7 lb. Yorkshire Terrier. She learned about and respected some of his breed’s idiosyncrasies. She took him into her yard, on a leash, & to a nearby trail. No doubt he loved that. It was my fault that he had to be exposed to another dog for his last 3 days, as I initially got my return date wrong . But he dealt with that pretty well, it seems.”

“Katrina is excellent pet sitter. I was able to do a meet and greet before the sitting. She had good communication and flexibility to make that meeting happen. She was very patient and helpful with me and all the booking, since I am new to the system. During the sitting Katrina was very good updating us with the right amount of comments and pictures about how our dog was doing. Our dog came home relaxed and happy, clearly Katrina took well care of him. Katrina's own down is similar in size and breed to our dog, so the possibility to a playmate during the sitting was a nice surprise. We recommend Katrina 100% and we will have her in our roster for future pet sitting needs.”

Hailey was just amazing. It was so obvious she loves dogs and knows how to approach them and make them comfortable. I was so nervous about leaving Gretel for a week as I've never had to and was worried about if she would eat and be okay. Hailey made me so sure that Gretel was in good hands with her updates and photos and the way she would ask questions about Gretel's little quirks. Every picture I got revealed a more comfortable and happy dog. Gretel went from sitting alone on the floor to snuggling in bed and giving many kisses and being her bossy self. Laura was absolutely wonderful with my 3‑year‑old Lab, Maya. This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous, but Laura put me at ease right away. She took such good care of Maya and truly treated her like one of her own. She was organized, communicative, and always quick to respond. Maya came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well‑loved. Kaitlin was so great with Ollie. She sent me plenty of great pictures during his stay and many of them looked as though Ollie had a huge smile on his face. When my business trip was extended she was not able to watch him during that extended time but helped me out a great deal by packing his items and bringing him to another place to stay.
