I think the best thing about having me watch your pet is that I work from home. My schedule is very flexible. I am able to stop multiple times to let your dog out, feed, walks, playtime, and of course cuddles.

I live in a nice neighborhood and my home has a large fenced in yard. There is plenty of space for ball catching and rolling in the grass. Inside, I have enough space to watch multiple dogs and keep them separated if need be. Pocket doors and baby gates make that part easy. If your dog likes to use a crate, I can accommodate that as well. I know how much anxiety you must feel dropping your dog off but I want you to know my home will literally be your dogs home. I have a few dogs that come back to me regularly and there is nothing better than seeing them run up to my front door all excited.

I would like to know ahead of time if your dog is potty trained so I can adjust my schedule to your dogs needs. Also if there is any aggression issues or feeding issues. Does your dog need need to take any medication and does your dog get along with other dogs?
A typical day
I love walking, currently I am doing a step challenge so your dog will gets lots of walks. Of course this depends on what they can handle and what you would like. We have a nice park by us that has a great walking trail. The trail goes into the woods which makes for great sniffing spots.

Pet care experience
I have been around dogs my whole life and absolutely love them. When we lost our golden girl to cancer and I thought this would be a great way to get some dog cuddles in. I have experience with both large and small breeds and have a passion for senior dogs. I can distribute medication and have learned how to give dogs insulin. Walking is a daily occurrence for me and including your dog on my walk would be a piece of cake. I also know how important it is to let your pet sniff on their walk. So don’t worry, your dog can stop a hundred times to smell the roses if they want to.

Katie is amazing! She takes such great care of our dog Malibu. We get updates and pics daily. Malibu is always excited to see her and loves all the attention she gets. It makes it easier leaving her with Katie knowing how good she is taken care of!

Katie is the absolute greatest sitter for our boxer boy!! She gave him plenty of activity and attention. (After an hour of being home he's depressed and wanting to go back!) The daily updates were perfect. We new he was so happy in every picture with his perky ears and content demeanor. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. So grateful for Katie!
Our Sasha had a great time at Katie’s . Katie was so nice on accommodating us in such short notice and took great care of Sasha. She provided regular updates and photos and videos and we could see how happy our playfull girl was. They went outside and played fetch and for our pup that is the absolute best activity 😊We are very thankful and happy that we found Katie. We would reach out again soon.
