About: Hi, I’m Ed. I’ve been caring for dogs for over 30 years, starting in New York City where I managed and walked multiple dogs daily in a large apartment building. I’ve handled different breeds, temperaments, and energy levels — from calm companions to strong, high-drive dogs. For the past four years, I’ve trained and lived with a Belgian Malinois, a working breed that requires structure, consistency, and mental engagement. Before that, I raised a Labrador for 13 years. This hands-on experience has given me confidence with large breeds and dogs that need leadership and clear communication. Pet care is already part of my daily routine. I structure my day around exercise, training, and engagement with my own Belgian Malinois, so adding additional dogs fits naturally into my schedule. As an owner-operator of a truck and trailer, I’m used to discipline, responsibility, and maintaining consistent routines. I’m now focusing on building a long-term career working with dogs, which allows me to dedicate real time and attention to the pets in my care. Each day includes structured outdoor time in our fully fenced yard, exercise, and supervision. Caring for dogs is not something I fit in — it’s something I’m intentionally building my schedule around. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and structured environment.
