6. Wendy P.
About: I have taken care of elderly dogs and currently have an 11 month old golden retriever, who is the love of my life already :) I’m currently taking some time off of work to enjoy life and my family for a bit. Besides running errands for my elderly aunts and my own puppy, my schedule is quite open. I understand the need for play and duration of walks based on breed, size, age, etc. As someone who used to work many hours per week, I understand how important it is to give a dog lots of love and attention while their parents are at work.
7. Grace D.
“Grace is a wonderful caregiver for dogs. She nurtures them and is always concerned about their well being. She is a very capable dog walker. Responsible and safe. She is a true animal advocate. I would completely trust Grace to care for or walk my dog.”
8. Bridget H.
“Bridget was a wonderful dog sitter. She stayed at my house with the dog for an entire week. She was very respectful and is very trustworthy. She took the dog for walks and played outside with her. The dog was very happy staying with her and is always excited to see her again. Bridget has become our go to dog sitter. Highly recommend.”
9. Daniel E.
About: I have had dogs all of my life. All different breeds and sizes are welcome in my home. I’ve volunteered at Doggy Day Care and I’ve fostered dogs before. I work hybrid remote/ in-office so I have plenty of time for walks, the park, feeding, and potty breaks! I create my own schedule for work so I’m very flexible. I always pay very careful attention to your dogs. I understand they are your best friend and I will give them the special attention I would expect from my own sitter.
10. Marissa P.
“First time Rover user, Marissa was great! My pup was very happy.”
11. Jaimie T.
“Very pleasant and accommodating. I had her over to my parents home where my dog was staying to walk my pup on relatively short notice. My parents dogs as well as mine all obviously took a shine to her, she sent me photos of the dogs, and was over every day she said she would be and walked for at least 30 min. Definitely someone I would recommend!”
12. Allison R.
“Allison did a great job walking our Annie girl. Annie is a big dog and I was very pleased she could handle her safely. She sent pictures and kept us updated. I would absolutely use her again and recommend her to anyone needing these services.”
13. Adina M.
“BEST SITTER EVER!!! Don’t look any further, Adina is the best sitter you can get. Her love for animals reflect in the way she cares for them. She watched my dogs multiple times, and they love her. She fallows her schedule, she feeds them on time, water at all times, she plays with them, and loves them like her own. My dogs are so happy to see her at all times. Highly recommend.”
14. Katey P.
“Katey has helped me out numerous times with my two doodles. She is easy to work with, loving toward my pets, reliable and responsible! My dogs are always happy to see her!”
15. Diana H.
“Diana really cares about the wellbeing of my pup!”
16. Audrey M.
“I was very excited to find Audrianna, she is a true dog lover and takes amazing care of my two dogs. I have no worries when I leave my dogs with her. My dog Lacee wags her tail and goes with her no problem. Audrey sends over picture texts often and leaves me information on treats that are best for my pets, and cares for each of them, the way I would. Thank you so much for giving me "Peace of Mind” while I'm working!”
17. Heather K.
“Heather is an extremely responsible and loving dog mom to two beautiful goldendoodles. She is also a fabulous aunt to her fur niece and nephews. She and her husband Todd would be great sitters to any pups; they have a large, clean home for dogs to play and a fully fenced in backyard for them to run around. They used to have a senior PitBull mix with anxiety issues, so she is familiar with dogs with special needs and knows how to make them feel good. Overall, your pup will have a blast with Heather and you will have peice of mind that your pup is in great hands.”
18. Cheryl B.
“Cheryl has watched my animals for me before when I have gone out of town and let's just say when I go pick my babies back up they don't want to leave !! Definitely recommend Cheryl!”
19. Samantha B.
“I couldn’t be happier with the amazing care my dog received from Sam. She was so sweet, attentive, and truly passionate about animals. Throughout the stay she kept me updated with pics and videos, and I could tell my dog was having a great time. She immediately warmed up to Sam upon arrival- and when I came back she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I’m so grateful and will definitely be booking her again. Definitely worth it if you’re in either the Detroit/MT pleasant area. Highly recommend! :)”
20. Jessa S.
About: Hello, my name is Jessa and I'm 27 years old. I am 100% an animal lover and consider them to be my fur babies. Dogs and puppies are what make me the happiest in life. I love being around them and find that no matter what I am always smiling and having fun. I have had dogs my whole life ranging from a Black Lab to Boxers to a long haired Chihuahua. My most recent dogs that I have had were two boxers. I have had them since they were puppies up until they were about eleven years old. Caesar ended up losing the use of his back legs. He had to be on medicine and carried around throughout the house. Frequent accidents happened as well that needed to be cleaned up. Riley ended up developing a heart rhythm problem and a tumor on his heart. He had to have medicine administered three times a day. He would fall over sometimes and his breathing would slow down. I ended up taking a dog CPR class at Bark-a-Bout so that I would know what to do in case of emergencies. I am also able to give dogs baths if needed. I am currently working part time, so I’ll have plenty of time to help out with your dogs! I just ask for a week’s worth of notice for any overnight stays. I am very caring and playful when it comes to animals. I enjoy spending time with them and taking them for walks, playing with them, or just letting them. I did take a CPR class and I’ve had experience caring for senior dogs, high energy puppies/dogs, and administering oral medicine.
