About: I’ve been a cat caretaker for most of my life, including my two fur babies, Zelda & Yoshi, numerous pet-sitting sessions for friends and family, and years on Rover! I will treat your babies like they are my own ❤️ I work 9am-6pm from home, but otherwise I have a flexible schedule with plenty of time for drop-in visits & (very important) playtime and snuggles. I offer complimentary “getting to know you” visits so that you and your furry friend(s) can meet me and go over your pet’s needs and preferences. I love sending photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind and see how your pet is doing.
About: I believe dogs are family. They’re only here for a short part of our lives, but to them, we are their whole world. That’s why I treat every dog in my care as if they’re part of my own family — included, loved, and deeply respected. Growing up in a family that rescued animals of all kinds gave me hands-on experience caring for pets with different temperaments and needs from an early age. I adopted my previous English Bulldog when she was almost three and cared for her through every stage of her life. When her body began to fail her and she became paralyzed and incontinent, I provided patient, 24/7 care to keep her comfortable and safe. Showing her love, comfort and dignity until her last breath. That experience taught me attentiveness, gentleness, and how to manage detailed care routines with compassion. I now share my life with my best friend, a one-year-old 100% deaf English Bulldog, which has given me even more experience working with special-needs dogs who rely on consistency, structure, and clear communication. My dogs have taught me patience and given me comfort, emotional support, and unconditional love that I give back to animals in return. Because I’ve cared for dogs who depend on precise routines, I understand how important it is to follow an owner’s instructions exactly as given. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being will always be my top priority. I am currently working from home so I can spend plenty of time with my four legged best friend. I have availability on most days! In a client‘s home, I care for their animals as if they are my own, following owner’s requests. I currently live in an apartment and do not have a fenced in yard but I do have space to go on long walks or just snuggle on the couch based on your pet’s needs.
“Erin was great! She came and met Chip before the walk. I really appreciated that so I felt comfortable having her walk chip. I would use her again for sure. Thank you Erin!”

About: In my adult years, our home has also been the home to 7 dogs. Our first Baby was when we lived in Nevada. Bought as a puppy, Misty was a Sheltie that lived a long life of 14 years. While living in NV, our next family member came to us from a neighbor, after we expressed our concern to them that they left their dog out in their backyard [in the desert summer heat] for a weekend with just one bowl of food and water, which we had to replenish for her. We told them that we would take the dog if they didn't want to care for it anymore. Our Baby Laqueesha was handed over to us from our neighbor later that same night. After this instance, I believe the spark was lit to rescue and help dogs that needed it. Throughout the following years, we have given a home to an additional 5 dogs. The majority of those were already into their early years, yet left behind by others. Of those rescues, our one remaining is Sadie. Sadie is now just short of 17 years old [by our calcuation] and is living out her life pretty much as Head of the Household. I would appreciate the opportunity to show you, as your dog's caretaker, that I will give them the love, care and respect that I would give my own dogs. Very Flexible. I am currently retired after working 30+ years in the Casino Surveillance business. Residing in Rivergate subdivision [Clinton Twp], doing something I love such as caring for dogs is the perfect way to fill my newly acquired free time. Would prefer only going to client's home but enjoy all sizes and ages of dogs. I currently have a senior dog [pictured in my profile].
About: I’ve had pets my whole life. Mainly little dogs such as shih tzus and maltese. But I’ve also pet sat my grandparents dogs and they have a golden doodle who is 5 and a ausie doodle who is 8 months old. I also have two cats. I take good care of them, make sure they are fed, played with,& have exercise. I guarantee you I’ll take good care of your fluffy babies. I’ll also make sure they don’t get out and run away because that has happened to my dog with a sitter on rover last year, and she was missing for 5 days. So I wouldn’t put that hurt on you because it killed me and my mom. I love animals and would never hurt them either. I keep animals safe i currently do pet sitting full time so as long as i dont have a many dogs/cats to watch i can gladly watch yours when needed! i sadly cant care for your pets at my house but for drops in i will feed, play and let your dogs outside, or for walks. for house sitting i will come stay with your pets and keep them company while you are away and play with them and keep them and your house safe
About: I have had cats most of my life. I know all about personalities! I know that cats need loving, especially when you are away. I had a cat that stopped eating once when I was on vacation and that ended up with a trip to the ER Vet. Needless to say, I know how imporant a good cat sitter is to keep your pet from feeling lonely. They need cuddles and play time. Of course, that goes along with the daily tasks of feeding, emptying the litter, etc. I am a retired teacher. After teaching, I was my husband's caregiver while he battled cancer. I lost him a few months ago and now find myself lonely and looking for something to do. Since I love cats, I figured taking care of other people's cats and dogs would be a great way to spend some time. I treat pets like members of the family (because that's what they are). They get everything they need from me. I will make them feel loved and cared for when you can't be there. I can also check the house while you are away to be sure there aren't problems. I can water plants, too. I don't want you to worry about anything while you are gone. Anything I can do to make leaving easier, I will do!
About: I provide reliable, structured dog care with a calm, patient approach. I focus on safety, consistency, and clear communication so you always know your dog is in good hands. I’m a dedicated dog owner who understands routines, energy management, and individual temperaments. I do especially well with dogs who need steady walks, clear boundaries, or extra reassurance when their owner is away. You can expect on-time visits, long walks when requested, and detailed updates after every visit. I treat every dog like my own and take responsibility seriously. Dog care is built into my daily routine, allowing me to offer consistent availability for private dog walks, drop-in visits, and overnight dog sitting. I plan my schedule around reliability, punctuality, and maintaining each dog’s normal routine, including early mornings and evenings, so dogs stay comfortable and well cared for. I care for dogs primarily in their own home to maintain familiarity, routine, and low stress. I follow owner instructions closely, prioritize leash safety, secure entry and exit, and maintain a clean, calm environment. I closely monitor behavior, feeding, medications, and routines to ensure each dog’s safety and well-being.
“Caitlin was wonderful! She did a meet and greet with my pup so that my dog would would be familiar with her before she was walked for the first time. Caitlin was great with communicating me and keeping me updated on how my dog was doing. She always sent photos of my dog, which made this dog momma feel at ease. I would 10/10 recommend and use Caitlin again.”

About: Dogs have been in my life since I was kid. My first dog, Bandit, was part-Akita and part- Dalmatian. Then I had Riley, a mixed mutt and rescue, for 14 years. I have dog sat for my neighbors as a kid, and recently dog sat for family and friends, including house sitting so the pups don't have to leave home. I give the best head scratches and can play a mean game of fetch and tug of war (try to beat me doggos). I enjoy going on adventures and exploring the neighborhood and will protect my clients from any pesky squirrels and rabbits. I will also send pictures or videos and an amusing caption to keep you in touch with your fur baby! I work full time as a virtual high school teacher, and have plenty of flexibility during the summer. My Riley has passed recently and spending time with dogs will be nice to do. I have a fenced backyard and a decent size house. I have taken care of dogs with fenced yards and those without. When there's no fence, I keep the pups on a leash. I never let my own dogs go off leash. I will love your fur baby as if they were my own. I will play and walk, and in the event of fireworks or thunderstorms, I will provide cuddles and distract them with my favorite movie- Jurassic Park. It worked for Riley.
About: I’m a huge animal lover and I would love the chance to get to know and care for your pets. I am a very flexible and laid-back person so what ever you want me to do for your pets, I will try my best to do. I have played a big part in taking care of my family's pets ever since I was little. I have a lot of experience with big dogs as we used to have Great Danes and then Pitbull/ Mastiff mix and a Lab/ Retriever mix. I currently have four cats with my fiancé as well. I have experience giving medicine, training, caring for elderly pets and much more. I also have the same experience with cats, if that is what you need help with too. I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies. I am currently working as a full time mental health therapist. My schedule is very flexible; currently I work from home Mondays and Fridays, and go into the office Tuesday through Thursday. Tuesdays are my only full in-office day and Wednesdays and Thursdays, I don’t go in until the afternoon. This schedule leaves plenty of time for me to spend with your animals. I am available to stay the night throughout the week as long as the pets are okay with being alone for the hours I am in the office. Weekends I have full availability. When going into your home to feed your pets, take them for walks or even staying with them overnight, I will be very respectful of your home and the house rules. I am entering your space to take care of your pets and make sure you have nothing to worry about while you are gone.
“Lisa was great. I left my dog with my mother who cannot walk him. She worked with my mom and found good times to walk Darwin each day I was gone. Darwin loved her and so did my mom. Thank you Lisa!!”

“we enjoyed working with Tami from start to finish. She was very pleasant. Easy to communicate with. Followed our needs perfectly. And went above and beyond and even walked the dog well past the half hour mark, each time. It was a last minute decision to hire a dog walker - Grateful for the Rover App and Tami for her quick response to my request!”
