“Bony was amazing!! I typically take my own dog for a walk every single day, she craves it! It’s honestly been too cold so we skipped a couple of days and I found myself in a pickle. So at the VERY last minute I messaged Bony and she saved us both!!! She was amazing, accommodating and I would’ve never guessed I was her first client as I found out right before she left. She showed up on time which was a blessing as my schedule was already super tight. I’m definitely getting ahold of Bony again very soon!!!”

About: I've taken care of my family’s dog and others’ dogs since I was 10 years old. This includes a variety of fresh rescues to pure breds, smaller dogs to larger dogs, spending time with all kinds of breeds, and I absolutely love getting to know all of them. I adore all dogs, cats, and animals! I could walk, play, and spend time with them for ages. My experience with cat care, since being on Rover, has been lovely and I really enjoy getting to know all of their different personalities, I’ve been around sassy cats, cats who hide the whole time, super friendly cats, and I’ve cared for outdoor/strat cats. While I was a college student in Chicago, I had the amazing opportunity to work as a driver for Chicago Pet Transport, as well. Where I would safely and carefully drive dogs or cats to and from day care, vet appointments, grooming, or emergency visits. I absolutely loved it! Along with driving dogs, I would travel to dog parks at busy times to to watch them play and interact. I love to take dogs on walks because I love walking for my exercise and I love being with them to watch them interact with their environment and surroundings. I have experience with dogs who pull, who are stubborn, who are strong, who bark loud, who chew at their leash, who eat stuff (or poop) off the ground. And all of those things are what I’ve learned to help them with. I am interested in getting a training certification, as I have enjoyed getting to train dogs with positive rewards, love, and attention so far. I would love for the opportunity to care for your kiddos (pets), thank you for considering me! Kind regards:) I can fit pet care in whenever needed. I recently graduated from IIT in Chicago, and I am currently living back with my parents in MI. I don’t have plans for a full-time job quite yet, so I’ve actively continued being a pet-care provider since I absolutely love it as a job for now. I am availabile for drop ins, walks, and house sits usually any day and any time; I am quite flexible at this phase of my life. I know how to keep dogs safe while walking, and I allow them to smell what they need to while also getting in the exercise. My love for animals is immense, and I will treat your dog with the same passion/care I have for mine. As for homes, I am blessed to have been raised well because I know to clean up after myself and leave any place better/cleaner than I found it! I am also naturally gifted with attention to detail, so I remember to lock any doors, turn the lights off, triple check duties and make sure I am communicating.
“Roberta was great to work with, and she is 100% a dog lover! My dog instantly felt comfortable with Roberta the moment she walked in the door, there was no hesitation that the two would be a good fit for dog walks. Roberta is kind, caring, and provided a great service to me while I was unable to walk my dog on my own. Roberta was open in communication, notified me of when she was arriving at my home and used the Rover app that shows where she walked and for how long. Definitely recommend Roberta!”

“Lauren is great. I had already booked Lauren to come on a specific day where both my husband and I work long hours. On this day, my chronic illness appeared which sometimes keeps me bedridden so Lauren kept the appointment anyway and walked Mabel. I felt such relief because I feel guilty about not giving Mabel the outdoor time and exercise that she needs when I become ill. Lauren is so dependable and Mabel clearly enjoys her.”
About: Although I've never owned a dog, I have watched plenty for my friends and family. I love caring for dogs because there is never a dull moment. I'm a big walker, and I love when I dog sit and get some company on my walks. I am currently a full time student, with most of my classes being in the late afternoon/ early evening. With that being said, most mornings I am available. Cats don't require quite the same amount of attention as dogs, so I can always stop in to check on them before and after my class during the evening if needed. I treat every home I care for — including my own — like a safe, calm space for pets. At my place, my four cats have a predictable routine with plenty of food, water, litter boxes, and quiet spaces to retreat to. I pay close attention to their behavior, making sure everyone is comfortable, calm, and happy. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their instructions closely and respect the environment they’re used to. I keep their space tidy, maintain their usual routines, and ensure they have everything they need to feel safe — whether that’s food, water, clean litter boxes, or quiet corners to relax. I also observe interactions and personalities, adjusting my approach to match each pet’s comfort level. Updates and photos are part of my care so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and secure.
“Christina was fantastic. Totally professional, normal, and clearly loves animals. We felt comfortable letting her in our home when we weren’t home and she was always letting us know when she finished walks. She sent lots of pics every day and gave us status reports. Will definitely be having her walk our dog again. Highly recommend!”

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life, as well as fish. I have most experience with large bully breeds. I had a black Labrador/Chow mix and English Mastiff growing up. I unfortunately recently lost my 13yr old American Bulldog in November of 2023, and 10 yr old Pitbull in May 2024 to cancer. We had both girls since they were pups so it was an huge devastation to our family. We currently have our 10 yr old Calico cat that was raised with them since a kitten. I have dog sat for friends and family as well in the past. I have experience giving oral medications and supplements if needed. I know how hard it is to work full-time and still have time to give the love and attention to your dogs that you want for them. I know many people have a hard time trusting doggy daycare with other strange dogs and the little one on one time they receive with handlers. I can give you the peace of mind knowing your pet is being well taken care of and receiving all the love and attention they deserve. During the school year I work at my son’s school on Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:50-1:15. Outside of that I am open for any pet drop-in or walking needs. :-) Your pets will receive a lot of attention and love along with any necessary needs. I am in good physical condition and can lift or handle strong, heavy dogs as well.

I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and well cared for, and I’m happy to provide updates and photos for peace of mind.
About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember—growing up with dogs, cats, and even reptiles! I currently have a boxer mix, a Rottweiler, and a rescue cat! I also worked at a pet hotel for two years, where I made sure furry guests were well-fed, squeaky clean, and had tons of playtime. Whether it’s a tail-wagger or a purring cuddlebug, I’m all about keeping pets happy, healthy, and having fun! With working part-time & going to college, I have certain availability. Here are my available hours: Fridays-Sundays anytime! I am based in Macomb but I also offer services to Chesterfield, Washington, Romeo, Clinton Township, Ira Township, Algonac, and Richmond Since I offer dog walking and drop-in visits, I focus on keeping your pet happy, healthy, and comfortable right in their own environment. During walks, I make sure your pup gets the right amount of exercise, mental stimulation (sniff breaks!), and of course, plenty of love and encouragement. Safety is always a top priority—I stay aware of surroundings, and adjust walks to fit your dog’s energy level and needs. For drop-in visits, I follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding, playtime, potty breaks, or just some cuddle time. I always make sure water bowls are full, paws are happy, and your pet feels cared for and content while you're away.
“Courtney has been the best dog walker I’ve found! After a few iffy experiences on Rover with my nervous pup, it’s been such a relief to find someone so patient, understanding, and that communicates well!”

“we enjoyed working with Tami from start to finish. She was very pleasant. Easy to communicate with. Followed our needs perfectly. And went above and beyond and even walked the dog well past the half hour mark, each time. It was a last minute decision to hire a dog walker - Grateful for the Rover App and Tami for her quick response to my request!”
About: I've had cats and dogs all my life. We have daily routines, vet visits to make sure shots and medications are up to date, and play times. I'm currently working full-time but I'm available in the evenings, weekends, and overnight stays to help you with all of your pets needs at this time. I'm currently working full-time but I'm available in the evenings, weekends, and overnight stays to help you with all of your pets needs at this time.
About: I love all animals! If they could talk I’d be in heaven. All pets are family. I’ve always been very protective of animals. I’ve had dogs, cats, turtles, chicks any animal I can care for. When I was 15 I started a small “business” taking in stray cats and dogs cleaning them up, getting them shots, ridding fleas and finding them forever homes. I recently moved from Michigan so I’d buy supplies for heated cat/dog homes outside for the ones I couldn’t take yet when it was cold out and my house was full. Knowing that I can give an animal some comfort and let them know they are loved means the world to me which is why I alway wanted to become a Vet. I currently am able to watch pets from 3pm to 7pm mon,Tues, wed, sat,Sun. I can watch your pet any time on Thursday and Friday. I am flexible I have a cage if needed but I wouldn’t typically cage any pets unless requested. I also have two cats of my own who vibe in their own room with the doors closed. I have feliway plug ins so your bestie will be calm and ready for the day.

About: I currently have two yellow labs, I've never met a dog I didnt love and who didnt love me! My take is simple, your dogs will be my grand children. They will be loved and spoiled and taught manners with patience and care. We will play fetch, chase butterflies, and cuddle. Kisses are accepted and encouraged. I have never NOT had a dog as an adult and have always trained myself. My dogs are well mannered, do not jump up on people ( that's important for large dogs) and find myself with time on my hands. I make my own dog cookies and use only fresh ingredients like apples and carrots. My home is large and dog proofed, because a little hair never killed anyone. I no longer work outside my home. This is my full time job that I absolutly love. Your pet will get a ton of love and attention. I have tie out runs and a two door safe net. Your pet will never be outside alone. We get lots of excercise with family walks daily.
