About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for a variety of breeds and personalities. I grew up with German Shepherds and Dachshunds, and later had both a French Bulldog and an English Bulldog of my own—so I’m comfortable with everything from high-energy dogs to more laid-back companions. I’m currently an elementary school teacher, which means I have a reliable schedule along with extended holiday breaks and time off throughout the year—perfect for giving your pet the attention and care they deserve. Right now, I don’t have any pets of my own, and I truly miss having animals in my life. Pet sitting allows me to do something I love while helping others feel confident their pets are in caring, capable hands. I treat every dog like they’re my own, with patience, affection, and close attention to their individual needs. My schedule varies slightly depending on the time of year due to my work as an elementary school teacher: 📅 During the School Year (Now – June): • Available for drop-ins and walks before work (early mornings) and after 4 PM on weekdays • Available for evening visits and overnight care • Full availability on weekends ☀️ Summer Break (June – August): • Open and flexible schedule with full availability throughout the day • Ideal for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop-ins at any time 🍂 Holidays & School Breaks: • Extended availability during school holidays and breaks I always make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and care around my schedule, and I’ll communicate clearly so you know exactly when your pet will be visited or walked. I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for every pet I care for. I live in a first-floor apartment with a sliding back door that gives easy access to a small yard, so pets can enjoy fresh air and playtime whenever they need. Pets are welcome on my furniture, and I make sure they feel right at home while respecting their comfort and routines. I follow each pet’s individual needs, including feeding schedules, medication, and exercise preferences. Whether in my home or at a client’s home, I give pets plenty of attention, play, and affection while keeping a close eye on their safety. I also provide updates with photos and messages, so owners can relax knowing their pets are happy, safe, and loved.

About: We adopted a dog 9 years ago and she was one the best things that had ever happened to us, she was our fur baby and we took her to our trips (she was a frequent flyer). She recently crossed the rainbow bridge at 17 and even though we are not ready to adopt another dog, we would absolutely love to take care of your dog. Our daughter loves dogs and it would make her really happy to have a dog in our home at least for a few days. We would take care of your dog as it was our own, we've taken care of a friend's dog and we loved every minute of it. Having a 17 year old dog we have extensive experience with senior dogs and special needs (our dog had a spinal operation and lived three years after it). I work from home four days a week and have flexibility as to when I can go in. My wife and daughter are at school and work five days a week. We have a large fenced yard and do not currently have any pets. We live in a ranch so we only have one step and a door that shuts off access to the basement if you're worried about your pet using steps. We will treat your dog as if it's our own and it is allowed on the furniture if you're okay with it.

About: Hello! I am a Masters of Social Work student at Oakland University that has been dogsitting/walking for over 4 years. I have experience with many different breeds, and I am currently in the process of training and raising my own 9-month old female golden retriever puppy. I am by no means a professional trainer, but I am training my own dog through a reputable training company and can certainly aid in giving consistent direction to any dogs or puppies in training. I have a soft spot for crazy puppies and large happy dogs (even if they have lots of energy). My puppy also knows how to be gentle with senior dogs and has experience staying/cohabitating with them. If your dog is friendly and I happen to have an extra set of hands that day, I would love to bring my pup along to either play or walk. Because I am a grad school student, my schedule may change periodically but as of now I have an increased amount of availability! The best times for me currently are any weekday mornings/early afternoons (excluding Monday and Wednesday until April 20). I also hope to have some availability to board dog-friendly pets beginning in May! Whether you want your pup working on skills like loose-leash walking or just strolling along, I can adapt to whatever routine you keep for your pet. My top priority is safety. I avoid meeting new dogs on leash and will advocate for your pup’s space if needed. My second priority is fun and enrichment for your dog! If boarding, my dog will be around to keep yours company. She is fully crate-trained and sleeps in her crate at night and whenever we are not home. We love walks, spending time in nature, and enriching activities like scent work, puzzle toys, and learning new tricks!
