She lets us filled out info forms about our dog which we really like because it means that she’s serious of knowing our dog & his needs. We know she treated Goku like her own & gave him the best care possible during his stay with her. She gave us updates & pics of Goku every day which we really appreciate & made us at ease & not worry. Changes like being away from family & familiar environment/home for a long time can cause anxiety to dogs but we really appreciate that Goku received proper attention & care from Kate that he is still a happy & healthy dog when we picked him up. Kate was absolutely amazing with Oreo! ❤️ I needed a sitter last minute while we were traveling to Chicago, and because Oreo is an elderly dog who is blind and partially deaf, I was very nervous about leaving him with someone new. Kate completely put me at ease. From our meet and greet, she was caring, patient, kind, and so attentive to everything I told her about Oreo and his needs. Her house is also extremely clean! Kate listened to all of my concerns, followed his routine, made accommodations for him and kept me updated throughout our trip with pictures and text messages. Seeing those pictures and knowing he was being cared for made it so much easier for me to enjoy my time away. Kate truly went above and beyond, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to care for Oreo. She didn't just watch him, she cared for him with genuine compassion and patience. Everything went perfectly, and I came home to a happy, well cared lil old man as Kate affectionately called him. 🥰 I am so grateful I found Kate, especially on such short notice.
