“Britnie and her husband Steve were amazing with our little Lula! They took great care of her while we were gone! They sent us lots of photos and updates every day. Britnie even bought her a Christmas present. Britnie and Steve have so much love for our furry friends, I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.”

“She is amazing!! Other boarders would send us maybe one pic a day. We got a load of pics three times a day. She had everything only thing we had to bring was food and the pup. She understands animals and their behaviors. Would recommend her to EVERYONE!!”

“Sheri was fantastic! Lucy was treated like her own dog. She was spoiled and loved and Lucy got along really well with Sheri's dog. I know Lucy is going to miss being at Sheri's house. I'll definitely use her again would highly recommend her to anyone needing excellent care for your dog.”

“I’m not from here so I was very nervous when it came to Rover. I am so glad I decided to use Judith and her family. The communication was phenomenal. I truly appreciated the updates, pictures, and videos. Preacher had such an amazing time and I’ll only use her family from now on on Rover”

“Lisa was amazing! She took care of our little fur-baby Bandit last week! Sent us daily pictures. Bandit loved being with his fellow playmates. If you are ever in a need to have your little fur-baby watched, Lisa is your go to person. 10/10. Thank you, Lisa, for making Bandit feel welcome in your home and treating him like one of your own. You are the best!!!!”

“Amanda and her family took amazing care of Guinea! She was great with communication and sent thoughtful updates throughout the stay. Guinea came home happy and tired from all the playtime and attention. It’s clear he was treated like part of their family. Would absolutely recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a warm and reliable sitter!”

“Cynthia is a sweetheart. Unfortunately it was my 11 yr old dog’s first time and he had separation anxiety. Cynthia recommended I bring Charlie for more frequent visits to get acclimated.”

“This was my first time using Rover and a dog sitter in general so I was nervous giving my baby away for a few days but Kristen was awesome! She was patient with my year old Husky. Accommodated all of her needs and tended to her high energy levels. When you talk to Kristen you can tell she has a great love and passion for dogs and I trusted her completely. I highly recommend her!”

“Great communication and eased my nerves with how they were doing! Felt very comfortable with her taking care of my two big fur babies. Loved that she had lots of property that’s fenced in for them to run and her own dogs for them to play with!! They slept the whole day after they got home!!! Definitely will rebook soon!”

About: I have spent years fostering dogs and cats and have experience with pets of all sizes, ages, breeds, and personalities—from playful, energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a slower, gentler pace. I genuinely love caring for animals and take pride in always providing a safe, responsible, and structured environment where they feel comfortable, understood, loved, and cared for. My career in Human Resources is grounded in trust, clear communication, and professionalism—qualities that naturally carry into the care I provide for every pet. I provide exclusive care for one family booking at a time, with no overlapping stays. This allows me to give each dog a personalized experience in a calm & structured environment tailored just to them. During warmer months, dogs who enjoy outings may go on golf cart rides for pup cups, beach visits, concerts in the park, and other outdoor adventures—with owner approval. For dogs who enjoy a more relaxed pace, I also offer a peaceful environment with quiet time, nature walks, and restful downtime. Every stay is adjusted to match your dog’s personality and comfort level. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and routine are always my priority. I provide consistent supervision, lots of attention, and a secure environment where they can feel at ease. I also send frequent photo and video updates so you can see how your pup is doing and stay connected throughout their stay. 🐾📸 Boarding: I only accept one client booking at a time. I do not board dogs from multiple households simultaneously. Dogs receive plenty of outdoor time, enrichment, and one-on-one attention. For everyone’s safety, up-to-date vaccination records are required. Your dog’s comfort and your peace of mind are my top priorities. I’m here to make your dog’s stay smooth, fun, and comfortable. As both a dog owner and someone who has trusted others to care for my own dog, I’m happy to tailor care, send updates, and keep you connected. When your dog stays with me, it’s more than boarding—it’s a personalized, safe, and loving experience while you’re away. ❤️ During weekdays (Monday–Friday), while I’m at the office, dogs enjoy a structured and comfortable routine. Each morning begins with an hour of playtime, either outdoors or indoors depending on the weather. From 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, they relax in their own separate, private room, providing a calm and secure space just for them. Midday includes supervised outdoor play and exercise, followed by a rest period from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM back in their private room. I monitor each dog throughout the day using an indoor camera to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times. Outside of these hours, your pup will have plenty of opportunities for both indoor and outdoor play, engaging games, mentally stimulating activities, and special treats. I treat every dog like they’re part of my family. Visiting pups can roam freely, explore multiple toy bins, enjoy tasty treats (lamb, duck, chicken, turkey, or beef), lounge on the couch for snuggles, or watch a movie with me. Supervised outdoor fun is a big part of the day too—dogs can run in the backyard, play fetch with a ball, cool off in a splash pool, or chase water from a sprinkler. Every stay is packed with love, exercise, and adventures. To keep all current and future furry guests safe and healthy, proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required. Thank you for helping me protect everyone.
“Joshua watched Stella for 4 nights. He took wonderful care of her. We had a great experience. He sent daily updates and gave us such peace of mind during my daughter’s wedding week. Reliable, communicative and trust worthy, I truly appreciate all his help and would highly recommend him.”

“My 6 year old pitty mix stayed 7 days with Laura and Joe while I was away on vacation. I couldn’t have been more happy with the great loving care they provided for my dog. Laura sent frequent photos and updates daily to let me know my girl was enjoying her stay. Huge fenced yard to run and play ball. And lots of cuddles on the couch. I love that Laura only sits one pet family at a time. I highly recommend Laura and her husband Joe and will definitely contact her again when in need for a sitter for my girl.”

“Kshama was very nice my dog seemed very happy upon return. While we were out of town she sent many great photos of Sam and was in clear communication daily. This booking was actually the perfect fit for our senior dog Sam as well as her sweet dog, Zeus. Our dog Sam had previously been attacked by a larger dog on leash before and became more aggressive and on edge. So I was a little nervous to have them meet but her dog was so gentle, gave space and really matched my dogs (calmer) energy level. Sam enjoyed the socialization even in the fenced in backyard with the dogs next door I saw from the photos lol. We will definitely book again in the future :-)!”

“It was a pleasure meeting Deena. She had a lovely sign in her living room welcoming us on the evening we arrived. She made Winston feel right at home. We look forward to having Deena watch Winston again.”

“Samantha took great care of my two old lady cats. I felt very comfortable leaving them with her and she did a great job, regularly sending pictures and reports. I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. Thank you so much Samantha.”

“Courtney was great and we will be definitely using her again when we go out of town. She sent great pictures and updates while we were gone so I knew my kitties were okay. She must be some kind of cat whisperer too...we've never had a sitter that could pet all three cats in her first visit! They loved her!!! ?”

“Amanda provides great care, she is conscientious and concerned with knowing details about pets and care. She is great with communicating and follow up, very reliable. Fortunate to have her support us with care of our fur family!”

About: I have cared for animals ever since I was 10 years old. I’ve had small pets of my own, two dogs (a pit bull and a corgi) and my roommate owns two cats, as well. I have no allergies and have a smoke free home! I’m a teacher during the school year, so I’m just looking to keep some animals company this summer while on break! I’m currently part time in the summer, so I have a lot of time to stop in and care for animals or go for walks. I can do weekdays and weekends pretty much all times of the day. I live in an apartment, so when I walk my dog it has to be on a leash. I am happy to crate animals. I have a small cage for about a 30-35 lbs dog.
“We knew Gabby was a great fit for our 2 cats from her initial quick reply to her friendly meet & greet. She easily managed to give our cat his eye drops and our 'scaredy-cat' even ventured out to let Gabby pet her! She's very responsive & her experience with animals is clearly evident. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“Lisa is an amazing pet sitter. She’s reliable and extremely professional. She took care of my cat during a snowstorm, such dedication. If there was 10 stars, I would give it to her. Thank you again, Lisa.”

About: I’ve always been a big cat person and have taken care of cats for as long as I can remember. I currently have four cats of my own, and care for them every day, so managing a multi-cat household is second nature to me. I love them like my own children and treat every cat I care for with the same patience and attention. I frequently watch my friends’ cats while they’re away, including checking in to feed them, refresh water, clean litter boxes, and spend time playing or keeping them company. I understand how important it is for cats to stick to their normal routines, especially in their own home, and I always let cats set the pace for interaction. I’m happy to follow detailed care instructions and provide regular updates and photos so you can feel comfortable knowing your cat is safe, relaxed, and well cared for. Whether your cat is social, shy, or independent, I’ll make sure they feel respected and cared for while you’re away. Feel free to contact me with any questions, I’m always happy to meet you and your cat beforehand to make sure everyone feels comfortable!
“This was our first time leaving our kitty away with someone from rover and Christina was the best! Got lots of pics of him and knew he was being well taken care of and loved on”

About: Before I became a cat mom I cared for several feral cats and kittens. From getting they spayed and neutered to finding them homes. When I found a litter of kittens 5 years ago two of them were a bit different. One was rough and wanted to play always and one was very shy and frightened easily. I decided to keep them and give them the love I know they deserve as I was afraid they would adopt well. These two cats have become my whole world and I love them so much.

“Kelsey help put my mind at ease leaving my baby cat for four days. She sent cute photos and updates on how he was doing and it was so nice! It helped me enjoy my vacation knowing he was in such sweet, nurturing hands! Thank you Kelsey! I would recommend her to anyone. We will be using her again! A+++++++++”

About: ONLY SIT UP TO 25 lbs... Hello, I'm Cynthia, a true animal lover; I have owned many dogs & cats, they're my passion and bring me much joy. I will care for your babies like they're my own. I will provide a home away from home. I live in home in Chesterfield (23 Mile & Sugarbush/Seaden) with a beautiful fenced yard; only dogs up to 25 lbs. I often sit 1-4 dogs at a time; so your pet must be able to get along with other dogs. I will take your pets on daily walks and supervise them outside frequently to potty. I don’t use crates unless the owner requests; and the babies sleep with me! For dogs that might be a bit nervous or crabby away from home, I use lavender and chamomile oils to sooth their nerves. I am retired and have lived in the Macomb County area for 18 years. I have excellent personal and business references. My goal is to love and enjoy your animals and provide them with the best possible and safest environment. I love to take photos & will send lots of pics of your babies while you’re gone. Oh, and book early, I fill up quickly, and please note the cancellation policy. I look forward to hearing from you! Cynthia I'm retired and home quite a bit, outside of normal activities, such as shopping, occasional dining out, etc. The dogs are very happy in my home. I have a totally privacy fenced yard, the dogs love to run around, sniff all over the place, and my home has safety gates on front and side doors.

About: I’ve done a lot of puppy raising and training. I have had 6 labs that I have raised and trained from 6 weeks old on. I also have experience with senior dogs, giving medication and helping them to get around and be comfortable. I would love to watch your new puppy while you are away for the day or longer. I can help with basic training socialization. I am occasionally subbing for special education at a school at the corner of my street. If I happen to get called into sub I am able to come home at lunch only leaving the dogs for a few hours at a time. I have a 5 year old yellow Labrador that is very friendly and gets along very well with other dogs. I have a spacious, fully fenced yard—and a built-in companion! Dogs I welcome into our home are treated like part of the family, just like our own beloved fur baby. I also have a crate available, which our dog uses freely whenever she wants a cozy spot to relax.
“Amanda has been awesome for my sweet doggy Shiloh! She’s so flexible with scheduling which I absolutely love, updates with pictures daily of your fur baby playing or enjoying a walk! My Shiloh girl is very energetic and comes home at the end of the day EXHAUSTED from playing all day which was never the case before day care. We’re thankful for Amanda!”

About: Hi, I’m Kait! You can trust your pet will be in loving, experienced hands with me. I’ve fostered and helped find homes for 13 dogs, and I share my home with three “foster fail” rescue pups who absolutely love having new friends over. Whether your dog needs a walk, a potty break, or a cozy, safe place to stay while you’re away, I’m here to help. I have experience with dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and ages, and I treat every pup like part of the family. Let me know how I can make your pet feel right at home! 🐾 I’m off work all summer—so your pup gets me morning to night! I’m available for walks and check-ins seven days a week, and once my fosters head to their forever homes, boarding will open up too (stay tuned!). When boarding opens in my home, your dog can expect couch naps, zoomies in my fenced yard, and lots of love! Social pups can play with my three resident dogs, and if your dog prefers their own space, I’m happy to keep things calm and separate. I’ve done it with my fosters and will do the same for yours. Every pup leaves happy—tail wagging and belly full!

About: After trying to find a sitter for my own dog, I realized how expensive dog boarding was. So I wanted to offer people a cheaper alternative. If you are looking for an at home feel kinda stay then this is it! I'm not a professional, but I love dogs. I love playing with dogs, walking them, and giving lots of snuggles. I have always owned at least one dog and have experience with lots of different breeds. I have a gentle voice that even shy dogs open up to me. I enjoy grooming dogs and making them feel special. I am a stay at home mom so your fur baby would have constant care and companionship. I have a pretty open availability and am very flexible. I can provide care in my home or in yours. I have 2 children, a 1 year old and 8 year old, so if your dog isn't comfortable around children I would have to go to your home.
About: I have taken care of dogs most of my life, and of all sorts of breeds. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to watch their respective fur babies! About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life, as well as fish. I have most experience with large bully breeds. I had a black Labrador/Chow mix and English Mastiff growing up. I unfortunately recently lost my 13yr old American Bulldog in November of 2023, and 10 yr old Pitbull in May 2024 to cancer. We had both girls since they were pups so it was an huge devastation to our family. We currently have our 10 yr old Calico cat that was raised with them since a kitten. I have dog sat for friends and family as well in the past. I have experience giving oral medications and supplements if needed. I know how hard it is to work full-time and still have time to give the love and attention to your dogs that you want for them. I know many people have a hard time trusting doggy daycare with other strange dogs and the little one on one time they receive with handlers. I can give you the peace of mind knowing your pet is being well taken care of and receiving all the love and attention they deserve. I currently work part time from home. I am usually available Monday - Thursday after 2pm, and open availability on the weekends depending on my son’s sports schedule or vacations planned. Your pets will receive a lot of attention and love along with any necessary needs. I am in good physical condition and can lift or handle strong, heavy dogs as well.
“Maddie A. is an outstanding pet sitter. She provided exceptional care for Percy while I was away at a concert, keeping me updated with regular check-ins throughout the stay. She was incredibly professional, and it was clear that Percy was in great hands. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive sitter.”

“Courtney did a fantastic job with my boys. I had a family emergency out of town and she was reliable and efficient. The boys liked her pretty quickly too! My pup decided to demolish a box of Kleenex while I was away and Courtney cleaned it all up for me too! I will definitely have Courtney watch the boys again in the future! She is a little angel! Linda”

About: I love all animals but I have lots of experience with dogs. I have helped my family and friends take care of their dogs since I was 13. They trusted me to stay with their pets overnight, drop in and visit them and let them out, and just play with them or walk them. Every person has trusted me multiple times, allowing me to help out again! I am at home working a waitressing job as well so my hours will fluctuate but they will always be available from 6-9 a.m. on the week days and all day Sunday Unfortunately I cannot house dogs because I am in my parents house but I am able to drive somewhere close to give your dog a walk.
About: I love all animals! If they could talk I’d be in heaven. All pets are family. I’ve always been very protective of animals. I’ve had dogs, cats, turtles, chicks any animal I can care for. When I was 15 I started a small “business” taking in stray cats and dogs cleaning them up, getting them shots, ridding fleas and finding them forever homes. I recently moved from Michigan so I’d buy supplies for heated cat/dog homes outside for the ones I couldn’t take yet when it was cold out and my house was full. Knowing that I can give an animal some comfort and let them know they are loved means the world to me which is why I alway wanted to become a Vet. I currently am able to watch pets from 3pm to 7pm mon,Tues, wed, sat,Sun. I can watch your pet any time on Thursday and Friday. I am flexible I have a cage if needed but I wouldn’t typically cage any pets unless requested. I also have two cats of my own who vibe in their own room with the doors closed. I have feliway plug ins so your bestie will be calm and ready for the day.
“Meghan is absolutely awesome! She's been walking our dog for a few months now it is a tremendous relief knowing that someone so reliable and caring is there for our pup. I highly recommend her services!”

“Lauren has been fantastic! We hired her at the beginning of this year for a few days a week to walk our Weimaraner. He’s a big puppy with a lot of energy and she has been amazing with him. She communicates with us on how his visits and walks go. She has been incredibly flexible with a few times we have even had to change our schedule around. We are so thankful for her and would highly recommend her to anyone needing her services.”

About: I love all kinds of dogs! I have a maltese shihtzu mix that I have been taking care of for 9 plus years. I love the outdoors! I am used to taking dogs outside to use the restroom, and I also have experience with pad trained dogs and dogs who are still being house broken. The only dogs I cannot watch are rottweilers, and dobermans. Unfortunately, on average the risks are higher with these breeds. I am a teacher. Since I do not teach during summer vacation, I am highly available during the summer, morning to night. During the school year (Sept-May) I am available to walk your dog and house sit early in the morning before school (5-7 am), after school is let out (4:30 pm-late), or all day/night on weekends. I love to give lots of snuggles to keep your furry friend happy and feeling loved! I am a big advocate for routine and a pet’s emotional/mental stability, so you can rely on me to be timely whether that means house-sitting, feeding, or going on walks with your dogs.
About: Although I've never owned a dog, I have watched plenty for my friends and family. I love caring for dogs because there is never a dull moment. I'm a big walker, and I love when I dog sit and get some company on my walks. I am currently a full time student, with most of my classes being in the late afternoon/ early evening. With that being said, most mornings I am available. Cats don't require quite the same amount of attention as dogs, so I can always stop in to check on them before and after my class during the evening if needed. I treat every home I care for — including my own — like a safe, calm space for pets. At my place, my four cats have a predictable routine with plenty of food, water, litter boxes, and quiet spaces to retreat to. I pay close attention to their behavior, making sure everyone is comfortable, calm, and happy. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their instructions closely and respect the environment they’re used to. I keep their space tidy, maintain their usual routines, and ensure they have everything they need to feel safe — whether that’s food, water, clean litter boxes, or quiet corners to relax. I also observe interactions and personalities, adjusting my approach to match each pet’s comfort level. Updates and photos are part of my care so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and secure.

About: I’m a reliable and confident pet sitter. I love the days I get to spend with dogs, cats, and other animals. I have plenty of experience with animals with different temperaments, sizes, and medical issues. I understand each animal has its own routine. I am dedicated to following each animal's unique routine to make their days as stress free as possible. I have had dogs and rodents my entire life, but have plenty of experience with other animals such as cats, chickens, pigs, goats, horses, and fish. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight stays in your home. I share updates and photos daily. My ultimate goal is to provide your pets with the best care possible and for you to feel comfortable and confident when you are away from them. I pet sit full time. I am available every day of the week at anytime. I always do a house visit beforehand so your pet can become familiar with me. I understand each animal has its own routine. I am dedicated to following each animal's unique routine to make their days as stress free as possible. I share updates and photos daily. My ultimate goal is to provide your pets with the best care possible and for you to feel comfortable and confident when you are away from them.
About: I have three now grown boys. When my husband and I were married for 20 years, we decided every child should have a dog, so when our kids were 17, 14 and 11, we got an American Pit Bull Terrier, "Clarabelle". Our family loved that dog and worshipped the ground she walked on. We had her since was 6 weeks old. She lived a great life. Unfortunately, we had to put her down when she was 2 months short of 14 years old. We miss her so much, but one of our boys and his wife live out of state and we travel now, and can't have a dog full time, but I would love to care for your animals and give you the peace of mind that they are well taken care of. Since covid, I work remote in Macomb MI. I am a paralegal. I go into the office two days per week, usually Wednesday and Thursday. On those days I am available for walks/drop ins after 4 p.m. The rest of the time I am available full day. Use Code CRISTF38670 for $20 off your new bookings (must be new to Rover) I am very excited to come and be with your fur baby! It is important to me that your pet is safe and stress free. I would like to stay as close to their normal daily routine as possible, whatever that may be. I will provide your pet with tons of attention and love!

Not being too loud. Bringing them everywhere with me. Treating them as if their my pet.

We are home most of the time available to give your dog all the attention they need. I have a fenced in yard. My kids love to make friends with dogs that we have watched.

“It was a pleasure meeting Deena. She had a lovely sign in her living room welcoming us on the evening we arrived. She made Winston feel right at home. We look forward to having Deena watch Winston again.”

“Mikayla is the best! Sent so many pics of my dogs and loved on them just as much as I do. Kept me updated the whole time and made it super convenient to pick up and drop off. Will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend her to everyone!”
