My son was very nervous about leaving his new fur baby for the first time and Charlotte went above and beyond to reassure him that Wes was in the best, most loving hands! She invited us over before our trip so we could see where Wes would be staying and made us all feel welcome in her beautiful home. She sent us pictures throughout the day and kept us up to date on his adventures! She truly loved him like her own! Charlotte even did research on his particular breed to understand how to best care for him. We are so grateful we were able to enjoy our trip without a worry knowing that Wes was enjoying his "vacation" too! We very HIGHLY recommend Charlotte!”

About: We adopted a dog 9 years ago and she was one the best things that had ever happened to us, she was our fur baby and we took her to our trips (she was a frequent flyer). She recently crossed the rainbow bridge at 17 and even though we are not ready to adopt another dog, we would absolutely love to take care of your dog. Our daughter loves dogs and it would make her really happy to have a dog in our home at least for a few days. We would take care of your dog as it was our own, we've taken care of a friend's dog and we loved every minute of it. Having a 17 year old dog we have extensive experience with senior dogs and special needs (our dog had a spinal operation and lived three years after it). I work from home four days a week and have flexibility as to when I can go in. My wife and daughter are at school and work five days a week. We have a large fenced yard and do not currently have any pets. We live in a ranch so we only have one step and a door that shuts off access to the basement if you're worried about your pet using steps. We will treat your dog as if it's our own and it is allowed on the furniture if you're okay with it.

She was very patient and helpful with me and all the booking, since I am new to the system. During the sitting Katrina was very good updating us with the right amount of comments and pictures about how our dog was doing. Our dog came home relaxed and happy, clearly Katrina took well care of him. Katrina's own down is similar in size and breed to our dog, so the possibility to a playmate during the sitting was a nice surprise.
