“Carolina was absolutely fantastic! Hazel loved her time there. She was happy and tired (in a great way) when we picked her up. Carolina had excellent communication and took Hazel for a nice walk in the neighborhood, her favorite thing to do. Am definitely using Carolina again!”

“Making the choice to book Vinata, and her family to care for my Cavapoo, Kali, while I was away for a week allowed me to feel at complete peace, and enjoy myself while on vacation, knowing that my baby was being cared for, loved, and "puppy stimulated." Kali, my puppy, just turned one-year-old this year, and I was very anxious, and nervous about taking a trip, and leaving her with a stranger, because I have spent almost every day with her since she became a part of my family. Being a virtual teacher allowed me the chance to get a puppy, which wouldn't have been a possibility if I had to drive into school; however, I had spent every day with her, and even though she is crate-trained, she does have some attachment issues, and is anxious when she is not right next to me. While I was looking for a care-giver for Kali, I mentioned it during a session with my Chiropractor, and she said, "YOU MUST USE VINATA!" and told me some stories about when she's used Vinata, and her family in the past. She was so excited, and genuine as she spoke, and I know how much she loves, and protects her dog (who is also a Cavapoo), and also, she wouldn't let me leave her office until she wrote out Vinata's contact information on a sticky-note for me. LOL! This is how I connected with Vinata, not through Rover. In fact, I was delighted that Vinata was on Rover, because I always use Rover to find care for my pets (two kitties, and now the puppy). Kali had THE BEST TIME! Vinata, her family and I were on a group text, set up by Vinata, so there were three caretakers keeping me posted, sending pictures, videos, and updates throughout the days I was gone, unsolicited. I LOVED THIS! It melted my heart, and kept me peaceful so that I didn't have to worry, and really have time to let go while on vacation. I only texted back when I was moved to, but Vinata said that I need not respond, unless I wanted to. She was always on the other end if I needed her. I also got a video of Kali and her daughter after she returned from school. Kali LOVES kiddos, but I live alone, so I really felt tickled when I saw this, and Kali also had a chance to play with a brother/sister pair of dogs she was also caring for. Kali is a single "child" who hasn't really had the chance to do this; what a bonus! I found my person. The one who can care for my baby while I'm away, which allows me to be able to open up possibilities for travel, work, or just a "puppy-sitter" for a day. I love having Vinata, and her family there for me when I need. I couldn't have been given a greater gift!”

“Tory was amazing! I wasn’t sure where to leave my kitten while on vacation, but I found her through Rover and couldn’t be happier. This was my first time using this app, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again! I really appreciated all the pictures and videos she shared and the communication was effortless!”

“Kayla was so amazing with our cat! she communicates very quickly and sends lots of updates :) I felt so at ease and safe leaving our little kitty with her ❤️ Will def be rebooking in the future !!!!”

“Linda was amazing! She sent daily updates of how our doggie was doing and sent plenty of photos. She was very communicative and conscientious, and you can tell she really loves dogs and is dedicated to providing a great experience for them. Bandit loved his stay at her home!”
“Sogol just watched our senior dog for six nights while we were on vacation. She was extremely helpful from the moment we reached out and kept us informed with messages and photos throughout the stay. She is very personable and warm and has a clear love for animals. We will absolutely use her again in the future!”

“When I drop Lemon off she doesn’t even look back at me because she knows she’s getting the utmost love and care. I enjoy the updates and photos of Lemon eating well, exercising/playing and sleeping with happiness in her body language. I always know that she’s in great hands.”

“My two dogs spent a week with Christina. I received lots of pictures and updates about how they were doing. I’m glad the weather was mostly good so they could go out in her beautiful yard. Thanks to Christina for keeping the boys.”
“I had a great experience with Amy as my dog sitter! She took such good care of Snickers and made sure he was happy and comfortable while I was away. I really appreciated how flexible she was with the pick-up and drop-off timings—it made things so much easier for me. Snickers seemed completely at ease with her, and I could tell he was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Amy to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Joan of Bark stayed with Anna and it was great - sometimes Joan gets nervous and doesn’t eat or drink well, but Joan felt comfortable and was eating all her meals and drinking early in into her stay!! We got tons of pictures and updates which always helps. We would highly recommend Anna!”

About: Hi! I’m 30 years old and I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I grew up in a house full of dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities—my mom always had rescues and mixed breeds, so I’m very comfortable with different temperaments and energy levels. Today, I have my own adopted 16 lb mixed-breed dog, and caring for him has only deepened my love and experience with dogs. I’m confident handling puppies and energetic dogs, and I truly enjoy walks, playtime, and giving them attention and care. For safety reasons, I prefer not to work with dogs that are overly aggressive or difficult to manage. My experience is focused entirely on dogs, so I’m not the best fit for cats or other types of pets. I’m available to foster small dogs in my apartment. I work from home and I’m able to walk him/her 3/4 times a day. I’m also available for drop-in visits between 6 AM–8 AM and anytime after 5 PM. I live in an apartment with a fenced area, which is great for safe outdoor time. I’m also happy to take your dog on walks outside around the neighborhood. I can feed, play with, and walk your dog, making sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away.
“They were so great. My dog ended up not feeling well while I was away. They contacted me right away to see if there was anything they could do to make him feel better. Kept us updated the whole time. Made me feel like my dog was in good hands.”

“My dog had a wonderful time. LaTasha sent updates, was very communicative and professional during my dogs stay. If we ever need a sitter again and she's and available we will definitely book again.”

“Laura took such great care of our dog, Telly, while we were on vacation. She sent lots of updates with photos and Telly always looked comfortable and happy like she was on her own vacation. Laura carefully read our instructions for care and feeding at drop-off and made sure she understood Telly’s needs before we left. She even cooked Telly more chicken to top her dog food with once the chicken we provided ran out. You can tell Laura truly loves dogs and I had no worries about leaving our pup with her for the week. I would definitely hire Laura again and highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a dog sitter!”

“Shivambika took care of my dog like her own. She sent me timely updates and kept me informed about my dog’s wellbeing. My dog was a little sad and wasn’t eating very well but Shivambika tried different things to make sure she eats well and she succeeded too. Her house is very clean and beautiful. I would definitely leave my dog there again.”

About: Caring for dogs has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, and other pets, so understanding their personalities and needs comes naturally. I've walked and cared for rescue dogs with a wide range of temperaments and energy levels at the dog shelter I've volunteered in. I've also dog sat for friends and family over the years, and have even helped care for Rover clients' dogs on behalf of friends who were sitters. These experiences have taught me how important it is to provide not just basic care, but patience, consistency, and lots of affection. I treat every dog as if they were my own, whether they love long walks, energetic playtime, or simply relaxing with good company. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving owners complete peace of mind through reliable care and regular updates. I'm employed full-time, but I have a flexible hybrid work schedule and can work from home when needed to provide attentive care for your pup. Pet care is a priority in my daily routine, and I intend to make time for walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. An added bonus is that my wife, who's an even bigger dog lover than I am and has owned dogs throughout her life, is home during the day. That means your pup will have extra companionship, supervision, and lots of affection while staying with us. On weekends, we're both home and can dedicate our full attention to keeping your dog active, happy, and comfortable. The best care comes from keeping pets comfortable by following the routine they're already familiar with. I'll stick to your feeding schedule, walking routine, potty breaks, playtime, bedtime, and any special instructions you provide. If your dog has medications, dietary restrictions, or favorite toys and activities, I'll make sure those needs are met. I enjoy playing with dogs, going on walks, and making sure they get both physical activity and time to relax. I also know how reassuring updates can be, so I'll send regular photos and messages so you can see how your pet is doing while you're away.

Home away from Home 💜 Between Linda and her family especially her daughter, Our Daisy was not only lovingly cared for but they made Daisy part of their family even be it for a short time. We chose Linda knowing that there were closer Pet sitters to our house yet drove all the way from Belleville to Linda. Her previous reviews and Pics made us choose her above anyone else for our Daisy . Daisy our Little Diva needed lots of belly rubs and attention and Linda delivered that and much more . Her daughter spoiling Daisy was definitely a Bonus. We Will without a doubt lean on Linda’s services again for sure in the future . 💜
We had an amazing experience with Iris and Tomas! From the moment we left, they made us feel completely at ease with daily photo updates and excellent communication. They were reliable, trustworthy, and clearly cared for our dog like their own. Our pup absolutely adored them and came home happy, relaxed, and so well cared for. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our dog was in such great hands while we were away. We will definitely be booking with Iris and Tomas again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional pet care!

She was a great sitter! She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. She was very attentive to my dog’s needs, and when she had questions or concerns, she didn’t hesitate to reach out. It was clear she genuinely cared about my dog and made sure she was well taken care of. I highly recommend her!

Our rambunctious and mischievous dog Geordi was well cared-for and it seems like he really enjoyed his stay with Cara and Samuel. Communication was excellent, with good response times, proactive updates, and asking questions when needed. He found a new friend in their dog Rio and it seems like they really got along with each other. No complaints whatsoever - I would definitely be interested in hiring this kind and caring couple for pet sitting again in the future.

June did an amazing job taking care of our Indica, the updates and photos were not just abundant but timely. June is affable, friendly and respectful, I cannot say enough good things about her as a care taker, will definitely have her take care of our Indica at anytime. Thanks for everything June.

Dominic gave excellent care to our 15 year old senior dog Kimble. We were on vacation for 3 weeks and during this time, Dominic gave Kimble his daily meds and walks. We were updated with photos of Kimble and his communication with us was timely. Would not hesitate to recommend Dominic for your pet sitting needs. I look forward to booking with Dominic again!
