“Vinata was a savior!!! Our 3 yr old Golden Retriever pup was recently diagnosed with anxiety induced auto immune disorder. We were in a bind since boarding at a doggy day care wasn't an option for him. We needed a home away from home while we went on a week long vacation. Vinata listened to me patiently about Shambhu's needs and was empathetic about the situation. She took our pup, Shambhu under her care for 9 days. Before boarding him she took details about his condition and other necessary information in case of an emergency. Throughout our vacation, we got constant updates via photos, messages and videos. Shambhu was well taken care by Vinata and her lovely family. Vinata was understanding of Shambhu's needs and took care of him with utmost care and love. I will definitely board him again with Vinata.”
