“Fen took great care of my dog Kai for about 10 days while I was away visiting family. She always kept me updated with pictures and was always responsive to my messages. This was my first time using Rover for sitter and first trip I took since I got my dog hence I was extremely anxious. But Fen is experienced and knowledgeable and my dog warmed up to her very quickly. Fen also took great care of my house whilst I was away and honestly I have found myself an amazing sitter and friend. I could not be happier with Fen, she is simply the best!”

“Atom did a nice job watching our dogs while we were out of town. They were on time for every meeting as well as on the day of departure. They were communicative everyday reaching out with a picture which was agreed upon. They even drew a picture of the photo from each day & left it for us. The house was clean as when we left & though I said they were welcome to whatever they'd like to eat, they asked if they could have a few eggs. We enjoyed our vacation, though we still worried about our puppers they were happy when we arrived home!”

“Riley was nothing short of amazing! She stayed at our house the entire weekend we were gone and was on top of every task for our puppy and three cats. She made sure Millie our puppy went on long walks and spent so much one on one time with her. I was sent photos the entire weekend we were gone and she contacted me throughout the weekend as well with updates. We were SO happy we found a loving person to care for our fur babies while we were gone. I highly recommend Riley and we cannot wait to have her again when we’re out of town again. You won’t be disappointed!!”

“If I could give Jillian 10 stars, I would. This was our first time using Rover. Our dog Stella can be a lot to handle. She is anxious when meeting new people, barks a lot when they arrive and takes a while to warm up to them. During our meet and greet, Stella went from barking loudly at Jillian to eating cheese out of the palm of her hand in the span of just a few minutes. Stella also requires medication twice a day because of a recent surgery. Jillian did an at-home stay for three nights for us. She immediately bonded with Stella and frequently sent adorable photos of her. She also sent a photo of a report card each day, outlining all the information you need to know your pet is doing well while you're away, including feeding times, medication status, bathroom updates, behavioral notes and a list of activities. The report card and frequent check ins gave us peace of mind knowing that Stella was in great hands and having a fun time while we were away. We will definitely book Jillian again the next time we need a sitter and cannot recommend her highly enough. If you need a sitter, look no further.”

One of our cats is skittish and hasn't met some of our friends but came down while Grace was here and gave Grace a bunch of love!
