It gave him a calm and comfortable space without being placed in a cage. I was originally hoping he would be able to interact with other dogs, but Orawan explained that one of her dogs does not do well with others, so she kept them separated. Extra Care & Attention She also went above and beyond by helping Chico feel more comfortable with his food. Right after I walked out the door, she started sending updates. Throughout the stay, she sent a tremendous amount of photos and updates every day, which I loved. “Flexibility & First Impressions She was able to take Chico in last minute, which helped us tremendously. From the very beginning, she was kind, friendly, and welcoming. Chico seemed comfortable with her right away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Comfort & Safety One thing that really stood out was that Chico had his own room during boarding. It gave him a calm and comfortable space without being placed in a cage. I was originally hoping he would be able to interact with other dogs, but Orawan explained that one of her dogs does not do well with others, so she kept them separated. I appreciated that because it showed she was responsible, careful, and honest about keeping everyone safe. Extra Care & Attention She also went above and beyond by helping Chico feel more comfortable with his food. She added some of her own cooked chicken to his meals, which helped him eat better and feel more at home. That extra care meant a lot. Communication & Updates The communication was excellent. Right after I walked out the door, she started sending updates. Throughout the stay, she sent a tremendous amount of photos and updates every day, which I loved. I never had to wonder how Chico was doing because she kept me informed every step of the way. Final Thoughts Overall, Chico stayed comfortably, was well cared for, and I felt confident he was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Orawan to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and communicative sitter.”

“Britnie is absolutely amazing!! Being new to Michigan, we struggled with finding someone to take care of Luna while we had to leave for the weekend on a plane back to Florida. It’s hard to trust just anyone with taking care of your best friend! Especially being so far away. We gave Britnie a try as I had a good feeling. She assured me Luna was in good hands and to enjoy our vacation. She exceeded all of our expectations!!! I received message and picture updates about Luna all weekend which my family and I enjoyed and greatly appreciated!
