“Aleksandra is absolutely incredible. She is the dog whisperer. I am a passionate Pet Mom and my pets are my universe. Leaving them for 5 days with a stranger would typically terrify me, but this was the best trip I have ever taken because I knew my pets were safe with Aleksandra. I have never had a better experience with a pet sitter. She trained my 17 week-old puppy to have better manners than when I left, and I feel like I came home to a different dog!!! Additionally, my pets have significant health issues (frenchie with IVDD, for one) and she willingly accommodated all of their special needs without a second thought. Moreso, she left my home cleaner than how I left it. I came home to a spotless house with some calming music on the TV for the pets!!! About: I lost my sweet dog 2 years ago. It was very painful and left me feeling empty. Thinking of getting another dog has not been some thing I’ve considered, as I don’t want to go through loss again. But at the same time, I truly miss the love and affection pups bring to us! I’ve been watching friends and families pets since and this has truly filled the void and emptiness. 10/10. We were a bit nervous leaving our two dogs together for the first time. Ginny was communicative and took care of tweety bird with love and care. She did a great job trying to understand my feral cat and treated her with respect and space. Tweety has severe separation anxiety and food anxiety and can be unpredictable and Ginny handled her with grace. Kirsten was so kind to accept our last minute request. She knows and cares for dogs--I mean, the quantity/quality of her Rover ratings are impressive. We have a German shepherd puppy (not even 1 year old) and a 5 year old staffordshire bully--IYKYK bc these breeds take a bit of maintenance. Kirsten knew what was required of my dogs (active play, walks, mental stimulation) and updated us with photos while we were away. Nancy did an absolutely fantastic job for our 2.5 week vacation where she stayed with our two dogs and took care of items around the house like putting out the garbage, changing batteries in a fire detector, keeping the house in good order, and left it as clean as she found it! One of our dogs is a senior dog and requires a multitude of medications which includes an inhaler. Nancy came over twice before our trip so that we could all learn together how to administer the inhaler…..and she did better than us with it. Medications were given on schedule and without issue. We would book Nancy again in a heartbeat! She does well with our dogs and they are very comfortable with her.
If you are looking for THE BEST dog & cat sitter - look no further! Sydney truly took the best care of my blind, 13 yr old, Blue Heeler who has a heart condition that requires medication and a different regimen than most Cattle Dogs. I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond with her care and attentiveness. She sadly had to watch my animals during the crazy SD heatwave and our place does not have AC. With my dogs heart condition, he needs some special attention to keep his heart rate down. She sent me many photos of her putting cold towels on him, and was extremely responsive and communicative while I was away. We also have a cat who is pretty easy to take care of but still - she took the best care of the both of them! You can tell how much she cares for animals from the meet and greet. She asked all the right questions to make sure she has everything needed to take the best care of the animals! I can't thank her enough and she will be my go to for as long as she dog/cat sits. :) ALSO - she left our house immaculate. She's a gem! Thank you Sydney!
