I’m able to accommodate regular walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and bathroom breaks while still maintaining a consistent routine. Because I work from home, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods of time. I’m also flexible with different schedules and happy to follow your pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable and at home while you’re away! I’ve been caring for coworkers’, friends’, and family members’ pets for over 8 years. I don’t have pets of my own, so I’m able to give your pet my full attention. I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment while following their normal routine and your care instructions closely!

About: Hi my name is Abby! I have cared for and been around dogs my entire life. Grew up mainly with Rotties, so I have a special love for big dogs. I also did pet sitting for neighbors on and off throughout high school and college. Earlier this year I also fostered a Husky for 3 months, my roommate at the time was able to adopt him so I still see him regularly when I visit her. I am very active and love to go on walks, runs, and even hikes with doggies. I currently live a very pet friendly building with a dog spa and a nearby dog park. I do not have any pets currently so this is perfect to make some extra bucks while I am in graduate school and get in some much needed dog time. I’m currently in graduate school, so my schedule has some flexibility throughout the week. I am available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. I also have time Tuesdays after 2pm. I’m happy to work with your schedule and can provide plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and companionship. I especially enjoy staying active with dogs through walks, runs, and hikes! About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have looked after friends and family’s pets for years. Walking, feeding, and playing with all kinds of breeds and energy levels. I’m punctual, attentive, and treat every dog like my own. I pay close attention to each dog’s individual needs, whether that’s a slow stroll for an older dog or a high energy run for a puppy. Your dog’s safety and happiness are always my top priority. I’m currently in college part time so I have a flexible schedule. I can do quick midday walks or longer evening walks depending on what works best for you and your dog. Your dog’s safety is always my top priority during walks. I stick to routes with sidewalks, avoid busy roads, and keep dogs leashed at all times unless you’ve told me otherwise. I pay close attention to their body language and comfort level around other dogs and people we pass. I’ll always check in with photo or video updates so you know your pup is having a great time.

About: Located in Sherman Heights near East Village and Golden Hill, perfect for long walks and fresh air. I recently lost my 8-year-old lab/pitty mix and am hoping to continue engaging with dogs while dealing with the loss. I have also fostered rescue dogs, am experienced with highly energetic dogs, and injured or disabled dogs. I've always loved animals and thought this would be a fantastic way to earn additional money and do something I love. Eager to provide a place of love and attention for dogs temporarily separated from their owners. It's stressful enough to be away from your pet without worrying if a kennel will provide them enough attention and engagement. I can't wait to meet you and your pet! I work from home full time so can give your dog all the love and attention they need. My schedule is pretty flexible and I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. I prefer to take dogs out at least twice daily for walks, including one longer scent walk where we let their nose lead the way. I live close to downtown San Diego and can easily walk to East Village or Gaslamp which is are extremely dog friendly areas. I have a small fenced-in yard and can easily crate your dog if necessary. I have experience administering oral medications if necessary and always keep a well stocked pet first aid kit in my home and car. If caring for your pet in your home, I can adapt easily to their routine and will meet your pet at their comfort level.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs for most of my life, and caring for them is something I truly love. I’ve also been dog sitting for family, friends, and neighbors here and there over the years, and during Covid, I would watch one of my close neighbor’s dogs for about a year. Now I’m excited to finally turn that passion into my job through Rover. My family has adopted rescue dogs from local shelters since I was 10 years old. About: Dogs are an integral part of the family! Growing up, we always had at least 3 dogs. Dogs are family not animals to me. I have always taken care of my family pets as well as neighbors dogs. As a teenager, I would take care of my neighbors pitbull and cocker spaniel by feeding them and playing with them when the neighbors were at work or on vacation. I know have 2 dogs, an 10 year old husky and a 6 year old chihuahua mix. They are still very youthful and cared for greatly. They definitely do not act there age. I love taking care of dogs and making their lives as special as they make mine. I am a full time dog mom! I am going to school, but I have the luxury of being attending from home which leaves me plenty of time for loving on the puppers. I have 2 dogs that are very friendly. If needed, I can crate you furry family member. My husky has food allergies so I have experience making sure the fur baby doesn't get into anything that would make their stomachs unhappy. I am super vigilant during walks and sun bathing since both of my dogs are severely allergic to bees. If you board your pet with me, they will be treated just like family. Your furry family member will become one of our family members while they are here. Any dietary restrictions or house rules you wish to disclose will be followed exactly!

About: I started by taking care of my moms 4 dogs when she would go on vacations and needed a dog sitter. That really taught me how to feed them efficiently and when to take them outside to go potty. From there I learned how to hang out with them and play with them efficiently. I am a college student with classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday I am available for the entire day and night. On Wednesday and Friday I'm available at night, Monday I'm not because I have a night class. Staying over night is not a problem, along with check ins during the days even on school days. I love dogs and am really good at feeding them, taking them outside, and playing with them. I'm not a trainer, but someone who is good at taking care of them while you are away. My mom has 4 small dogs so I'm very familiar with smaller dogs, but I have also watched bigger dogs as well.
