About: I’ve been around animals since I was a baby and have had dogs since I was 8 years old. I started pet sitting for friend’s pets when I was 15. Most recently, I have cared for stray dogs and cats around my neighborhood and through a non-profit organization that works in Baja California. Through my volunteer work, I have gained experience in professional pet care, administering medications/shots, puppy/kitten care, and senior animal care. I also have had extensive experience with animals with difficult behaviors. I had a dog with fear-based aggression that I worked with a professional trainer here in San Diego for 4 years with. Therefore, if a very regimented routine is required for your pet, I fully respect that and can provide that for your pet while you’re away. I’m also experienced in crate training and working with high-energy dogs. I love running and hiking so if your pet requires lots of extra attention like that or lots of playtime, I am more than capable of providing that as well. With two dogs of my own and several dogs/cats within our extended family, I understand the care and commitment it takes for your pet to be a happy little camper while you’re away, which as I know from experience can allow you to have some peace-of-mind on vacation! Please reach out with your pups pet care needs and I’ll be more than happy to discuss my schedule and how your pet’s care falls into that :) I currently can only provide care at your home at this time. With my dogs, I’m very conscious on diet and exercise and can follow a feed/exercise schedule if given.
“Darya was awesome! Took our dog on a great walk and sent us some adorable pics of him. We greatly appreciate her accepting our last minute walking requests. Will definitely be a repeat client!”

About: Dogs are an integral part of the family! Growing up, we always had at least 3 dogs. Dogs are family not animals to me. I have always taken care of my family pets as well as neighbors dogs. As a teenager, I would take care of my neighbors pitbull and cocker spaniel by feeding them and playing with them when the neighbors were at work or on vacation. I know have 2 dogs, an 10 year old husky and a 6 year old chihuahua mix. They are still very youthful and cared for greatly. They definitely do not act there age. I love taking care of dogs and making their lives as special as they make mine. I am a full time dog mom! I am going to school, but I have the luxury of being attending from home which leaves me plenty of time for loving on the puppers. I have 2 dogs that are very friendly. If needed, I can crate you furry family member. My husky has food allergies so I have experience making sure the fur baby doesn't get into anything that would make their stomachs unhappy. I am super vigilant during walks and sun bathing since both of my dogs are severely allergic to bees. If you board your pet with me, they will be treated just like family. Your furry family member will become one of our family members while they are here. Any dietary restrictions or house rules you wish to disclose will be followed exactly!
“Armando was a life saver! I needed a last min walk because I got so busy with work and my pup was being a distraction. He was so kind and Presley came back very tired (yay)! I’ll book him again for sure”

“Jarrod was amazing! He took very kindly to our pup and put my mind at ease. Our dog is reactive so it can be nerve racking leaving him in someone else’s care, Jarrod was so understanding and easy to work with!”

About: I lived in Istanbul, a very crowded and fast-paced city, for nearly 10 years with my two large-breed dogs. One of them is still very excited and energetic like a puppy, while the other is a very strong alpha dog who does not tolerate dominant behavior from other dogs. Their very different personalities — and sometimes challenging sides — have taught me to stay highly observant during walks and to anticipate anything that might affect them. Over time, walking both of them safely, calmly, and under control at the same time became a routine for me. One of my dogs weighs 55 lbs and the other 77 lbs. We moved to San Diego with our dogs for a while ago. During our walks here, I’ve experienced the neighborhood while also observing the environment and the local dogs around us. Even though I’ve had two loving dogs at home for 10 years, every dog I see outside still makes my heart melt. I truly love dogs. I can comfortably walk dogs weighing up to 70 lbs. I look forward to taking safe, attentive, and enjoyable walks with your dog. I recently moved and have a flexible routine, allowing me to dedicate ample time to pet care. With 10 years of experience, I provide safe, caring, and consistent walks and attention. For now, I can only provide walking services. During walks, I prioritize safety, ensuring your dog’s basic needs are met while helping them burn off energy.

“Kandyce was such an amazing find for Vozhak. Between schedule conflicts, never showing up, or just lack of efficiency... I had gone through 5 people to find Kandyce and I could not be happier. She has been prompt, communicative, and transparent since Day 1. Her photos and attention to detail has not gone unnoticed and I'm not alone in saying that I'm excited to keep her in the family loop. Vozhak definitely agrees.”

Armando was incredible to work with. He really came through for me in a pinch and gave me complete peace of mind the entire time. Super reliable and attentive, and just easy to coordinate with from start to finish. He was flexible with logistics, quick to communicate, and clearly cared about doing a great job. De verdad, I couldn’t have asked for someone better. 10/5 stars.

Anne was absolutely amazing with my puppy, Rumi! She took such great care of him and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. You can really tell how much she loves and cares for animals. Rumi was happy, well cared for, and in great hands the entire time. I would 100% trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and kind!

Hayden was great and very responsive to my messages! He walked my boys for their evening walk and took care of them after. Without me asking he left the front door light on for me when I got home and the light on for my boys. Which I’m so grateful for because I forgot to ask. Very thoughtful and considerate.

Lilly is amazing! She regularly walks our dogs and pet sits our dogs and cat while we’re away. She is kind, reliable, and a true animal lover. She always takes such good care of our animals and our home and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable. So grateful to have met her and highly recommend her!

Irina was amazing watching Apollo for the first time! She brought him little treats, took him on a nice long walk, and spent time playing with him so he stayed happy and engaged. I really appreciated how thoughtful and attentive she was with him, and it made me feel totally comfortable leaving him in her care as a new pet parent. Apollo had a great time and I’d absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!

Alyssa is wonderful and patient with our Labrador pup who is going through his adolescent phase and scared of the world! She understands and takes her time with him. She is also wonderful with our other geriatric dog and cat, and has been very helpful with their quirks and watching them when they are post-surgical. We have used her for a few years and trust her with our fur kids!
