I'm new to Rover but passionate about dogs and committed to providing safe, loving, and attentive care for every pet as if they were my own. Your pet will receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and care in a safe environment. I'll follow your pet's routine, including feeding, walks (for dogs), fresh water, potty breaks, and any special instructions. You'll also receive regular updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I'll carefully follow your care instructions, maintain your pet's routine, and provide plenty of attention and updates. Because I live on a military installation with restricted access, I currently offer dog walking and drop-in visits rather than boarding at my home.

About: I have a lot of experience with reactive and high energy dogs! My own dog is a rescue with severe reactivity. Though I am not a trainer, I have a lot of experience training puppies and dogs as a foster parent. Whatever training guidelines you want to adhere to on our walks I can definitely accommodate. I can take your dogs on structured walks or hiking adventures depending on what they need. I am also an avid runner who used to run with dogs from the shelter before I got my own so if that’s something you’re interested in (If you’re dog is a good breed for it, and the temperature is good) I would love to! I am currently in school and doing infrequent freelance work so my schedule is very open, and I have more than enough time to give your dog the attention they deserve. I do not take clients at my house, as my own dog is reactive and anxious. But I can take care of your dog in their own space! I am comfortable giving medication, feeding, and keeping up training regimens. I have experience using a variety of training tools through my foster work. If your dog is reactive, I know how to keep my head on a swivel during walks so we can create distance, and I know what to do if a reaction occurs.
