“Alex has been amazing! She took our pup on a few walks when we were busy at work and she was very reliable, easy to communicate with and responsive, and left us some great pics and videos for us to see! When Penny was too stubborn to go on a walk, Alex was so nice to play with her and keep her active! Highly recommend, definitely plan to use Alex in the future! Thank you, Alex!!!”

About: I have grown up my entire life with dogs. I have experience with taking care of a vast range of dogs from 5 pounds to 120. I believe every animal is special and should be treated as such! I have experienced my own dogs becoming seniors and passing so I empathize with how difficult taking care of them late in their life can be and can need special specific instructions such as administering medication, that I am more than happy to do. I have never owned a cat but a close friend of mine has one who I currently pet sit for. I have watched all types of dog and cat breed from the age of 15 til now. I work remotely and have the flexibility to walk, dog sit and love your furry friends :) I work remotely and have the flexibility to prioritize your pet’s schedule. I am organized in my planning and will make sure your dog is never left home alone for more than a few hours I live in Coronado and can travel to your home as much as you need for walks/ check ins or happy to stay at your home when pet sitting is needed. I am organized and can follow strict routines or just hang out and play with your dog depending on personalities.

About: I have a lot of experience with reactive and high energy dogs! My own dog is a rescue with severe reactivity. Though I am not a trainer, I have a lot of experience training puppies and dogs as a foster parent. Whatever training guidelines you want to adhere to on our walks I can definitely accommodate. I can take your dogs on structured walks or hiking adventures depending on what they need. I am also an avid runner who used to run with dogs from the shelter before I got my own so if that’s something you’re interested in (If you’re dog is a good breed for it, and the temperature is good) I would love to! I am currently in school and doing infrequent freelance work so my schedule is very open, and I have more than enough time to give your dog the attention they deserve. I do not take clients at my house, as my own dog is reactive and anxious. But I can take care of your dog in their own space! I am comfortable giving medication, feeding, and keeping up training regimens. I have experience using a variety of training tools through my foster work. If your dog is reactive, I know how to keep my head on a swivel during walks so we can create distance, and I know what to do if a reaction occurs.
“Armando was a life saver! I needed a last min walk because I got so busy with work and my pup was being a distraction. He was so kind and Presley came back very tired (yay)! I’ll book him again for sure”

About: While saving up for grad school, pet care has quickly become my favorite job. I grew up surrounded by animals and pet sitting has become a meaningful way for me to interact with and care for them while I’m not yet in a position to have a pet of my own. I have an extensive history of pet sitting for both friends and clients, caring for dogs and cats of all ages, temperaments, and sizes. I’m comfortable with everything from daily walks and feeding routines to navigating care for pets with higher needs. I understand how important reliability and trust are when someone is caring for a beloved pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. In addition, I’m a volunteer with PAWs, where I’ve completed dog-walking training and regularly work with a variety of dogs. This experience has strengthened my ability to read canine behavior, handle dogs safely on walks, and provide calm, attentive care. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy both spending time with animals and getting lots of walks myself! As a recent college graduate who will be attending law school in the fall, my schedule is currently entirely flexible to your pet’s needs. I’m taking this time between schooling to do things I enjoy, which ideally means playing with animals and spending lots of time outside. I am extremely diligent when it comes to carrying for animals in a client’s home. Growing up with dogs between busy streets in San Diego, I am exceptionally careful and weary about animal safety when it comes to entering and exiting a home. Safety is my top priority and I take extra steps to ensure your pets are well protected both inside and outside of the home. I additionally love sending photo updates for peace of mind.

Darya was so sensitive and loving with Taco. He was having a tough week with Daddy being away, and she was able to sweetly coax him on his walks each day. This was a great relief to my stress about working late while my husband was out of town. I will certainly be asking for her help in the future.

Jarrod is fantastic! He checked on our cat and dog. It was a relief to have someone who could manage both of their needs, including medicine for my cat. He communicated with so much detail the entire weekend. My pets can get a little anxious when we’re away, but they were so calm when I returned, which showed me the great care and attention they received!

Nicholas was incredible to work with. Extremely professional and flexible, which made everything easy from the start. I genuinely felt like Lou was being cared for by a friend or family member, but with the added confidence and reliability of a true professional. That balance is so hard to find. 10/10 recommend without hesitation.

Armando was incredible to work with. He really came through for me in a pinch and gave me complete peace of mind the entire time. Super reliable and attentive, and just easy to coordinate with from start to finish. He was flexible with logistics, quick to communicate, and clearly cared about doing a great job. De verdad, I couldn’t have asked for someone better. 10/5 stars.

Hayden was great and very responsive to my messages! He walked my boys for their evening walk and took care of them after. Without me asking he left the front door light on for me when I got home and the light on for my boys. Which I’m so grateful for because I forgot to ask. Very thoughtful and considerate.
