About: I love spending time with my 13 year old pug, Yoshi. I enjoy meeting all of the dogs, and I understand deeply how important pets are to us. I am currently working part-time, and that leaves me plenty of time through the week to get out, enjoy the beautiful weather and hang out with your dog! Having had a variety of dogs throughout my life, I understand that every dog, and their needs, are unique. So wether yours needs slow walks in the grass or long walks downtown, I'll get those paws moving!
About: I treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m patient, responsible, and detail oriented, and I understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine. Whether your pup is energetic, shy, or a senior who needs extra care, I adapt to their individual needs. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work mornings from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, which allows me to offer early morning walks and visits before work, as well as afternoon, evening, and weekend care. I enjoy staying active, so spending time outdoors with dogs is something I genuinely look forward to. I’m committed to providing reliable, consistent care and making sure every pet gets the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I follow their routine, provide plenty of exercise, playtime, love, and ensure they always have fresh water and a safe environment. I also keep pet parents updated with photos and messages, so they can enjoy complete peace of mind.

“She is the best rover we’ve ever had. Extremely communicative, can problem solve, and genuinely seems to enjoy spending time with the animals. Highly recommend!!”

About: I’m a big animal person! I’ve always grown up with a number of different animals that, of course, includes cats and dogs. I’ve dog sat puppies, teenage, and senior dogs alike! I started dog sitting for friends and family when I was about 16, and have always lived with dogs. I super understand how fur babies are just like family and have a big heart for them! I’m currently a full time student and I work part time. I have been having an itch to spend time with dogs because they just make me happy to be honest! Life can be stressful, so I’d consider caring for your pups a stress relief and a middle booster for sure. I can’t exactly have my own dog at the moment, so I thought pet sitting might be the next best thing! I would follow the owners guidelines and make sure to take care of wolf their fur babies exactly how they would! Playing with them, feeding them, taking them out, and giving them cuddles whatever it may be! I have a cat who is my best friend so I understand how important these fur babies are to us!
About: I grew up with animals since I was a child. Now I'm in the military and looking to take care of some as a side gig. I grew up with two big dogs, I took care of family and friends pets, lizards, cats and birds. I walked, fed, bathed and had fun with all animals that were under my supervision. I work throughout the week but can still come home to do potty breaks and play. I have a medium size fenced in back yard that will be great for any animal to enjoy. I offer in my home and at the client's home services. I have 1 yr old boy that loves animals and my wife also helps me when we have pet guests. I can go to client's homes if preferred and spend as much time as needed to make sure the oet is cared for.
“Stacy was a great cat sitter! She was very communicative, responded promptly, helped with all of our specific requests, and took great care of our cat! We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our cat was in great hands! We highly recommend her!”

“Jessica was a great sitter! Always sending pictures and updates when she stopped by and was very flexible with the key drop off. Pickles actually came out to hang with her when she stopped by, which is huge, so I know she was very loving with her. Would absolutely book Jessica again and recommend her for any cat sitting!”

About: What sets me apart is that my love for animals comes with hands on experience! I worked at a dog daycare for over a year, where I cared for dogs of all different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. That experience taught me how to recognize different behaviors, make sure dogs feel safe and comfortable, and give each pet the individual attention they need. I also have years of experience caring for my own dog, so I understand how important it is to have someone you truly trust looking after your pet. Whether your pet loves lots of playtime and attention or needs a little extra patience and a calmer environment, I’m happy to adapt to what makes them most comfortable! Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine! I work full-time during the week, but I have plenty of availability in the evenings and on weekends for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and lots of attention. For overnight stays, I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I also have more flexibility on weekends and love spending my free time with animals! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always do my best to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. I follow all instructions for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and any other special needs or preferences your pet may have. I make sure they get plenty of attention, love, and companionship while you’re away, while also respecting their space and personality. I’ll treat both your pet and your home with the same care and respect I would want for my own! I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.

About: I watch pets because they feel good to my nervous system after completing cancer treatment for a third time! I have had eight dogs in my life. Our current crew includes 2 task trained dogs (lab/hound mix + Rhodesian Ridgeback), and a blind senior wiener dog that knows one command: "sit." My personal animals range from 13 pounds to 100 lbs. Even though I've always been surrounded by animals (dogs, hamsters, lizards, etc.), I became increasingly interested in service dogs when my husband worked in the non profit sector. After meeting veteran focused organizations and spending time around service animals, I became a dog centric person. From there, I hired professionals and took an active role in training my dogs. Not only do I see animals from a more educated standpoint now, my body has healed mentally and physically through the bond I have with my trained dogs. After close to two years of predominately working with my own animals, I started consistently doing drop-ins on my friends' pets. Now, I am expanding my services to the public! I would love the opportunity to watch the furry members of your family. Pet care is the priority of my weekly schedule. My life currently revolves around my animals and helping others. The commitment I've made to myself is physical therapy and daily exercise. My highly flexible schedule is what makes pet sitting + myself a good match. I am big on following owner instructions. Every animal's needs are different. Food, crating, etc. I am happy to follow care needs based on what you have noticed is best for your animal!
“Armando is awesome! From the time we made contact, communication was great. My cat, Buddy, really enjoyed his time, and we are very grateful for Armando's commitment to Buddy's health and to the safety of our home. The first couple of days Buddy wasn't feeling well -- Armando and I reviewed the symptoms, made adjustments to food and medication, and within 24 hours we had turned a good corner! I got photos, activity reports, and we had a few phone calls at my request to make sure Armando had what he needed to keep my spoiled kitty happy :-). Thank You Armando!”

“Krista was amazing, she went above and beyond! It was my first time using Rover so I was a little worried about how it would go but she helped me through so much. My dog ended up having stomach problems the day she was going to watch him. She was very understanding and accommodating. She made sure he was comfortable and safe which I am very grateful for. She gave me updates on how he was doing and was able to help ease my nerves. She was efficient and communicative. I’m so grateful for her because it was added work on her end to watch over my dog that day. You can tell she genuinely loves dogs and was such an amazing person. I will be a returning customer because of my positive experience with Krista.”

About: I started by taking care of my moms 4 dogs when she would go on vacations and needed a dog sitter. That really taught me how to feed them efficiently and when to take them outside to go potty. From there I learned how to hang out with them and play with them efficiently. I am a college student with classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday I am available for the entire day and night. On Wednesday and Friday I'm available at night, Monday I'm not because I have a night class. Staying over night is not a problem, along with check ins during the days even on school days. I love dogs and am really good at feeding them, taking them outside, and playing with them. I'm not a trainer, but someone who is good at taking care of them while you are away. My mom has 4 small dogs so I'm very familiar with smaller dogs, but I have also watched bigger dogs as well.

“Kaitlyn was extremely communicative, punctual, kind, good-humored, and got along very well with my cat. My cat seemed well cared for when I got back from my two week trip and everything was tidy and in its place. I would definitely hire her again and would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Kaitlyn!”

About: I've grown up with pets my entire life. I've cat-sat and dog-walked for friends and family. I love caring for animals and this is a great substitution for right now while I can't have my own dog. I’m very active and I enjoy being outside so walking a dog combines two things that I love: dogs and exercise! At the end of the workday I don’t always want to do a full workout but having a pet to care for is a great excuse. I will follow the owners' guidelines. I've cared for older dogs and I understand how important their schedule is. If I have questions I will not hesitate to reach out rather than assume.
About: Greetings, and welcome! I’m Eucalyptus your Fur Baby Godmother. Animals have been the greatest joy of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for pets of all kinds, and for the past 8 years I’ve had the privilege of providing professional pet care for families who trust me with their beloved companions. My experience includes dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, rabbits, ferrets, farm animals, aquatic pets, and many other exotic species. I’ve also cared for senior pets, puppies and kittens, pets with special needs, and animals that require extra patience, medication, or individualized attention. What makes me different is the connection I build with each animal. Every pet has their own personality, routine, and way of communicating. I take the time to earn their trust, making sure they feel safe, understood, and genuinely loved while you’re away. Whether your companion is energetic, shy, anxious, or simply enjoys quiet company, I tailor my care to what makes them happiest. Over the years I’ve helped reinforce good manners, redirect unwanted behaviors through positive interactions, and create calm, enriching experiences that help pets feel comfortable in their own environment. Pet care isn’t just something I do it’s my full-time passion. When your furry, feathered, or scaly family member is with me, they’re treated like one of my own. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your best friend is receiving dependable, compassionate, one-on-one care. I offer pet sitting, house sitting, drop-in visits, walks, and extended stays, making me a great fit for vacations, business trips, weekend getaways, or whenever your pet simply deserves a loving companion. I can’t wait to meet you and your wonderful animal family. Until then, may your pets be happy, your travels be worry-free, and a little Fur Baby Godmother magic follow you wherever you go. My schedule is pretty open because caring for pets is what I genuinely enjoy doing. I tend to have a little more flexibility than the average person, so I’m usually able to work around different routines whether that means an early-morning drop-in, a spontaneous trip, a last-minute change of plans, or a cozy little sleepover. I like having the time to actually be there with the pets I care for. Not just stopping by, checking a box, and rushing off. I enjoy the little things getting to know their personalities, following their routines, giving them attention, and letting them feel like they have a little vacation of their own while their humans are away. So if your fur baby needs someone with a flexible schedule, a calm presence, and plenty of time for cuddles, playtime, or simply keeping them company… you may have found your person. I’ve always felt like animals have their own little language, and I genuinely enjoy learning their way of communicating. When a pet comes into my care, I like to meet them where they are. Some babies need structure and routine, some need a little extra patience, and others simply want someone to sit beside them while they decide you’re their new best friend. I follow the routines and care instructions their humans have created for them whether that means crate time, potty training, medication routines, playtime, socializing, quiet time, or plenty of cuddles. Their comfort and safety always come first. I’m also someone who naturally spends a lot of time outdoors, so I love having little adventures with my animal companions walks, fresh air, exploring, sunbathing, or just sitting outside together and watching the world go by. And my definition of a “pet” has never been limited to cats and dogs. I’ve cared for animals of all different personalities, sizes, ages, and species, including exotic pets. I find their little quirks fascinating and enjoy giving each animal the kind of care that makes sense for them. If your baby happens to enjoy a bubble bath, treats, an afternoon adventure, or an unreasonable amount of affection… well, they may have just found their favorite babysitter. I’ve jokingly been called the female version of Dr. Dolittle. I’ll take it. Really, I think animals simply know when someone genuinely enjoys being around them. And I’m very happy to be living in their world. Overnight stays are always welcome, too.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Coronado
We had Chelsea over again to watch our 4 year old tuxedo cat. Her communication is always so great & she sends the sweetest photos. Also, my cat is actually obsessed with her. So thankful she makes going away that much easier! We will keep asking her back so long as she will have us!

Gabby has always been amazing with my two cats and I can’t recommend her enough. I was nervous about leaving them longer than I ever have and she made sure to give me lots of pics and updates each day to ease my mind. She even turned on cat TV to keep them entertained.

My dog can sometimes be a little shy of new people, but Darya was so patient with her which let my dog easily became comfortable. Great communication and pictures made me feel at ease during time away. I also had a very last minute request and she did it with no problem. I will definitely be rebooking again when I need!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
