About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life! I grew up with a big Rottweiler and six cats, and after years of having dogs and cats in my family, I realized I could turn my love for animals into something I truly enjoy doing. My partner and I don’t have pets of our own right now because we’re waiting for the right time, but being around animals brings us so much joy! One of the best parts of pet sitting is getting to spend time with so many wonderful personalities while giving owners peace of mind when they’re away, whether it’s just for a day or a couple of weeks. I love making animals feel safe, comfortable, and loved in their owners’ absence, and I treat every pet with the same care and affection I’d want for my own. ❤️ I’m currently not working or studying so my days are always free. Except for little daily tasks here and there I am 100% available to love and play with your pets however they prefer: walks? Let’s do it! Stay in and cuddle? Let’s do that! Beach day? I got it! Need some space? I can do that too! My apartment is not too big but I have had happy big dogs in here before! We don’t have a fenced yard, but going outside for a walk or potty time is as simple as putting on a leash and walking out the door, no matter what time it is :)

About: Located in Sherman Heights near East Village and Golden Hill, perfect for long walks and fresh air. I recently lost my 8-year-old lab/pitty mix and am hoping to continue engaging with dogs while dealing with the loss. I have also fostered rescue dogs, am experienced with highly energetic dogs, and injured or disabled dogs. I've always loved animals and thought this would be a fantastic way to earn additional money and do something I love. Eager to provide a place of love and attention for dogs temporarily separated from their owners. It's stressful enough to be away from your pet without worrying if a kennel will provide them enough attention and engagement. I can't wait to meet you and your pet! I work from home full time so can give your dog all the love and attention they need. My schedule is pretty flexible and I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. I prefer to take dogs out at least twice daily for walks, including one longer scent walk where we let their nose lead the way. I live close to downtown San Diego and can easily walk to East Village or Gaslamp which is are extremely dog friendly areas. I have a small fenced-in yard and can easily crate your dog if necessary. I have experience administering oral medications if necessary and always keep a well stocked pet first aid kit in my home and car. If caring for your pet in your home, I can adapt easily to their routine and will meet your pet at their comfort level.

About: I've taken care of all types of pets including my grandparents dog and my own dog since I was about 8 years old. Now I had a kitten and that’s been a fun journey too! I’ve done it all, house sitting, pet sitting, drops in- anything you need in there for you! I treat animals like they’re my own so you don’t need to worry about a thing they are getting plenty of love. I am currently a student at Sonoma State University and my schedule is flexible for working with your pups! I am free all day right now as I am in between jobs and off school for summer break. Weekends are also flexible for me unless the dates are blocked out. I am always out and about so I am quite accustomed to running errands. I also have a car big enough for most dogs! I know how to take care of pets and if you give me instructions on feeding, walking, or other instructions I am detail oriented and make notes of everything in them! I once pet sat a dog with anxiety and slept with him in the guest room of the house for a week while the owners were gone; no accidents occurred during the week while if there had been one I had previous knowledge of how to properly clean it up. In my own home I take care of my dog 24/7; he sleeps with me, I take him out to play around our outside garden, and help him up our stairs because he is old and has arthritis. He is my best friend, so I understand how important it is to have you pup taken care of the way you do!

About: Hi, I'm Tennille, a caring and compassionate dog lover. I will treat your dog like it is my own. I live one block from Golden Hill Park. I'm available for walks or a play in the park. Unlimited cuddles available. I’m reliable, responsible and easy going. I don’t mind dogs on the furniture. I don’t currently have a dog of my own so I can give all my attention to your pet(s). I live in apartment with a small patio which dogs love to sunbathe on. I am also open to coming to your house/apartment if you or your pet feel more comfortable. Also, close is South Park with the backside of Balboa Park and the Grape Street dog park. I have a flexible schedule where I can take walks as needed. We are so lucky to live in San Diego and have such great weather to enjoy patios. I treat all pets like they are my own. I would respect the owner's instructions for care. About: Before I could speak my first standard language, I would speak with animals. This led me to care for neighbors', friends', family's, fosters and stray animals beginning in elementary school. Every shape, size, breed. I find peace & ability to converse with all, threading genuine connection with any and all animals. I currently make my own schedule, and always seek to spend time with a friend or family's animals. A key thing to note is that my fiancé & I share a vehicle, so we are a package deal. She is also an (inactive) Rover provider and can share her info upon request. I am very physically active and enjoy a pup to run / hike with as well. I travel throughout the metro area for business and meetings as well, so I am willing to go anywhere to be a blessing. Transparency and communication is key, always reaching out to the client to ensure I am following proper procedures. I provide the service of package / mail collection, taking the trash out on trash day, pup-poo yard clean up, and as a skilled trade handyman - can provide assistance / service upon discussion. I strive to leave your home as clean or better than when I arrived.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was little and have always had a special love for them. One of my first dogs had a serious, undiagnosed illness that made it difficult for him to keep food down. Caring for him taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to provide extra care for dogs with medical needs. About: I started by taking care of my moms 4 dogs when she would go on vacations and needed a dog sitter. That really taught me how to feed them efficiently and when to take them outside to go potty. From there I learned how to hang out with them and play with them efficiently. I am a college student with classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday I am available for the entire day and night. On Wednesday and Friday I'm available at night, Monday I'm not because I have a night class. Staying over night is not a problem, along with check ins during the days even on school days. I love dogs and am really good at feeding them, taking them outside, and playing with them. I'm not a trainer, but someone who is good at taking care of them while you are away. My mom has 4 small dogs so I'm very familiar with smaller dogs, but I have also watched bigger dogs as well.
