“Sarah was the first overnight cat sitter I've booked and she was perfect! I was suuuper anxious to leave my sweet 2 year old IBD kitty alone for a week but my first meet and greet with Sarah calmed all my worries. Sarah house sat for 7 days and 6 nights and was kind enough to start early morning and stay late when I returned from the airport. She vacuumed before my arrival which was great. My kitty is normally very shy but he took to her quickly. I was worried about him not eating but he was comfortable enough to eat most of his food and by the 2nd day let her pet him and got closer and more comfortable the following days. He threw up at one point and Sarah kept me informed with pictures and cleaned it up thoroughly right away. I had a lot of instructions with his strict diet and Sarah was very attentive and dedicated to quality care. All of Sarah's daily updates were so nice. Will definitely book again!”

About: Pet lover of all shapes, sizes, and breeds who has been counted on for over 15 years to care for others pets. I’ve grown up with family dogs my entire life and then started dog walking and pet care for others in middle school. I have experience with dogs, cats, bunnies, and guinea pigs, but I’m open to other exotic pets as well. I’ve been a pet walker on the app Wag and have fostered two different dogs through a dog rescue. I have experience in walking (using different forms of leashes and harnesses), feeding, bathing, and home sitting. I also have experience with dogs who aren’t people or dog friendly, and feel confident in my care for them. I can’t wait to meet the most important member of your family and care for them as my own! I work 4 days a week at a restaurant in downtown San Diego. I work nights, usually 5 hour shifts starting around 5pm. I do go to the gym 5 days a week but can easily arrange my schedule around feeding times and potty breaks. I can care for pets in any way that the owner prefers. As far as my own dogs, I’ve always kept them on a tight regimented feeding schedule, twice a day, two walks a day with plenty of play time, and had them sleep in my bed at night. I am comfortable using crates and potty pads and can handle bigger dogs out and about.

I was the proud owner of a special-needs senior dog who I cared for from the time I was 18 until he peacefully crossed the rainbow bridge, so I understand the patience, dedication, and unconditional love our pets deserve. I also regularly dog sit and have experience walking large breeds, handling excited or strong dogs on leash, and staying calm in stressful situations. About: Growing up wanted a dog but my parents allow it so did the next best thing which was dog sit for my neighbors. So I have many years of experience sitting all types of dogs. Love the company of a wonderful dog. There’s nothing like the energy from a happy pup that loves to play. I just started training for a half marathon I’ll be running in March, so if your dog is used to or if you want me get him/her active, i would be able to do so. I’m working from home currently so I have a flexible schedule and would love nothing more than spend some quality time with your precious pup.
