Leaving them for 5 days with a stranger would typically terrify me, but this was the best trip I have ever taken because I knew my pets were safe with Aleksandra. I have never had a better experience with a pet sitter. She trained my 17 week-old puppy to have better manners than when I left, and I feel like I came home to a different dog!!! Additionally, my pets have significant health issues (frenchie with IVDD, for one) and she willingly accommodated all of their special needs without a second thought. Moreso, she left my home cleaner than how I left it. I came home to a spotless house with some calming music on the TV for the pets!!! She sent tons of pictures and updates multiple times per day and not once did I feel worried or anxious about the wellbeing of my beloved pets or my home. I am blown away by this experience, and she will forever be my first stop when I need a pet sitter. THANK YOU, ALEKSANDRA!!!!!!”

About: Dogs have been part of my life since I was a child, and I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels for over 11 years. I was the proud owner of a special-needs senior dog who I cared for from the time I was 18 until he peacefully crossed the rainbow bridge, so I understand the patience, dedication, and unconditional love our pets deserve. I also regularly dog sit and have experience walking large breeds, handling excited or strong dogs on leash, and staying calm in stressful situations. Safety is always my top priority, whether we’re out for a walk or relaxing at home. Our dog is a rescue and learning how to be chill with other dogs around on walks and she knew exactly how to handle him. About: I am innately an animal lover and advocate and will treat your pet as it were my own. I have been pet sitting for over a decade. I get super nervous leaving my own dog, so do everything in my power to ensure you and your pet are comfortable. From a young age, I was the kid that would come home with an injured wild animal asking my parents to help it. I grew up with a German Shepard and greyhound, and now have my own dog, who’s a pitty/boxer/cattle dog mix. I understand every dog has different needs and equipped to take care of high energy, intelligent dogs who need a lot of exercise and stimulation. I’ve taken care of small and big dogs as well as cats and bearded dragons. I’ve fostered dogs as well, so am familiar with anxious animals that need TLC and time and space to decompress. I’ve invested in training with my own pet that allows me to read body language well. I have been pet sitting for over a decade. I currently have open availability from early morning through evenings during the week and weekends. I do long walks every morning and evening and keep pets on a consistent feeding schedule. I typically aim to take pets on walks 3 times a day depending on the animal needs and client’s requests. I also ensure adequate playtime with toys and activities that are engaging. I am happy to drop in as often as needed for more anxious animals.
