About: Watching multiple family dogs grow up from exuberant puppies to veteran seniors has been a blessing and a growing experience for me to learn to care for dogs with different personalities and needs. I currently hold a part-time work from home job which gives me accessibility and flexibility to care for pets. I also have a part-time serving job on the weekends. I live right next to Crown Point Park where your furbabies can enjoy an enchanting long walk along the bay and enjoy off-leash play time!

About: Caring for dogs has always been second nature to me since I've grown up with them my whole life. I’ve raised multiple pups from their first tail wags to their golden years, and I currently share my life with two of my own. This isn’t just a job for me — it’s a genuine passion. Every dog I care for is treated like family, receiving the same personalized love, patience, and attention I give my own. What truly sets me apart is my intuitive approach to each dog’s personality and needs. Whether it’s helping a nervous pup feel safe, engaging an energetic dog with play and structure, or providing extra comfort and gentle care to seniors, I adapt with heart and experience. Your pet’s happiness and well-being are always my top priority — and you can rest easy knowing they’re in loving, capable hands. Right now, I have a flexible schedule as I prepare to begin medical school in the next few months, which gives me the perfect opportunity to dedicate my full time to your pet. Being around pets brings me joy, and it’s incredibly fulfilling to provide them with the love, attention, and care they deserve. In my home, your dog will be welcomed into a safe, loving, and well-managed environment. I live in an apartment with two friendly dogs — one small and one medium-sized — who love to socialize and play. I always do a slow, supervised introduction to make sure everyone feels comfortable. I also have crates and indoor fencing available to provide space or separation if needed, so your pup’s safety and comfort are always a priority. I’m also flexible and happy to care for pets in their own homes. Some dogs feel most at ease in their familiar space, and I do everything I can to keep their routine consistent — from feeding schedules to playtime and snuggles. Whether I’m hosting or visiting, I treat every dog with the same level of love, attention, and respect I give my own.

“Thomas was great. He was very prompt in response in scheduling a meet & greet with our pack. He communicated thoroughly throughout his stay house sitting and provided updates throughout the day with adorable photos of our pups. I would definitely recommend his services and we will absolutely be using him again.”

“Bella was amazing! It was our first time having someone stay overnight with our puppy and we felt soooo comfortable with leaving Lukas in Bella's care! She sent us so many photos and videos of them having fun together and left our house cleaner than before we left!”

About: Pet care is more than a task – it's my passion. From rescuing a stray to six years of devoted care, my WFH lifestyle allows ample time for play and companionship. It's not just sitting; it's pure joy! Pet care seamlessly integrates into our routine as my roommates and I work from home with part-time jobs. This flexibility allows us to be available for pet care at any time throughout the week. Your pets will have constant companionship and attention! For cats, they have the freedom to roam in our apartment. Dogs enjoy walks in the community every 4-8 hours. We're open to accommodating special requests – just let us know in advance for personalized care!

“Wendy was great at sending pictures and messages through out her stay. This is my first time using Rover and was very happy everything went smoothly. Look forward to having her stay with my girl again”

About: I grew up with dogs (as well as cats and other small animals), and have had a sort of spiritual connection with animals my whole life. I've cared for many types of breeds and personalities, volunteered at shelters and worked at doggy daycares handling 20+ large breed dogs myself all day, and am comfortable enforcing boundaries as well as encouraging enrichment. I am currently available any time and willing to work around multiple schedules. The more people and furry friends I can help out, the better! I am willing to learn about your pet and their quirks, and your style and setup for caring for them. Safety always comes first, and I know firsthand how pets can be like your children. I aim to never let harm come to them.

“Erika was AMAZING!! I get so anxious leaving my fur baby behind and she sent me so many updates and made me feel so at ease. Blackberry looked so calm and happy in the photos with her. Absolutely would recommend to anyone!”

“Sara was fantastic! We had never used Rover before and were a little hesitant, but Sara was absolutely wonderful the whole way through. She was highly communicative and our 2 pups absolutely loved her. Her background as a vet tech is also a huge plus if you have a pup with medical needs. She also kept our home spotless throughout her stay and even left us the sweetest wedding gift upon our return. We will absolutely be asking Sara to house and pet sit for us in the future.”

“Courtney was awesome!! We were out of the country for several days, with a large time difference, and Courtney was great about making sure to send cute pictures and updates each day. She was communicative and responsive, and we were able to enjoy our vacation, knowing that our cat and dog were being well cared for. 😊”

About: In addition to being raised with dogs, I have been a private dog walker and pet sitter since I was 17! I have worked w/ dogs (and cats) of all ages and sizes. I recently adopted my own senior pup who I adore. I’m looking to share my love of animals while making some extra $$ while in graduate school. :) I work from home 3 days a week and attend school online, so I have plenty of time to help you out and look after your pets! I live in a condo with my 8 year old lazy, cuddly dog who is very docile and dog friendly. Open to housesit or do drop by visits. Also open to board in my home, with approval from my roommate.

About: My name is Carisa I am 29 years old. I was raised with dogs my whole life and have lots of experience with different breeds and ages! From puppies, to middle aged to senior dogs I have experienced it all. I live in a very dog friendly community with its own local dog park. I have fostered dogs for years and volunteer my free time to a rescue in San Diego. Ask me any questions and I would be happy to answer them :) I work from home on Monday and Fridays so am available for walks during lunch time on those days. Otherwise any day after 5pm or available for boarding on weekends! I treat every animal like they are my own! I am very cautious with their special needs and give them all the love and affection they deserve!!!
