“William house sat and stayed with my husky for 4 days. Everything went smoothly, he's a great communicator, and my dog was well taken care of. I would welcome him back again. Thanks!”

“Our eperience with Jayna couldn't have been better! Jayna did way more than what was expected. Our baby girl (Lani) was spoiled and well taken care of. Jayna took Lani on her daily walks, snuggled her with blankets at night, sent photo updates of our pup twice a day, and left our home honestly, in better conditions than when we left it! Jayna went above an beyond by bringing in our mail, being on a look out for incoming packages, keeping our backyard grass clean, and leaving my kitchen counters spotless. Couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter. Thanks so much!”

“Olivia is a great communicator and regularly updated me with photos and texts. I felt very confident that my dogs and cats were well cared for and would absolutely recommend Olivia to take care of your fur kids.”

“Brenda is amazing. She took care of our cat and dog as if they were her own! They looked like they had so much fun with her. She really went above and beyond! She sent us a lot of updates and was very communicative.”

“We asked Paige to watch our pets, Zoe the cat, Goose the Golden Retriever (3yrs old) and Willow the Goldendoodle (2 yr old). Paige survived and the animals were cared for. Willow does like socks so consequently Paige lost a sock. Paige had to walk each dog separately as Goose is really strong and is very playful during walks making it more challenging while walking the other dog. Zoe the 12 yr old cat, is typically not fond of strangers and will almost never be seen. Well day one Zoe was out and greeted Paige. I told Paige she must be a cat whisperer. Anyways, Paige was keeping us updated and had everything under control as well making sure the animals were fed and lived which is all we really care about. Recommend and we will be happy to have Paige watch our pets in the future.”

“Alex was awesome! Being gone for a few days from my babies was so hard for us but She would update me on how our babies were doing by sending photos. All around I would definitely recommend her and will use her again in the future!”

“Tara did so good with Tam. He absolutely adores her. I appreciate her for walking my dog in the evenings and she was super affectionate with him. Will rebook with her again !”

About: my lifelong experience sets me apart from other sitters because my family would always positively recommend me to their friends. I am experienced with foster animals and pet sitting through years of helping a shelter worker and caring for her dogs. I’m attentive, reliable, and love working with all kinds of pets. I am currently working parttime as a preschool teacher but i am available on weekdays after 12. Mornings during the weekday are my only busy period. the care for pets varies depending on owners request. In the past, I have always followed clients requested bathroom and feeding schedules. if you have any questions, feel free to message or call me.
“Yesenia is fantastic! She cared for our kitties like they're her own. One, in particular, was going through some health challenges, and Yesenia took extra care to tend to her medication and special diet. She also played with them and kept us updated throughout, including lots of pictures.”

About: Animals gravitate to me, and I'm a photographer! While you're away, you will receive amazing photos and videos of your furry family member! I have a special place in my heart for my friend's dog Tripp. He has 3 legs and a strict diet. I love making sure his food is always perfectly prepared and getting all his meds. Whenever I'm with him we always take a trip to the beach. Plenty of window space in my 4runner and cool aftercare tools to clean and dry your furry loved one for the ride home. I've been a commercial photographer for 16 years now, it's time to freelance and build my business outside of working for a company. I love pets, traveling, and meeting new people. Excited to see where this takes me as a photographer and animal lover. I give the furry loved ones the same luxuries I would enjoy. Soft bed with a blanket to curl in, clean water, and food with a tasty treat throughout the day. Car ride adventures and cuddles. Depending on what you choose for them, maybe some soft music or the nature channel on if I'm away. Toys and attention are important! Every furry loved one has their favorite toy!

About: In total I’ve had 5 dogs in my lifetime, dating far back to when I was a baby! Dogs of many sizes and kinds of dogs from small to big, a labrador rottweiler mix, bichon frise and the rest being rat terriers. So from about the time I was born until I was 13 (I am now 20), I owned 5 dogs :). I loved being able to walk my dogs, taking them to parks, just being in their company really. I look after my friends’ dogs on occasion as well as my relative’s when they’re busy and decided that I would love to make it into a career. I don’t have a job, and I’m a student at Southwestern, I was full time last semester but the semester ended just last week. I will be fully free for the next two weeks with the exception of Friday’s from 6pm-11pm (can be negotiated if need be!). I’m open every week day and every day of weekend, willing to work anywhere from 8am until about 5pm. I will be taking one class in the summer, ballet (dance), that begins June 15th, ends August 8th and runs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:25am to 11:25 AM for all three days. I would not be allowed to host any pet in my house as we have two babies in the house and we’re not fully aware of their allergies yet, however, it would be best for me to do drop ins or house sitting sessions for that reason. I think doing a meet and greet beforehand would be amazing so that we could have a chance to meet each other first and maybe introduce me to your pet to see if I could be a good match to sit for them instead of blindly throwing me with them!
“Brittany was absolutely amazing! I felt completely comfortable leaving my fur babies in her care. The pictures and regular updates gave me so much peace of mind and reassured me they were doing great without me. This was my first time leaving them for four days (longest time before this was 6 hours), and thanks to Brittany, I now have a trusted sitter I can rely on for future trips. I’m so grateful!”

“Sarah was super friendly and easy to communicate with! She was available on short notice and took great care of my pup! Trusting people in your home and with your pets can be tough, but I trust Sarah & will definitely rebook with her in the future!”

“Jenna was an absolute dream! She was so respectful of our space going above and beyond not only for the pets but also taking care of the house. She was very communicative and easy to reach! We would absolutely recommend her services and will use her again in the future!”

About: I have experience with all kinds of pets. Through out my life my relatives have own all kinds of pets, bunnies, dogs, cats and more. I’m currently working part-time, so my schedule during the weeks is mainly open. Weekends vary depending on my work schedule. But I can be very flexible. I have two dogs of my own, they get feed twice a day and go on walks twice a day. They are in door dogs, but so have access to a backyard.

“Karilou was great! She sent a lot of pictures and updates. I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs with her. We were able to enjoy a weekend trip without worrying about our dogs.”

Oak Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
I would give Jake 5 stars just for having to deal with me!!! I was so nervous about leaving my new puppy and my spoiled 3.5-year-old pug, but Jake reassured me every step of the way. He sent photos, followed all of my instructions (all four pages of them!) perfectly, and took such great care of my dogs. Our older pug even goes to the spare room now looking for him! I can't thank Jake enough and highly recommend him to everyone. Thanks, Jake!!! 🐾💕

Katherine provides outstanding care for our dog, Bailey, who gets so excited the moment she walks through the door. Beyond her excellent pet care, is a fantastic communicator. We receive updates, notes, and photos daily, which makes being away so much easier. Most importantly, I have complete peace of mind knowing she is in our home; she is incredibly reliable, professional, and treats our home with the utmost respect. She is easily the best dog sitter we have ever worked with, and we feel so lucky to have found her! 🐶

Molly was a wonderful pet sitter for my anxious/reactive 60lb gsd who she house sat for 1 month. My dog doesn't do well with alot of people so it was good to find someone who could work with her. She was also flexible in extending the pet sitting due to extraneous circumstances on my part and very thorough in communication. 100% would rebook again.

Chase was such a good sitter for my dog! I was initially worried because I was looking for someone last minute, but Chase put my worries at ease. He was communicative with me when I was away, kept the place clean, and also watered some plants! Would definitely hire Chase again.

Evelyn was absolutely amazing with our dog, Max! She watched him in our home and followed every instruction exactly as requested, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was communicative throughout the stay and sent the sweetest, high-quality photos of our pup that we looked forward to every day. Max was clearly well cared for and happy. We would absolutely book with her again - 10/10 recommend Evelyn to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring sitter!

Brittany was absolutely incredible with our pets and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was kind, friendly, attentive, and clearly cared for them like they were her own. She sent tons of updates and pictures throughout our trip, which honestly made such a difference and let us fully relax knowing everyone was happy and cared for. It was obvious she paid close attention to each pet and their needs. :) We’re so grateful for her and would trust her again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

Ashtin jumped in last-minute for this house sit and we were extremely satisfied with how quickly he bonded with Jerry and cared for him while we were away. The happy pictures we received gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our vacation. In addition, our house was clean and in perfect order upon our return. We hope that Ashtin will return for a future pet sit and would highly recommend him to others! Thank you, Ashtin!
