About: I have about six years of dog-sitting experience, including caring for my neighbors’ dogs and cats. I have also cared for an older dog, so I understand the importance of patience, attention, and gentle care. I currently have a Rottweiler, French Bulldog, and cat of my own, which has given me plenty of hands-on experience with different pets and their individual needs. I’m currently only in school! Tues-Thursday class: 12:30-4:45. Wednesday: 3-6:15. Outside those times I’m fully available! I do like to enjoy my weekend nights but I can work around it!! I can crate dogs when needed, follow specific feeding schedules, clean up after them, and provide walks and playtime based on their needs. I always make sure doors, gates, backyards, and other potential escape routes are secure. I also keep a clean, calm environment and pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

It is obvious that Stella genuinely cares for and loves animals, from the way she talks about her own dog to the way she consistently showed up for our dogs. In addition to the day to day routine, Stella took our dogs to the beach, bathed them, and left the house in immaculate condition. She is a fabulous communicator, sending photos and updates daily as well as letting us know if she had any questions or concerns which we really appreciated. I’m very comfortable around sassy pets, as well as ones with special diets or medication needs. I took care of my Delia doggy for 3 years, with all her rambunctious walks and homemade meals. I’m currently working part-time evenings in La Mesa, typically 3:00p-8:30p at the most. I am off work and completely free on Mon/Tue/, but I am available throughout the week to drop-in and housesit, provided I can fit it around my work schedule. I’m very flexible! I’m ready to handle any special dietary requirements (including cooking), as well as medication needs. I’m comfortable with crating dogs and/or banishing cats to a certain part of the residence. I have a bunch of little escape artists, so I’m always careful to account for everyone and keep the space organized.

About: Growing up wanted a dog but my parents allow it so did the next best thing which was dog sit for my neighbors. So I have many years of experience sitting all types of dogs. Love the company of a wonderful dog. There’s nothing like the energy from a happy pup that loves to play. I just started training for a half marathon I’ll be running in March, so if your dog is used to or if you want me get him/her active, i would be able to do so. I’m working from home currently so I have a flexible schedule and would love nothing more than spend some quality time with your precious pup. About: Doggy Mama of 10 years for my sweet Wheaten Terrier, Suki! I have been with her for all stages of life: curious puppy, energetic teenager, and mellow adult. This has taught me how to adjust towards whatever needs your pet may have. No matter the attention your furry friend needs— whether it be downtime and cuddles, or zoomies and long walks— I am here to provide! I can administer medication, and will easily adapt to the schedule/routine that your pet requires. I am a sophomore student at San Diego State University, majoring in Criminal Justice. I have classes Monday-Thursday starting at 12:00pm and ending by 4:00pm. I live on campus and have a car so transportation is not an issue. I am able to pet sit at anytime throughout the week that I don’t have classes- and am willing to stay over night and/or through the weekends. Caring for your companion will vary depending on personality and routine but there are definitely some core principles that I carry with me. First one being respect— respect of your home, respect of your animals needs and wants, and respect of your time. I will be present as much as I can be, even if that means just sitting in the same room as them. Another core value, depending on your pet, is exercise. It doesn’t matter if it’s a long walk, a short and slow walk, or even just interacting with toys— something that gets them moving and keeps them entertained. And a big one is love, I promise to absolutely adore your animal and show them kindness in whatever ways they need. That could look like self care: brushing their coat, massaging stiff joints. That could look like affection: rubbing on them, talking to them, and making sure they know i’m here for them. And that could also mean giving them space. Any adjustment that I can make to give you and your pet a smooth experience, I would love to do.

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life. My family has a lovably big German shepherd and two little poms who we love. When I lived with my parents, I frequently walked and fed all three dogs. As well as administered meds to my senior poms. All types of animals, especially dogs and cats make me very happy and I love to show my appreciation to them for that. Helping anyone care for their furry friends would be an honor and gift. All pets deserve love, attention, care, and loads of playtime fun! I’m new to Rover and I work part time as a server at a sushi restaurant. On my days off, I would love to help care for pets. However a typical week may look like: Tuesdays - 8 am - 10 pm available for walks, drop ins Wednesdays - 8 am - 10 pm available for walks, drop ins Sundays and Mondays : 8 am - 12 pm available for walks , drop ins (note: all late hour bookings are tentative to client/sitter previous trust building and confidence. They have experience with dogs and other cats as well. They don’t cause problems with other animals. Going to a clients home, I am willing to care for an animal however is requested. I’d love to play with, walk, feed, etc, and do drop ins.

I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment for every pet. I follow your pet’s routine and make sure they have plenty of attention, care, and exercise. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you know your pet is happy and safe.
