She has walked my pup, aeriel, multiple times and has now house sat with her for a while week while I was out of town.Aeriel is an older dog that requires a lot of attention, and has food and medicine requirements; Aeriel is also dog aggressive and Rosalinda asked the questions to make sure she kept my pup and other animals safe. She took excellent care of her and treated her and my house with care and respect. I actually think my house is cleaner than before I left. She kept me updated with pictures every day and if there were any questions she reached out. I would use Rosalinda again in a heartbeat if I ever needed someone to house sit or walk ariel. Ashtin jumped in last-minute for this house sit and we were extremely satisfied with how quickly he bonded with Jerry and cared for him while we were away. I highly, highly recommend Dwayne and Ashna for any pet-sitting needs! This was our first time using Rover in general for our boys and it was an eleven day trip out of the country, so my husband and I were very nervous given previous horror stories we've heard about friends' Rover experiences. Also given that our boys (large mutts) are slightly reactive and high maintenance. Dwayne and Ashna were fantastic - great communication about our sons and any house issues/questions, respectful, and left our home in perfect condition. We've already re-booked them for our next trip and likely only to book anyone different if they're unavailable. We're very happy to have found sitters that our boys love and provide exceptional service :)
